Ubah extends campaign to Lagos

The candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in the November 6 governorship election in Anambra State, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah has assured the people that he would implement policies that would encourage them to invest in the state, if given a chance to govern the state.

Senator Ubah who spoke during his interaction with people from the state living in Lagos recently said it is important for people of Anambra State origin is low to invest in the state and promote the Igbo economy at large.

Ubah, who represents Anambra South at the National Assembly, informed the Anambra State residents that he is contesting to consolidate his legislative moves which are aimed at promoting trade and investments in Anambra and Southeast in general.

He urged those who attended the event to inform their siblings and friends back home on the need for them to vote for the YPP on November 6.

Ubah, who was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Uche Ubah and running mate, Dr. Okey Ezeh reassured the gathering that a vote for the YPP is a vote for a new Anambra where human capital and community development will be assured. Speaking at the occasion, his running mate, Dr. Okey Ezeh thanked the people of Anambra in Lagos for their belief in the party which was confirmed by their decision to honour the invitation at a short notice.

Ezeh said with the YPP at the helm of affairs in the state, residents will witness the rise of a new Anambra that all will be proud of.

The event was graced by prominent indigenes of the state living in Lagos, particularly members of the Anambra Progressives and Development Union (APDU).
