  • BBTitans: Two evicted as intrigue continues

BBTitans: Two evicted as intrigue continues

After three weeks, the Big Brother Titans continue to make headlines with explosive moments and entertainment week in, and week out.

With a mix of everything – from twists to fights and spicy romantic triangles, the Ziyakhala Wahala housemates are doing everything to entertain viewers.

After the second week’s twist, where Biggie paired the housemates as male and female from opposite countries in a sink-or-swim tie, the show has only gotten hotter.

At the end of the second week, during the season’s third live show, the pairings presented the season’s first double eviction – SanTheo.

SanTheo – made up of Sandra and Theo – two housemates, who were part of Biggie’s first twist, ended their journey in the Ziyakhala Wahala edition after just nine days. The pair said goodbye to other housemates as they bowed out of the competition and the race for $100,000.

After the usual trip down memory lane, reviewing the week’s activities from the HOH game, wager, fights, and the Saturday party, live show hosts Ebuka and Lawrence dived straight into the post-eviction talks.

First Heads of House Blaqboi and Ipeleng (Blaqleng) also had the opportunity to speak about their reign as joint HOH. Blaqboi noted that their tenure appeared chaotic because their honeymoon phase (the first week) was over, and tempers continued to rise. He predicted that every other HOH pair would deal with similar circumstances but conceded that he found the fights entertaining.

Ipeleng, on the other hand, decided to play it safe and refused to directly answer her guess of the ladies she thought had spoken ill about her for enjoying the HOH room two weeks in a row. The South African law student said she didn’t want to jeopardise the new relationships she was forming with the housemates.

On their eviction, Sandra and Theo had different views of their stay and eventual exit.

In a chat with Theo, the fashionista noted that he wasn’t surprised to have been nominated as he didn’t form enough bonds in the house. He noted that he enjoyed being friends with Jaypee and would continue making his music out of the house. He also noted that he had so many spicy meals in the house courtesy of Nigerian housemates that did the cooking.

For Sandra, her short stay in Biggie’s house didn’t mean sadness as she seemed to be in a much better mood than Theo, saying, “Everyone will eventually come out.” She also said she believed other ladies, like Khosi and Nelisa, found her to be a threat, but she’s glad about her gameplay while in the house.

In the third week, Nigeria’s Kanaga Jr and South Africa’s Blue Aiva emerged as the Heads of House. The pair first stepped on their toes when they saved Yemi Cregx and Nelisa to replace Marvin and Yaya. The week’s wager task is a cooking show and the housemates have staked 75% of their wager for the task which will be conducted by housemates and judged by Biggie tomorrow, Thursday just before the pool party.

  • BBTitans: Nominated pairs have diary sessions

BBTitans: Nominated pairs have diary sessions

The nominated Big Brother Titans housemates have diary sessions in pairs for the first time this season.

Following Monday’s nomination session, the pairs who are up for possible eviction ahead of Sunday had a chat with Biggie to discuss the Head of House challenge, the new Heads of House reign, and nominations.

Each pair had to guess who nominated them, and they shared interesting answers here’s what each pair had to say:

    Thabana

While it feels scary for Thabang, Nana’s partner, to be up for eviction for the first time. Nana is taking it well and believes Yelisa possibly nominated them because of Thabang’s relationship with Khosi and his recent misunderstanding with Nelisa.

    Maya

The Maya pair feel like they ‘were thrown under the bus’ as they were not initially nominated, however, due to the Heads of house use of their veto power. They saved Yelisa, and now Maya has to face eviction woes. Marvin said he felt hurt and betrayed as he believed he shared a special bond with the HoHs, especially Kanaga Jr.

    Jaykay

Jaypee and Lukay think most pairs nominated them because they are the closest pair, and most housemates see them as a threat. Lukay also mentioned Yelisa, as they are the only pair with whom they don’t share a close bond.

    Khosicle

Like Jaykay, the Khosicle pair believes many pairs nominated them as they always make it to the top three in the Head of House games. However, if Khosi had to mention three pairs, she believes Jenni Li, Juiovla, and Juvone nominated them.

    Blaqleng

Last week’s Heads of House, Blaqleng, mentioned Juiovla as the first pair they think nominated them because they put them up the previous week. Additionally, they said Juvone because of their friendship with Juiovla, Nelisa, and Maya because Marvin could not look at Blaqboi after he walked out of the diary room.
