He urged citizens to make prudent financial decisions and prioritise essential needs while temporarily reevaluating discretionary spending.

“Please stop asking for help, the only help you can give yourself is to adjust your lifestyle,” said Paul Okoye.

“I always tell people, the best help you can give yourself with what’s happening in the country is to adjust your lifestyle. If you’re somebody that goes to a club or bar every weekend and you drink five bottles, reduce it to one bottle and you will be fine.

“Dump those girls that mount pressure on you. One of the best economic adjustments you can do now is to turn down the volume of any woman around you.”

Singers Davido and Rudeboy couldn’t resist their thoughts after the businessman, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, posted a message rallying support for the re-election of the incumbent governor of Imo state, Hope Uzodimma.

Ahead of the November 11, 2023 governorship election in the state, the Imo-born socialite in a post on his Instagram page expressed absolute support for the continuity of the Uzodimma-led administration.

He urged the people to re-elect the incumbent who he described as governor of governors as well as grand master of southeast politics.

The club owner further implored Imolites to vote for the All Progressives Congress in the state and charged them to consider the governor’s many accomplishments which he noted were glaring.

He wrote: “Nobody has the capacity to stop him, all other candidates are way too small mentally, morally, socially, physically, academically, spiritually etc to come close to the governor of all governors.

“Good works speak for itself; let’s push for continuity 4+4 = 8 for the man wey over sabi.

“Vote APC in Imo State to re-elect @he_hopeuzodimma. We can never get tired of following the man wey know road in the local, state & federal level.
