    Celestial Shepherd condemns parish for inviting Portable, Pasuma to church programme

    The Shepherd-in-charge of the Celestial Church of Christ International Headquarters in Ketu, Olatosho Oshoffa has condemned the invitation extended to singers, Portable and Pasuma to perform at one of the church branch’s praise nights.

    The Celestial Church of Christ, Land of Goshen in Lagos, had on Wednesday, November 29, shared a flyer of its praise night featuring Portable, Pasuma and May Shua.

    The announcement, however, triggered a wave of reactions from some Nigerians on social media.

    While some described it as disheartening, others wondered if the house of God was now a place of entertainment.

    Reacting to the controversies on his Facebook page, Oshoffa said: “Dear Celestians, I have just spoken to the Shepherd in Charge of the above Parish at length. He has promised to make amendments to the posters.

    “He has promised that the said contested artists would NOT come for the nights. There is no doubt the said poster is very CONDEMNABLE. God bless CCC. Amen.”

    Portable fumes as embassy denies wife’s visa to UK

    Controversial street artist, Okikiola Oyegbile, popularly known as Portable, expressed disappointment over the denial of his wife’s visa to the UK.

    The singer, scheduled to perform in London on November 26, had intended for his wife to accompany him on the trip.

    However, he was frustrated when her visa application was rejected, preventing her from joining him on the trip.

    According to him, he wanted them to have a good time before his performance, but the embassy ruined his plans.

    Portable in a viral video questioned if they want him to patronise prostitutes in the UK, as opposed to having his partner with him.

    He said the N5 million per show he accepts in Nigeria is more than sufficient for him than his UK gig so he will happily refund because he has the money and they are the ones going against their initial agreement that his wife would accompany him.

    He lamented, asking why they would treat his wife that way because he is the one who is a gangster, and they shouldn’t be taking out their beef with him on his wife.

    Lamenting further, he claimed that the embassy was also trying to rip him.

    Portable sacks manager over alleged fund misappropriation, unethical practices

    Street singer, Habeeb Okikiola Oyegbile, popularly known as Portable, has sacked his road manager, Adeseyan ‘Stelliza’ Oluwatosin, over alleged financial misappropriation.

    In a statement by his legal team on Instagram page, Portable announced that he terminated his contract with his road manager.

    Stelliza was accused by the singer of unethical industry practices, which he claimed would pose a risk to his business interests and the reputation of his record label, Zeh Nation.

    “This public notice serves as an official statement on the termination of all business relationships between the CEO of Zeh Nation, Okikiola Badmus (Portable) and Ms. Adeseyan Adedoyin Oluwatosin a.k.a Stelliza in her capacity as the road manager to Portable and Zeh Nation.

    “This decision comes as a result of Stelliza’s financial misappropriations and unethical industry practices, which poses significant risks to the business interests, global image, and industry reputation of Portable and Zeh Nation.

    “Stelliza’s lack of transparency, integrity, and respect for ethical business practices have breached the trust placed upon her as a Manager and also jeopardized the financial stability of our Artiste and his label.

    “For any inquiries regarding future businesses, please direct your correspondences to the named Manager on the bios of the singer’s verified handles,” the statement reads.

    Controversial street singer, Habeeb Okikiola Oyegbile, popularly known as Portable, has won the Best New Artist at the 2023 African Entertainment Awards, USA (AEUSA).

    Portable snagged the award surpassing the likes of Blaq Bones, Odumodublvk, and Seyi Vibez among others.

    A renowned charts recorder, ChartsAfrica, announced this on Monday in a post on its official X.

    He emphasised that he only featured the budding singer in his song.

    It would be recalled that the two artists, Carter Efe and Young Duu came together to create a song that has gathered the attention of people.

    This has been causing great annoyance for Portable who opined that Carter Efe has stolen his artist from him and using him to spite his music.

