    I seek permission before getting intimate with fans on stage – Kizz Daniel

    Afropop super star, Kizz Daniel has revealed he never gets intimate with fans on stage without their expressed permission.

    According to Vado D Great, he ensures before any fan is brought on stage, he inquires about the age and if she is interested to dance and be touched.

    Quite interestingly, he noted after asking all those, they never turn him down as they eagerly come on stage.

    He made these disclosure in a recent interview with Lenard and Angela Yee during “The Breakfast Club” morning show on Power 105.1 in New York, US.

    The “Buga” hit maker’s ‘Afroclassic World Tour 2022’ in the US has seen him give unusual yet pulsating performances as he was captured in series of viral videos grabbing female fans butt on stage at different times and venues while performing.

    With that development, one of the hosts during the interview expressed concerns about the act which could possibly result to him getting bashed.

    Renard asked: “You get pretty intimate on stage with women. Do you ever feel like you need to pull that back a little bit?”

    Responding, Kizz said: “Before I get intimate with any woman on stage, I always ask for their permission.

    “Before I bring them on stage, I always say you have to be 18 and above. You have to give me 5he permission to dance with you, to touch you. And if that’s okay, you could come on stage.

    “And then, yeah; they still wanna come.”

    This is coming after Chichi lambasted Sheggz over his comment.

    The whole incident started when Chichi misunderstood Sheggz who said she would be classified as “Gen-Z”.

    Chichi thought Sheggz had meant it in a mean-spirited way and had a go at him.

    After her fellow Housemates explained that she had misheard Sheggz, Chichi apologized, but it is yet to be seen if her apology was accepted.

    A few hours later, the 25-year-old Bella was heard telling Sheggz that she needed some space.

    Sheggz proved persistent in his advances as he tried to convince Bella of his pure intentions but looks like Bella wants nothing to do with relationships for now.

    Khalid and Daniella disappeared under the covers and got comfortable, and all anyone could get a glimpse of was the top of each of their respective heads.

    Khalid and Daniella’s little break came to an abrupt end when Big Brother told all the Level 2 Housemates to gather in the Garden.

    Ex-militant leader denies operating illegal crude oil camp

    A former Niger Delta militant leader Endurance Amagbein has dissociated himself from an allegation of operating an illegal crude oil mining camp in Igbomotoru, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

    Amagbein, in a statement on Monday, said the denial became necessary because of some unfounded allegations making the rounds in the mainstream and on social media credited to the Joint Military Task Force, codenamed, Operation Delta Safe (OPDS).

    Amadein claimed that the JTF, allegedly acting in concert with a former paramount ruler of Igbomotoru community dethroned for alleged high-handedness, tagged him as the militant leader engaged in vandalism of crude oil pipelines.

    He said: “For the avoidance of doubt, I, Endurance Amagbein, wish to set the record straight and state unequivocally that I am a peaceful and law-abiding citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

    “I am not a militant leader and I also do not have any dealings or connections whatsoever with any illegal crude oil mining site howsoever described in any forest. The statement is false, malicious, mischievous and made in a desperate attempt to injure my reputation and to fit into a narrative.”

    Commonwealth Games: Yusuf claims another bronze

    Weightlifting continued to rake in medals for Nigeria at the ongoing 2022 Commonwealth Games as Islamiyat Yusuf had to settle for bronze in the women’s 64kg of the weightlifting event to increase Nigeria’s medal hauls to two gold and two bronze medals in Birmingham.

    Yusuf, who was earlier in pole to settle for silver, dropped down the pecking order after Australia’s Sarah Cochrane beat her to 100kg lift in the snatch event.

    The event won by the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games gold medalist Maude Charron, who lifted 130kg in the clean and jerk to set a new Commonwealth Games record.

    Yusuf’s bronze medal added to Nigeria’s medal hauls with two gold and two bronze medals contributed by the weightlifting team.

    It was Adijat Olarinoye and Rafiat Lawal that won the two gold medals while Yusuf and Edidiong Umoafia settled for bronze medals in their various divisions.

    The weightlifting event continues later in the day.

    The “E Choke” crooner, during an Instagram live session, left his teeming fans salivating with a piece off his incoming project.

    The new song titled “Flex my soul”, was previewed for his fans while in the studio with his friends having a great time.

    Reacting, many hailed O.B.O; appealing he dropped the new song/album already.

    INEC shuts registration portal as CVR ends

    The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially shut down the online portal for the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise.

    A check by The Nation on Monday showed that the registration portal, https://cvr.inecnigeria.org/home/index is no longer responding.

    A notice on the website reads: “The CVR Exercise has been suspended. Access to log-in to check the status of your completed applications will soon be restored.”

    The Commission had pegged the deadline for the exercise on July 31, 2022, after an extension of the first deadline of June 30.

    The Commission’s last update on the registration exercise on Monday, July 25, indicated 11 million Nigerians have so far registered.

    A further breakdown showed that 10,487,972 new registration were recorded with 3,391,940 registering via online and 7,619,179 through physical registration.

    The update also revealed the Commission had received a total of 28,453, 255 applications including applications for voter transfer, requests for replacement of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).

    Actress Elizabeth Onuwaje aka Lizzy Gold has blamed inaccurate information on social media for the recent upsurge in abduction of celebrities.

    She made this assertion following the recent kidnap of two of her senior colleagues Cynthia Okereke and Clemson Cornel in Enugu on Friday.

    Using herself as a good example, Lizzy explained wasn’t as affluent as the information on Wikipedia suggests about her.

    Tagging online publications as ‘exaggerations,’ the film star urged individuals to stop accepting them.

    Lizzy included a screenshot of her supposed biography online which claimed she reportedly has a net worth of $400,000 (about N285 million); a report she has now refuted.
