Cross seems to be the ladies’ man in the #BBNaija Shine Ya Eye edition.

Viewers and fans of the show have continued to wonder why he has remained on the lips of at least five female housemates.

From the way he washes the ladies’ hair on Sunday mornings during the Darling salon session to the air of energy and excitement he carries with him around the house, Cross has remained one of the most favoured by the females.

However, no one is sure of who the mystery woman could be because the ladies can’t seem to get enough of him.

Cross and Saskay

In one of the Diary Room sessions, Saskay said she was sad Cross had been ignoring and snubbing her. The housemate is basically down for all Cross’ attention to be dazzled over her. The two have partied really hard during the Saturday Night parties but the man just seems to have the ladies around his finger.

Cross and Princess

After Princess’ confession on her eviction night, viewers were left with no doubt that the man is doing something right. In one of Princess’ diary sessions, she confessed to having a little crush on Cross and decided to spill the beans to Nini a few hours to her way out of the house.

Cross and Maria

Cross and Maria kissed once on the first night the housemates decided to play a game of Truth or Dare, which was instigated by Cross.

Some housemates believe that this is Cross’ strategy but she has continued to be one of Maria’s dance partners on the dance floor in the party room.

Cross and Queen

Cross also had the Queen thinking about him. From the moment Queen walked into the house, she had her eyes on him but waiting for him to push the button. It all added up when Cross asked about her age when she entered the house. Queen has been eyeing him but again viewers are unsure of who Cross really wants.

Cross and Peace

The two have a really good friendship going on but one can’t help but wonder if more could be a reality. Peace is very close to Cross and vice versa but it seems to be in a friendzone type of way.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye resident gym instructor Saga has made moves to settle the differences between Pere and Whitemoney.

Recently, Pere and Whitemoney descended into a heated disagreement, eclipsing all the fun games the housemates got up to throughout the night.

Later on Day 24, Whitemoney and Saga decided to chat about the incident indicating that he doesn’t understand why there is tension between him and Pere.

He relayed his guesses to be premised on him knowing that Pere was a wildcard and the speculation that he may have been told by someone.

Saga listened attentively and made sure to comfort Whitemoney for his frustration.

Later in the game’s lounge, Saga had a little tête-à-tête with Pere about these flaring tensions in the house.

Pere allowed Saga’s word of wisdom.

The latter then encouraged him to play an active role and not just wait for the tension to go away.

Five BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemates JMK, Liquorose, Michael, Queen and Yousef have won N3,750,000.

The housemates were rewarded with the winnings after emerging tops in the Darling sponsored task, My Hair story.

After the three-part task was concluded, the winners emerged based on originality, timing management and teamwork.

Team Braids, which included Liquorose, Yousef, JMK, Queen and Michael, were adjudged winners of the task.

Each of the team members was rewarded with N750, 000.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Peace has said that Pere cannot be forced to apologise to Whitemoney.

Peace said this while discussing with current Deputy HoH, Boma over the fight between Whitemoney and Pere.

She said that Pere was obviously wrong for his actions towards WhiteMoney but asking him to apologise for what he did isn’t necessary because he can’t be forced.

Peace noted Pere is a grown man who knows that he should apologise but since he doesn’t deem it fit to do so nobody can force him.

You can’t force a grown man to apologise whether he did wrong or not.

“The fact that the first person he went to meet after going back and forth is Maazi, was he the only one playing the game? It means there’s something in your mind about this guy.

“Everyone has witnessed this times without number. If you feel like his strategy in the house is cooking if e easy go do am,” she said.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye former Deputy Head of House, Jackie B is upset over Maria’s perceived power as the Head of House.

Jackie B said she was frustrated and upset that Maria was lucky to have the privilege of evicting two housemates on Sunday, August 22, 2021.

“I was also frustrated and upset that some people are luckier in the game. I know I haven’t been lucky with games but these privileges keep going to the same person,” she said.

Jackie B began by telling Big Brother that some people are luckier in the game.

The mother of one also said KayVee’s exit from the game also made her sad and she hopes he is getting better.

“I think we are all overwhelmed in the house. Kayvee exit also made me sad,” she said.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Queen has said she’s not ready to please Maria, the current Head of House.

Queen expressed how she feels to Big Brother during her diary session on Tuesday, August 17.

”After the fight I had with her I have really tried to see that we have normal communications.

“I also know that I will do my best to carry out any task that’s being assigned to me dutifully but I don’t have any plans to please her or do things overboard just so she can keep me in the house,” Queen said.

The former beauty queen made the revelation while reacting to the power vested upon the new HOH to nominate those to be evicted since the Monday nomination was cancelled.

Big Brother had told Maria to convince the housemates she has the authority to nominate two of them for eviction on Sunday.

Big Brother also urged Maria to keep it a secret but disclose to the housemate that the least one among them to impress her will be evicted.

One of the newly introduced housemates, Queen, has confronted the current Head of House, Maria over her attitude towards her.

Queen told Maria she knows she doesn’t like her since they had a confrontation when she first got into the house.

Both housemates made their minds known on Monday night when Maria was addressing the house as the new Head of House.

Maria had warned Queen not to shout at her or other housemates if she does not know how things work.

“Please don’t shout at me or anyone else next time and I am talking directly to everyone. If you don’t know how things work. Queen I’m not here to fight with you, get that straight,” Maria said.

Responding, Queen said: “You don’t like me. Even after I fought with you Maria I have been trying my own little way to be playful with you but you don’t respond.

“You were in my room the other day and we had to compose a song. I and Saskay were the only ones wearing a sneaker and said appearance also matter so I asked WhiteMoney, Pere and you to wear a sneaker, can you remember how you responded to me? You literally shouted at me. So I thought it was because I also fought with you”.

Maria however told Queen she would be available to speak with her later in private if she wants to settle their differences but Queen conversely said she does not want to have anything to do with Maria anymore.

“I can’t talk to you anymore and please don’t mention my name in your mouth again,” Queen said.

Maria has emerged fourth Head of the BBNaija Shine Ya Eye edition House and granted immunity from possible eviction.

It was the same game of dice rolling and boxes with instructions to determine the third HoH in the BBNaija Shine Ya Eye edition.

All the 22 housemates took turns in throwing the dice and participated in the game at the kick-off

Maria eventually won the game but she won’t be sleeping in the HOH lounge as she was barred by Biggie as punishment for inviting Liquorose and Peace to the lounge.

With this development, Maria heads the House into the fourth week’s task and activities.

Biggie gave unrestricted visits from housemates to the Head of House lounge but no sleeping over.

As usual, the Head of House (HoH) title comes with some extra privileges.

Maria gets to sit on the throne-like HoH chair, gets information directly from Big Brother, and reads out the day’s task to the other housemates.

This privilege was one of the reasons the HoH challenge is usually hotly contested for.
