    Khalid responds to Ilebaye, Saga’s debt claims

    Reality TV star Khalid has broken his silence following accusations of unpaid debts from his colleagues, Ilebaye and Saga.

    The controversy began in June when Saga publicly alleged that Khalid had owed him money for over four months, calling him a liar.

    Ilebaye also voiced her frustrations on social media, claiming Khalid had failed to repay a debt owed for 11 months without any effort to communicate or settle the matter.

    She stated that she felt taken advantage of due to her kind and patient nature. She demanded that Khalid repay the debt, warning him that her patience had reached its limit.

    In response, Khalid shared a personal trait, stating that he never responds to rumours, saying, “I won’t respond to rumours.”

    In a recent interview, she expressed how grateful she is to God for using Big Brother to make her the star she is today, saying that it is a really good privilege.

    Speaking on her fashion sense, Ilebaye revealed she is inspired by Gen Z Baddie, adding that she is her own fashion icon.

    Big Brother Naija ‘All-stars’ winner Ilebaye Odiniya has confirmed she has received her prize money from organisers. 

    This is contrary to claims by the season 7′ winner of the show, Phyna, that she was yet to get her full prize money.

    Phyna won the 2022 ‘level up’ season of the reality show.

    The Nation reported that Ilebaye pocketed N120 million after she won the All-Star edition of the reality show last October.

    In a recent Instagram live session with fans, she confirmed that she has received the prize money.

    Ilebaye said: “I have received my [BBNaija prize] money. I haven’t even touched tiny part of it. My money haven’t finished. I haven’t touched my prize money. And this is a fact.”

    Winner of the BBNaija All-Stars season, Ilebaye Odiniya has bragged about having her N120m grand prize money intact, shutting trolls up after being broke-shamed.

    Ilebaye disclosed this on her Snapchat page with followers.

    According to one of her followers, Ilebaye is perceived as broke particularly because of the moderation in her social media content.

    Responding, Ilebaye emphasised that financial status is not measured by social media posts and other luxury items flaunted for public consumption.

    Buttressing  her point, the 23-year-old millionaire insisted that her N120m is still intact, stressing that she hasn’t touched it. 

    She urged followers to refrain from belittling her financial status while thanking the show’s organizers for making her wealthy.

    “Lmaoo! When it comes to being broke, don’t add Ilebaye’s name to that circle girl! lol, brokenness isn’t my portion and I thank God for using Big Brother to have my own money. 

    “Because I don’t post doesn’t mean I don’t have. If I post, y’all will d!e of hate. I’m saving you guys from unnecessary High BP. I haven’t even touched that 120M yet. Lmao you think it’s by posting designers that make you rich,” she stated.

    Issuing a stern warning via her Snapchat story, she cautioned the housemate about getting on her nerves and asserted that she wouldn’t hesitate to reveal her bad side if the behaviour persists.

    She replied: “The great Ilebaye.”

    BBNaija All-stars winner, Ilebaye Odiniya, has opened up on how to utilise and make the best use of her winning prize money of N120 million. 

    The 22-year-old said she intends to set up an orphanage home that will provide love, care and a secure home for children in need.

    In an interview with Punch Newspaper, she opened up about many aspects of her personal life. 

    She also mentioned that her financial reward from the show will be used for more than just the orphanage.

    She said: “With my prize money, I want to establish an orphanage. I also want to start a business, and invest in some other things. But right now, I am just taking everything one step at a time. I am also still thinking of the perfect business to do and how to invest my money wisely.”
