    BBNaija’s Whitemoney goes spiritual, says ‘I’ll win Grammy Award’

    BBNaija All Stars housemate, Whitemoney, has Once again, affirmed his goal to win the much-coveted Grammy Award

    During his diary session on Tuesday, September 5, the winner of the Season 6 “Shine Ya Eye’ edition of the BBNaija show, on international TV, prayed that he would clinch an award at the Grammys.

    Outlining his several aliases, Whitemoney revealed he would win the esteemed award because of the immense talent he supposedly possesses.

    He described himself as one of the greatest Highlife/Afro musicians from the West African region.

    With his hand raised; the reality TV star declared: “By the grace of God, I know I am the greatest and one of the greatest Highlife musicians, Afro musicians to come out of West Africa.

    “Because I know I am talented and by the grace of God, I, Whitemoney aka Ozupuruniego aka Ugo Ndi Igbo aka the Otamiemie master; I will win the Grammy by the grace of God. I said it from the Big Brother’s House in the Diary Room. And so shall it be, in the name of Jesus; Amen!’

    In 2021, Whitemoney while addressing critics of his debut song, ‘Selense’, told them he would win the Grammy Award in the coming year (2022).

    That followed after a troll advised the reality star to save his BBNaija prize money and not waste it on venturing into music.

    When asked in an interview on Cool FM to speak prophetically on where he sees his music career the next year, the singer affirmed that his song would have made it to the Grammy.

    Whitemoney said last year: “By this time next year, I’ll get a Grammy Award, Isha Allah.”

    Buttressing his point, he condemned the idea of trolls comparing him with past winners on how every previous winner hopped on making music.

    He cautioned: “A lot of hate comments fly around claiming that every housemate that comes out of Big Brother wants to go into music. The thing is, I do not just want to go into music; I have been in music before I auditioned for the show. It’s just that I didn’t have the platform like every other up-and-coming artist.

    “I went into Big Brother to leverage on their platform so people should not compare me with past winners of BBNaija.”

    Singer Tekno promises to take Whitemoney on global tour

    Popular Nigerian singer, Austin Miles Kelechi popularly known as Tekno has promised to take Big Brother Naija All-Stars housemate and singer, Hazel Oyeze Onou aka Whitemoney, on his forthcoming global tour.

    He revealed this after the housemates’ handler posted a clip of the singer performing Tekno’s ‘Duro’ during the Pepsi task on Saturday, September 2.

    Whitemoney’s handler captioned the clip; “Odogwu Whitemoney! Agba Entertainer.

    @alhajitekno come and carry your boy oooo.

    Tekno quoted the post with the caption: “You go follow me for tour.”

    The ‘Duro’ crooner is preparing for a global tour following the release of his sophomore album, ‘The More The Better,’ last Friday.

    Whitemoney vows never to speak to Ilebaye again over wager clash

    Big Brother Naija All-Stars housemate Whitemoney has vowed never to speak to his fellow housemate, Ilebaye again following their recent clash. 

    The ongoing tension between Ilebaye and Whitemoney reached its peak during an early morning music session.

    The disagreement between these two housemates took a dramatic turn, leading to a heated verbal exchange.

    It all began when Whitemoney took it upon himself to abruptly stop the music, which had been collectively chosen by the housemates for their wager.

    In a conversation with Prince, Whitemoney explained his reasons behind this action.

    He recalled how he had previously tried to reason with Ilebaye, urging her to lower the music’s volume.

    However, his attempts were met with resistance as Ilebaye increased the volume once more.

    Frustrated and determined to assert his authority over the situation, Whitemoney stood his ground in his decision but Ilebaye protested, saying, “Don’t force my hand, Whitemoney; I’ve been showing you respect.”

    Whitemoney described her actions as premeditated and blamed the house for enabling her behavior.

    To clarify his point, he said: “You will pet her to top five, you will pet her to winning and Nigerians are easily gullible and will not see this girl is intentionally doing something.”

    Moments later, he vowed not to communicate with Ilebaye again until he leaves the house or until the end of the show.

    Big Brother Naija All-Stars housemate and winner of the ‘Shine ya eye’ season, Whitemoney, has told Biggie of how he was sacked from his job and got a replacement.

    Whitemoney, explaining his dream to Big Brother in the diary room, caused a buzz on social media as many found it comical.   

    The in-house chef had stated this when Biggie asked if he had any other thing to say before his session ends.

    Whitemoney took the opportunity to narrate the dream he had that afternoon while relaxing.

    According to him, Big Brother was sacked from his job and was replaced with a new person who was strict and had a faster voice.

    He disclosed how the new Big Brother would come inside the house to give instructions rather than speak to them through the microphone.

    He pleaded with Big Brother to remain the same because he didn’t like the new Big Brother he saw.

    Big Brother Naija All-Stars housemate Whitemoney has declared love for all female housemates in the reality show.

    He stated this while professing love to Doyin on Monday.

    Doyin expressed disbelief on Whitemoney’s proposal saying he also likes Mercy Eke and CeeC.

    However, the singer insisted that he is “Otamiemie Master”, stressing that he loves all the women.

    Whitemoney said: “I have always been telling you. I told you, collect love, collect love. I have been telling you to collect love.”

    Doyin inferred: “You started telling me like two days ago; Saturday night party.”

    Whitemoney rebuffed: “No, since I came to this house, I’ve been telling you, Doyin, take love.”

    Doyin cut in: “But you like Mercy Eke, you like CeeC.”

    Whitemoney added: “Guess what? I like all the women. My name is Fela. I’m the Otamiemie Master.

    “Listen, I’m an Igbo man, a chief. I’m not limited to one woman. I love all the women and I will show you love.”

    Doyin declared: “God forbid in this house or outside this house, will I ever be with a man that is in love with all the women.”

    Big Brother Naija All-Stars participant, Whitemoney, has told Neo Energy by he was ignoring his fellow housemates, CeeC and Doyin in the house.

    The in-house chef expressed his frustrations and dissatisfaction, saying that he found CeeC to be acting in a self-important manner, despite not having the grounds for it. 

    According to him, CeeC is also exhibiting a character unworthy of a lawyer.

    He described her as “stupid” and “dumb” and even went so far as to suggest she might be “possessed.”

    Neo further commented on the situation, highlighting that CeeC was studying law, implying that her behavior was unexpected given her education.

    Whitemoney to Neo, he said: “that time I came to your room, that’s the only thing I ever said. This girl is possessed.”

    Neo: “Wetin you tell am”

    Whitemoney: “I didn’t. say a word. She’s so stupid and so dumb and you read law.”

    Big Brother Naija All Stars housemate, Chukwuemeka Okoye known as Frodd, has narrated the dream he had of himself, Mercy Eke and Whitemoney, making it to the show’s final.

    He disclosed his dream to Mercy during a chat in the house.

    He, however, said apart from the two former winners; Mercy and Whitemoney, he couldn’t recognise the other two finalists he saw in his dream.

    Frodd said: “I see you, me and Whitemoney here in the final week. I don’t know if there are other people. The ones wey I don see, na im I know. Those are the ones I’m sure of.”
