NATIONAL Youth Council of Nigeria at Itire-Ikate in Lagos State has partnered Yefadot group on agricultural training for youths of Itire-Ikate local council development area.
The training, held at Agricultural Centre at Ido Olowo in Itire-Ikate, was aimed at including youths in agriculture, Ayodele Oshodi, a youth official, said.
“We need to go back to the source, all of us can’t do white collar jobs … Talking about agriculture when there’s no farmer, there’s no nation, when there’s no farmer there’s no food … So, we are trying to make sure we get our youths engaged in agriculture.”
