BBNaija Shine Ya Eye kicked off the fourth week with the Monday night nominations after Maria, one of the former wildcards, emerged the fourth Head of House.

Biggie announced that all the 20 housemates are safe from eviction in the fourth week as there will be no nomination, public vote and eviction on Sunday night.

Big Brother instructed that Maria must keep this as a secret from all housemates.

Maria was tasked to convince the 20 housemates the one who least impresses will be evicted through a system of ranking them.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye Housemate Maria has picked Boma as her Deputy Head of House.

Maria, who was the immediate Deputy Head of House, emerged the winner of the Head Of House game.

After picking Boma as her Deputy, Big Brother insisted Boma should pick someone who will join him in the HOH lounge.

Boma picked Jackie B to enjoy the HOH privileges.

The twist of the game changed hours after Kayvee was pulled out of the show over medical reasons.

Multichoice, the organisers of BBNaija reality TV show, have reacted to the unexpected exit of one of the housemates, Kayvee.

In the recently released statement, Multichoice noted that Kayvee exited from the show on medical grounds.

The statement reads: “Kayvee, one of the housemates in the Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye Season, has been exited from the House on medical grounds.

“Prior to this, he had a consultation with Big Brother and the on-site medical team, where it was decided that he had to leave the house for a more thorough medical investigation.

“MultiChoice and the show producers, are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all housemates in the Big Brother house at all times.”

Kayvee exited the show on medical grounds after spending a total of only eight days.

Kayvee entered into the BBNaija house in Lagos on Sunday, August 8, 2021 alongside Michael, JMK and Queen.

The four were added as a twist to the show, which kicked off in a double opening ceremony with 22 housemates.

On the second weekend, three of the 22 housemates were evicted while four new housemates were ushered in.

The housemates, now 22, are competing for a grand prize of N90 million after 72 days in the Big Brother house.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate, KayVee’s family has reacted to allegations by some housemates that their son is mentally unstable.

Viewers of the reality show had called the attention of the organisers to monitor the misbehaviour of KayVee.

Similarly, some housemates have also appealed to Biggie to examine the photographer.

Whitemoney, JMK, Cross feel KayVee might be suffering from depression, hence needs psychological evaluation.

Responding to the issue, KayVee’s family disputed the allegations.

In a letter posted on the official Instagram page of their son, the family said they will never allow him to go into the competition if he had a mental health issue.

“The KayVee we know isn’t what people are painting him to be. His friends and family will never allow him to go into the house if he had a mental health issue. KayVee is big on mental health and positive vibes, and you could see that from when he entered the house.

“What is happening in the house is simply a reaction to him being unwelcomed. He was full of life when he got into the house, and something has triggered this phase. This has caused him to withdraw into his shell to rebuild his energy and vibe.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Whitemoney has said that he can’t be in a relationship with JMK.

Whitemoney personally told JMK about relationships in the house.

He noted that being in a relationship with JMK might cause some intimacy that she wouldn’t appreciate because he loves too much.

“If I give you affection you’ll run away because I’ll do it too much.

“I don’t know how to approach women but once I like you, I wouldn’t give you space and I’m sure that will affect you in the house. So I’ll just be with all the girls in the house,” he said.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Kayvee has broken down uncontrollably over being isolated by other housemates.

Kayvee’s entrance into the house became difficult from the start.

As one of the newly introduced four housemates, Kayvee stepped into a bit of a pothole.

It was a game of Truth or Dare and he was dared to kiss one of the girls.

Kayvee chose Angel – and didn’t know she was in a situationship with Sammie.

He couldn’t have – he had only just walked into the house.

When the ship between Sammie and Angel went nuclear, Kayvee felt like the man who had caused it all and while some of the housemates reassured him that they didn’t think it was his fault, it’s hard to deny that he was slap-bang in the middle of the fracas.

At first, Kayvee could at least discuss the situation with Angel.

She was one of the housemates who reassured him that he was innocent in all of this but since her promises that she would never talk to Sammie again turned out to be less-than-totally-accurate, he is unable to confide in her anymore.

Following last night’s Live Eviction show, Kayvee opened up to Tega, Michael, and Saskay about his feelings of isolation and a sense that other housemates shun him.

“I overheard a conversation where people seemed to be calling me a liar because I talked about being street. It’s hard to be looked at like I’m a liar every time I say something,” he said.

Michael, who walked into the house with Kayvee, expressed how difficult it was for the other Housemates to warm up to him because he is standoffish in all kinds of conversations.

“Even when people say good morning, it becomes a thing with you,” Michael said.

That conversation didn’t go anywhere though, because Kayvee walked out and sought solitude in the garden for the rest of the evening.

After what seemed like a break-up in the early hours of Sunday, August 15, 2021, Jackie B and Michael seemed to be back on track.

Michael had bragged about ending his “situationship” with Jackie B after she accused him of disrespecting her.

The disrespect in turn was about him letting Angel give him a massage when she wasn’t too far away.

After their fall out in the early hours on Sunday, the two were seen in the evening of the same day sharing some private moments.

The two spoke about issues ranging from their personal lives to the nomination set to happen today.

While all of this was going on, Angel kept staring right at both of them.

Before his fall out with Jackie B, Michael was spotted having a bonding moment with Peace where he spoke about his love for her realness and appreciated their friendship.

Evicted housemates, Arin and Princess, earned from sponsored tasks before they exited the show.

Princess won N500,000 as a member of Team Guinness Gold in the Black Shines Brightest task.

The cab driver also won a six-month supply of Guinness.

However, Arin left the house without winning a sponsored task.

All her winnings were few remunerations paid to them in Abeg Nairas.

Arin’s best friend, Peace, seems to be on a winning streak as she has won the Head Of House game, and sponsored tasks culminating at N750,000 as of day 24

BBNaija Shine Ya eye housemate, Peace has won N750,000 so far since the show started on July 25, 2021.

On Monday, July 26, 2021, Peace emerged as the first Head Of House after she won the game of dice against 21 other housemates.

The fashion and beauty entrepreneur went further to win tasks as an individual and as a member of a team.

Currently, she’s worth N750,000 should she get evicted next Sunday.

Peace won N500 000 and a six-month supply of Guinness as a member of Team Guinness Gold in the Black Shines Brightest task.

Ms. Ogor also emerged the winner of the Eva Soap Task with a total of 137 points and was awarded N250,000.
