A petitioner, Mr Ndukwe Ekekwe and his mum, Mrs Nnenna Ekekwe share the story of how he broke his spine after being thrown off a three-storey building by SARS operatives in 2018.
Mr Ekekwe is seeking justice at the Lagos State panel on restitution of SARS related abuses and other matters.
