    Former Big Brother Naija contestant Cross has publicly announced his spiritual transformation on social media, revealing that he has been arrested by God. 

    Cross expressed commitment to representing God’s glory and love, citing Joshua 24:15 NKJV: “As for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.”

    He encouraged others to join him in serving God, emphasising the power of faith and redemption.

    He wrote on X: “I have been arrested by GOD, moving forward I belong to JESUS CHRIST who is the Savior of the world. He has called me to do his work and build his Kingdom. A lot of revival is happening right now on earth. And he wants us as his children to join his agenda. All you need to do is call on him and truly believe that he is your Lord and Savior. And he will answer.

    “My LIFE and CrossNation will represent him and his glory from today till end of time. For GOD is LOVE and LOVE is GOD (ICSO)

    “But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD.

    “And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. Joshua 24:15 NKJV.”

    Former Big Brother Naija ‘All Stars’ housemate Cross Okonkwo, has revealed what he would accomplish if given the third chance to feature on the BBNaija reality show again.

    The two-time finalist predicted that he would reach the conclusion of the famous reality programme if he returns for a third time.

    Cross competed in the 2021 and 2023 Shine Ya Eye and All Stars editions, placing him among the top 6 finalists in each event.

    The reality star from Anambra advised anyone interested in auditioning for the ninth season to just go have fun and maybe get fortunate.

    Cross claimed he is fortunate to have competed twice and advanced to the finals (top six) each time in a video that has been going viral online.

    He said: “I am lucky enough to have gone there [BBNaija House] twice, not everybody does that. And not just going there twice, coming out finalists twice. I am not your mate. If I even go the third time, best believe I am gonna make it to the finals. I ain’t your mate.”

    Speaking with Miracle OP in an exclusive chat, he was asked how he knew Mercy Eke and Pere were going to end up together.

    In response, he said: “I was sitting somewhere, doing my thing. Mercy Eke was here, and Pere was there, and they were just having a farting competition. That’s when I knew that this thing is definitely solid.”

    BBNaija reality star Ikechukwu Sunday Okonkwo aka Cross has described himself as a ‘bad boy’ but also a sweet boy.

    Speaking in a recent interview with media personality, Hero Daniels, Cross said a lot of people see him as just a “bad boy” but they don’t know that he is also “a very reserved person” as well.

    “I’m a bad boy, I’m an Ashawo. It’s pretty much true to an extent.

    “I’m a very sweet boy, right. And I could be a bad boy. But the problem is that a lot of people saw that I was just a bad boy, but they don’t know that I’m actually also a sweet boy and a very reserved person as well,”he said.

    Big Brother Naija reality star, Ikechukwu Sunday Okonkwo aka Cross, has opened up as to why he wanted to take a voluntary exit from the House 

    Cross asserted that the reality show was “dark and toxic”.

    He stated this in a recent interview with media personality and ex-BBTitans housemate, Miracle OP.

    Cross said: “A lot of things happened over the time I was in Big Brother House. I was a bit sad for about two or three weeks.

    “There was a period of time that I actually wanted to go to Big Brother and tell him that I’m done. I really wanted to leave the House.

    “The House was so dark; fighting, arguments, toxicity. It was just a different energy that I could not see myself happy. I could not see myself really doing much. There were a lot of strong energies and they were dimming me. I couldn’t be myself…The House got to me certain times compared to my first season.”

    He said the presence of a houseguest, KimOprah on the show helped stabilise him.

    Dad’s tragic assassination made my family closer, says Cross

    Big Brother Naija reality reality star, Ikechukwu Sunday Okonkwo aka Cross has stated his dad’s unfortunate assassination made the rest of the family closer. 

    He said losing his dad early in life with mum raising him and siblings with a lot of love taught him not to take things to heart.

    Speaking in a recent interview with Arise TV, the reality TV star said he also knows that there’s an inevitable end for all so he doesn’t take life too seriously.

