THE Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone-2, AIG Ahmed Iliyasu, has assured residents of the zone that police would not tolerate any form of criminality.
He said armed robbers, cultists, kidnappers, rapists and other criminals caught would face the consequences in accordance with the law.
The AIG made this know while addressing some members of non-governmental and charity organisations who visited him at Zone 2, Police Headquarters, Onikan, Lagos.
The group held many placards inscribed with ‘End sexual violence; justice for rape victims; if I can’t say no, then I can’t say yes; consent first; raise boys who respect girls, among others.
