Two persons were yesterday confirmed dead following the collapse of a four-storey building on Saturday in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
Three persons were in critical condition at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH), it was learnt.
The state government said could investigate the collapse, it was said.

It also threatened to sanction anyone indicted in the incident.
The state deputy governor, Mr. Moses Ekpo, led other government functionaries including the state commissioner of Police Olatoye Durosinmi, to the scene of collapse to sympathise with the victims.
