The Obafemi Awolowo University Muslim Graduates Association (UNIFEMGA) will on March 6 honour 25 members for their achievements and contributions to the development of the association.
A statement by the National Public Relations Officer Dr Shamsideen Adenopo, said the 11th in the series of the Honours’ Day will hold simultaneously in five states through the hybrid system of physical and virtual.
The states are Kwara, Oyo, Osun, Lagos and Ogun and Abuja.
Adenopo said the topic chosen for Honours Day is “Diabolic Conspiracy of Nigerian Elites in Fostering Insecurity and Poverty in Nigeria: The way out”
Al-Hikmah University Deputy Vice-Chancellor Prof. Abdullateef Oladimeji, will deliver the lecture while former Grand Khadi of Kwara State Sharia Court of Appeal Justice AbdulMuttalib Ahmad (retd), will chair the occasion.
