Two persons on a motorcycle have been crushed to death after a petrol tanker rammed into them.
The incident occurred on Monday night around Sabo Lipakala area in Ondo town, Ondo West local government on during a heavy downpour.
Witnesses said four persons sustained serious injuries in the accident.

The bodies have been deposited at the University of Medical Sciences mortuary in Ondo while those who sustained injuries are receiving treatment at the intensive care unit of the hospital.
Spokesman for the Ondo Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) AbiolaFadumo, could not be reached for comments.