    He said: “I don’t hold grudges. I got that part of love from my mum and siblings. After my dad got assassinated, it was more or less like we needed to protect ourselves.

    “So, right there, we became one another’s protectors. By sticking together and protecting ourselves, we realised that you shouldn’t take life too deep. You should put it on the surface, and what will happen will happen.”

    Cross also said during the interview that he thought Soma would win the just concluded Big Brother Naija All Stars season.

    He said Pere and Mercy’s relationship was one of his favourite highlights of the show.

    I was bullied by CeeC during Innoson task, says Cross

    Big Brother Naija All-Stars housemate, Ikechukwu Sunday Okonkwo aka Cross, has tagged his colleague, CeeC a bully after the Innoson task on Friday, September 29.

    The Nation reported that CeeC won the Innoson task which comes with a brand new SUV.

    In a chat with fellow housemates, Mercy and Pere on Friday night, Cross claimed CeeC “bullied” him from his position during the game.

    He lamented that he had divine instructions to be at the number two position but CeeC refused to leave his original position for him after the resumption of the game and went on to win.

    He claimed he wasn’t complaining because of the car but the character exhibited by CeeC, his close ally and friend.

    Cross said: “I don’t like it when guys are being bullied. What is being a gentleman? Everybody has started going to their places [positions in the Innoson task], we’ve been at the same place.

    “I knew that NO: 2 was the right place. God told me to go to NO: 2. I knew I wanted to be there. You can’t come and change something that I’ve already done. And me being a gentleman, I told you to go to your place and you said no, it’s a game.

    “I knew it. My mind told me from the beginning. If you see from the beginning, I ran to NO: 2 but CeeC bullied me and took my place.”

    Mercy inferred: “There is no need to cry over spilled milk.”

    Cross said: “Yeah, I know. But it’s a matter of how it eventually played out. I told CeeC this is where I am and she was like, ‘No, get out. It’s a game.’

    “It’s not about the car, it’s about the character. It’s the act. We’ve been playing, we’ve been laughing. And all along you had a different mind. Man, f**k this game.”

    Big Brother Naija All-Stars finalist Ikechukwu Okonkwo aka Cross has emerged  the season’s final Head of House winner.

    This is the second time Cross has won the HOH game for the season.

    Cross was the Head of the House in the 8th week after he lost to Doyin in the 7th week.

    This week’s Head of House task saw the housemates given 5 balls and a flat board on with five holes.

    Housemates were instructed to roll the pinballs inside the holes on the flat ball by directing the flow of the balls.

    Big Brother Naija All-Stars housemate Ilebaye has failed to reconcile with colleague, Cross over what she termed as his ‘betrayal’. 

    In a conversation on Tuesday, after their daily task, the duo tried to address the constant misunderstandings they had over the last couple of weeks but Ilebaye insisted on the need to focus on the game and not get worried over unnecessary quarrels.

    In her words: “Forget about the friendship, if you want to work things out, work things after the house. See this one is 120m o.”

    She also made it clear that Cross had lost their friendship by nominating her during last week’s eviction nominations and behaving weirdly afterwards.

    Cross tried to plead his case about his change towards her, as he explained and confirmed that he was in love with Kim Oprah.

    According to him, once he falls in love all his attention goes to that person, which was what happened when Kim Oprah came into the house.

    Ilebaye stated that she felt like Cross was in love with her but moved so quickly to Kim Oprah after her entry into the big brother house.

     Ilebaye and Cross have secured a spot for themselves in the grand finale of the reality show.

    Biggie on Sunday announced that any housemate with 4000 Moniepoint coins can buy himself/herself a slot in the top five.

    Cross canvassed for coins by promising housemate millions.

    The current head of house for week 8 bought coins from Omashola and Neo each with a reward of N1million and N3million each.

    After getting it free from Pere and Alex, he saved himself a spot in the finals.
