Video director Sesan reels out favourite music acts

POPULAR Nigerian music video director, Sesan Ogunro has revealed some of his favourite Nigerian music acts to have worked with over the years.

In an exclusive interview with The Nation, Sesan mentioned Wande Coal, Davido, Yemi Alade, and Niniola as some of the music acts he enjoy working with.

“My favorite artiste to work with in Nigeria is, there’s a bunch of them. I mean not to be biased Wande Coal, David is amazing as well, I mean those are kind of obvious. I’ve got a bunch of dope guys that are easy to work with, even female artists, Yemi Alade is amazing she is so super chilled and she brings her A-game all the time, Niniola is dope as well,” he said.

Sesan, however, noted that D’Banj is a stressful music act in a good way to work with. “Do you know what I don’t know if it’s me but I make the artiste distress and Baba will kill me if I don’t mention his name Dbanj. Dbanj is stressful but stressful in a nice way to work with, I and him are brothers we don’t have that kind of artiste director relationship. The relationship Dbanj and I have, we are like brothers so it’s more of a fun situation anytime we collaborate, come together you know. I came up with him, he helped make me who I am because I worked with him several times as I came up so yeah, he’s an amazing artist as well.”
