Current Head of House Pere has said that he is not emotionally attached to Maria anymore.

Pere made this known during a conversation with Cross.

The HOH said although he used to like Maria in a special way much more than just friends he is done with her since she isn’t giving in.

“I liked Maria more than a friend and I don’t even want a relationship immediately and I made it clear to her but she said no let’s just be friends. I mounted a little pressure, she said no then I said ok cool let’s just stay friends,” he said.

Pere was having a conversation with Cross after Maria, who is the current deputy Head of House, had a fight with one of the new housemates, Queen.

Cross had tried to advise Pere on his situationship with Maria and how to handle it but the ex-U.S. soldier said he already lost interest and wanted only friendship with her.

“Now, I’m over here and just being myself and getting to know other people but now she’s making all that side comments,” he said.

Evicted BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Yerins has said the supposed ‘ship’ between current Head of House, Pere and his deputy, Maria may not work.

Yerins, one out of the three evicted housemates, noted that Maria and Pere situationship is toxic.

Yerin said this while speaking with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on Monday.

“I think Maria and Pere really like each other but I don’t think the relationship will work.

“The reason for this is that the relationship seems toxic,” he said.

Yerins further added that he thinks Emmanuel has a crush on Liquorose but is not certain how the relationship will be at the end of the show.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Boma has said the new HOH, Pere thinks fellow housemate Whitemoney works mostly in the kitchen as a strategy.

In his diary session, Boma told Big Brother about Pere’s thoughts on Whitemoney working in the kitchen alone and how Pere thinks it’s one of Whitemoney’s strategies to win the show this season.

However, Boma thinks otherwise as he says that Whitemoney is doing all the housemates a huge favor by preparing food for them and that is a huge task to carry out.

He also has a lot of respect for Whitemoney and appreciates him for all he does in the kitchen.

He added after the wildcard revelation last week, Pere and Whitemomey don’t seem to get along as they always avoid each other but are cordial.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Angel has said she has the right to kiss any housemate of her choice as a single lady.

The 21-year-old made her point clear to her perceived lover in the house, Sammie, during an argument on Tuesday morning.

The dispute started when Sammie accused Angel of being unfaithful for kissing a new housemate, Kayvee, during a Truth and Dare game.

According to Sammie, he would not be jealous if it were one of the old housemates.

“You’re a confused human being,” he said.

Responding to Sammie’s tirades, Angel yelled she has the right dress anyhow she feel and kiss whoever she likes.

“I actually knew this thing was coming but I would dress the way I want to dress like and I’ll kiss whoever I want to kiss.

Continuing she said, “I’m not confused, I know what I want… If you didn’t slut-shame me, I won’t react this way.

“You were slut-shaming me. You said it. Stop lying. I would not come on live TV and lie.”

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Nini might be on the list of housemates nominated for possible eviction ahead of Sunday, August 15 but the fashion entrepreneur is not losing her witty skills.

Nini had shared a conversation with Boma and Arin when she joked about Jaypaul’s manhood.

She said during one of the Truth or Dare games, Jaypaul was asked to kiss another housemate, he was sexually aroused and she could see his manhood pulsating.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye third Head Of House Pere has revealed plans to enforce stricter measures for erring housemates.

Pere, in a discussion with Maria inside the HOH lounge, said he’s unhappy at housemates that refuse to adhere to simple instructions.

He complained about the bin and uncleanliness in the house to Maria, who said she can only assist him in taking out his orders but can’t form any law or order in the house.

Responding, Pere said: “I am going to have to look into the darker part of my military training in the U.S. to deal with this situation. I can’t understand why people will not take simple instructions.”

Pere had shown he’s not a HOH to be toyed with while encouraging all housemates to work as one.

A few hours after his reign began, Pere had met with Boma to gain from his experiences while enacting his own rules for housemates.

BBNaija Shine Ya Eye housemate Yousef has revealed he has never been to Lagos until now.

Yousef made this known during a chat with one of the four new housemates, Queen, while having breakfast.

Queen had sought to know more about Yousef and he revealed that he is a model, who combines teaching with the modeling world.

Yousef further narrated how he has ties with the Yoruba race as his dad has Hausa and Yoruba origins.

He quickly chipped in his dad never get to know his Yoruba origin because he was more with his Hausa origin in Nasarawa.

When Queen queried his look, Yousef was quick to tell her that his mum is from Yemen while his dad is from Nassarawa, however, he was born in Kogi but raised in Jos.

An enthralled Queen couldn’t help but marvel at Yousef’s words as she kept complimenting his bi-racial and good looks.

One of the four new Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemates Queen has shared why she’s attracted to her fellow housemate Whitemoney.

The model and beauty queen who got into the house in the second Sunday, was seen holding hands with Whitemoney while thinking of what to eat.

Whitemoney in turn, offered to make Queen her choice of meal.

Later after the scene, Queen went on to share why she was attracted to Whitemoney in the presence of Cross, Micheal and Sammie.

She said “I like to be pampered and I love attention and I also like his complexion.”

Queen was crowned Miss Classic International in 2017, and began her international career when she represented Nigeria in the Miss International World Contest in Miami, Florida.

In a chat with Queen, Cross and Micheal he stated his workout sessions were for the Big Brother Naija task.

Whitemoney admitted that every housemate needs to be fit to be able to meet up with the task.
