BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Cross has revealed how he attempted to take his life twice.

Cross revealed his suicidal attempts to Big Brother during his Diary Session on Friday.

“I have attempted to commit suicide twice but at the end of the day, I survived it,” he said.

Big Brother had asked Cross about his opinion on the mental health task given to the housemates.

The topic however triggered Cross to open up on his experience.

He said: “I think we need physicians in this country to be serious about the issue. Our parents are not really doing enough regarding talking to children to diagnose their mental health.

“I will be a father one day, maybe one or two years to come but I just hope that I give my children the best”.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Angel has revealed she has advised Michael to go back to Jackie B or stop talking to her.

In a chat with JMK, Angel stated that she is chaotic, messy and chilled.

Angel, who was expressing her thoughts over Michael’s move towards her, said she prefers her men to always be open.

She said: “It’s either I’m chaotic and messy or I’m chilled. I don’t want drama. The funny part is I told Michael if he wants to work things out with Jackie, he should stop talking to me but he said no way.

“Just come to me and tell me how you feel rather than going around collecting information from people. That’s dumb!”

Angel was believed to have ignited a relationship with Sammie before ending the ship even before it sailed.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate JMK has expressed affection for Liquorose’s man, Emmanuel.

JMK made this known during a recent chat with fellow housemate, Angel.

She said she’s into Emmanuel, who is widely referred to as Mr Africa.

“I am into this guy (Emmanuel) I wanna cause wahala,” she said while chatting with Angel.

JMK joined the show in its second week after Emmanuel and Liquorose had built a bond after 14 days of living together.

JMK joined the show alongside Michael and Kayvee, who withdrew from the show over medical issues.

Liquorose has marked her territory in the house and almost all the housemates refer to Emmanuel and Liquorose as a couple.

Whitemoney and Yousef had been close to JMK since she joined the show but her recent revelation to Angel has left viewers wondering if the drama hasn’t begun.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemates Nini and Maria took out time after the early morning workout to discuss friendship on Day 26.

The two admitted some of the female housemates don’t like their personalities and might put them up for possible eviction.

Maria, continuing the act as instructed by Big Brother, expressed the pressure on her to nominate two housemates that will be up for possible eviction on Sunday, August 22, 2021.

While the Head of House was the only one who knew there was no eviction, she played along with Nini, noting she knows some female housemates can’t wait to put her up for eviction.

Nini also pointed out there’s a need for every housemate to have at least one person he/she can talk to during their stay in the house.

Maria agreed with Nini and said she’s happy she shares a good bond and friendship with Nini.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemates, Angel, Cross, Saskay, Yousef and Whitemoney have collectively won N1.5million.

The five housemates won the prize money after winning the Storm task on Day 25.

The BBNaija Housemates had to once again dig through their creative tool sets to come up with an entertaining television commercial for the Storm Body Spray.

The instruction for the task was simple. They had to develop and present a creative and entertaining television commercial that included a suitable song or jingle.

Team Love, led by Yousef, came up with a story of a guy in love who proposes to his girlfriend but is quickly rejected because of the bad odour coming from his armpits when they hugged. They ended their commercial with a catchy jingle that goes something like, “Bad energy stay far away, stay far away.”

The five won N1,500, 000, which they will share among themselves.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Angel has opened up on her preference for people watching her while having sex.

In a chat with Boma, Angel said she likes being watched while having sex.

The housemate stated this while discussing with Boma during their stay in the executive lounge Wednesday night.

“If I wanted to do that, I’ll do that where I’m comfortable. I mean I like being watched, like one person at most.

“I like being watched when I’m having sex,” she said.

Boma, who is the current Deputy Head of House, chose Angel to be with him in the executive lounge after discovering the opening of the lounge.

While the discussion was going on, Big Brother told the two housemates to leave the executive lounge.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Jackie B has disclosed how she laboured for four days before giving birth to her child.

The 29-year-old single mother revealed this to JMK during a discussion.

Jackie said her period of pregnancy was simple but labour was the opposite.

She said: “I was in labour for four days from Friday to Monday.

“The period of my pregnancy was simple but labour was difficult.”

Jackie B also noted that her son would turn 10 soon while she adds another year in December.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye ex-housemate, Kayvee has finally opened up on his decision to withdraw from the reality tv show.

The photographer- cum- reality show star blamed anxiety for his withdrawal from the show.

In a statement on his official Instagram page, Kayvee cited the effect of isolation on his mental health and integrating with other housemates.

He noted he is currently at a medical facility working through the debilitating anxiety.

“I underestimated the effect isolation would have on my mental health and integrating with other housemates.

” I honestly wanted to stay till day 72 and I believe I have the empathy, personality and game spirit to have made it to the end.
“But, certainly event that happened in quick succession escalated the anxiety I felt and impacted my being the jovial, energetic and fun person I am”.

Kayvee left BBNaija season 6 on Monday, August 16, 2021 after spending eight days in the House.

He started acting weird and was advised by the medical team to withdraw from the show.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Tega has said the current Head of House, Maria is a manipulator.

Tega said this during her diary session with Big Brother on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

According to her, Maria has been a user even before the house was given a new task of pleasing her to avoid being evicted.

“Maria is a user, she has always been a user and highly manipulative.

“Her new role makes everything easier because it has always been what she wanted,” she said.

She further revealed she isn’t indifferent about Maria’s new position adding that she is cool with whatever task she assigns her to do.

The mother of one also noted that she won’t be licking ass or overdoing things just to be her favorite in the house.

“However, I’m indifferent about the new development in the house because I know I will do my best and ensure that I carry out my duties properly,” she said.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Angel has advised Michael not to restrict himself to only Jackie B.

Michael, during a conversation with Angel after the late-night games on Tuesday, August 17, said that he does not really understand his relationship with Jackie B as he accuses her of snubbing him.

He further asked Angel for her thoughts on his relationship with Jackie B.

In response, Angel said from her point of view, it looked like they were still figuring things out.

”There’s a lot to consider in figuring it out. If you guys want to be serious, you’ll have to take it slow.

“You can put it into consideration that you’ve only known her for a week. So you can’t exactly restrict yourself to her.

”There could be someone in the house that you probably feel more,” she said.

Michael has been stuck with Jackie B since he joined the housemates in the second week alongside JMK, Queen and Kayvee.

Despite the age difference, Jackie B admitted being attracted to Michael because of his looks.