    In a new video shared by Carter Efe, he clarified that Young Duu isn’t his artist and they didn’t sign any deal making him an artist in his record label.

    Carter Efe said that he only featured him in his song and nothing more than that.

    Controversial singer and record label boss, Olalomi Oyegbile aka Portable has rained fire and brimstone on his senior colleague, Samklef for constantly tainting his name because of his attention-seeking nature.

    The Zeh Nation frontman expressed his disgust via a viral video, challenging Samklef’s motives and exposing what he believes is his problem.

    Portable who was harsh in his criticism said Samklef abandoned his music profession in favour of clout-chasing techniques.

    The singer questioned Samklef’s character, claiming that the producer’s terrible behaviour led to his professional decline.

    The Zazzu; crooner said that Samklef’s undesirable attributes were to blame for his being rejected by industry heavyweights like WizKid and Davido.

    He went on to say that because of his claimed terrible character, Samklef had been barred and abandoned by these renowned persons.

    Portable accused Samklef of seeking to utilise him and his pals to stay relevant in the industry, implying that the producer lacked a substantial career and had resorted to clout-chasing with other musicians.

    He said: “Samklef, you are an Agbaya you have a bad character that’s why Wizkid forgot about you and abandoned you. Now, Davido has blocked you abandoned you too, now you want to use me and my boys to chase Clout.”

    Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has accused Comedian Carter Efe of “stealing” his artist, Young Duu.

    Young Duu who recently left the ‘Zazu’ crooner’s record label, Zeh Nation, released a collaborative song titled ‘Oyinmo’ with Carter E fe on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.

    Reacting via an Instagram live session with fans, Portable alleged that Carterefe was using his former signee, Young Duu to “blackmail” him because he is about to drop his album.

    Speaking in Pidgin, Portable said: “Hello ladies and gentlemen, Carterefe dem know say I don post my album na e make dem dey blackmail me. Dem dey use my boy, Young Duu dey enter me.

    Controversial singer, Portable’s former signee, Young Duu, has accused his boss of turning him into a car cleaner.

    He also accused Portable of physically assaulting him while he was with his record label.

    Young Duu made the allegations while responding to Portable’s allegations that he betrayed him after he helped him achieve stardom.

    Recall that Portable had warned Young Duu not to cut the ladder he climbed to his success because he might need it someday.

    Reacting to his former boss’ accusations, Young Duu maintained that he didn’t cut any “ladder,” stressing that he left Zeh Nation in search of success.

    “I did not break any ladder. I’m not backstabbing Portable. I’m out for success. I don’t think I did anybody bad. I left Zeh Nation for success. It’s just a help that Portable gave me.

    “For how long? Na now una know say… Bro, no whine me o! Make we just forget about all these things. I don’t have much things to say online…Make una know wettin una dey tok. When I dey wash cars, when I dey suffer, when dem dey beat me, when dem dey slap me, when dem dey hit me, where una dey that time?”

    Controversial singer, Habeeb Olalomi Oyegbile aka Portable has slammed late singer and former signee of Marlian Record, MohBad for betraying his principal, Naira Marley

    Portable alleged that MohBad was killed by the enemies of Marlian record boss, Naira Marley.

    In his latest video, Portable said MohBad was nurtured and supported by Marlian Music but turned his back on them

    He alleged that the deceased accused the label of not showing love, which led to his departure and affiliation with Naira Marley’s rivals.

    According to Portable, MohBad’s association with these rivals ultimately led to his untimely death. 

    He claimed that those who killed Mohbad intended to implicate Naira Marley.

    “Mohbad was killed because he was a betrayer. We help these young artists and make them blow but they repay us with evil. After everything Marlian music did for Mohbad, he later said they didn’t love him. He left the label and went to associate with the enemies of Naira Marley.

    “Those ones then killed him to implicate Naira. God will save Naira from this mess because he only helped Mohbad out of a good heart but he betrayed him,” he said.
