    My American girlfriend called BBNaija organisers to evict me – Bright Morgan alleges

    The evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Bright Morgan, has alleged that his American girlfriend attempted to get him removed from the show by falsely informing the organisers that he had a health condition.

    In a video statement, Morgan explained that the organisers reached out to his family—specifically his brother—who confirmed he had no health issues.

    He noted that if he were truly unwell, he would have left the show on his own.

    Morgan further disclosed that he had never met his girlfriend in person, revealing that their relationship had only lasted a few months.

    “My American girlfriend called the organisers to evict me from the show that I have a health challenge. So the organisers then had confirm from my family members because I dropped my family members’ phone numbers.

    “They contacted my brother if it was true and they said there’s nothing like that. I mean if I ever had a problem, I would voluntarily exit the show. She wasn’t here in Nigeria, but she placed calls,” he stated.

    Recall that during his stay in the house, Morgan was romantically involved with Mide.

    Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has dismissed viral claims that she deliberately released her s3x video to stay relevant in the entertainment industry, clarifying that it was circulated as part of a bet from her ex-partner’s side.

    Speaking in an interview on The Breakfast Club, Savage described the incident as one of the most painful experiences of her life, lamenting the emotional toll it took on her.

    The video’s rapid spread on social media sparked controversy and criticism, with many blaming her for not giving in to her blackmailer’s demands.

    She, however, expressed frustration over the lack of empathy shown to her, noting that rather than being recognized as a victim of extortion, she was harshly judged by both the public and influential media figures.

    Savage emphasised that the narrative painting her as someone seeking attention was misguided, pointing out the absurdity of the accusations. 

    “I was bashed for my s3x video. Lot of people think I was just trying to get sympathy. Even people with platforms were quite horrible and blamed me.

    “I don’t know how they couldn’t see me as the victim in this. They said I did it to be relevant. If I were doing that, I would’ve been intentional about it. I would have used better lighting, lingerie, and my facial expressions would have been on point.

    “My mom called me and said, ‘don’t listen to them… I’m just happy that you’re enjoying yourself.’ Hearing my mom say that helped,” Savage added.

    The singer also revealed she has been turning to therapy and has shifted how she views love and intimacy.

    “For therapy, yeah, a lot of people say to me you’re wasting your money. I’m like, what? I love my son, I love my team, my friends. I’ve been married before, I’m 45, I’m good,” she said.

    In her personal life, Savage admitted she has gone years without intimacy and doesn’t chase it outside of meaningful connections.

    “I don’t know if I don’t come attached. I’ve gone like maybe three years without. I have to be with someone for me to even think about it. I don’t have toys… maybe that’s what people should get me for Christmas,” she joked.

    Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has said she still holds fellow music icon Davido in high regard despite their recent public fallout.

    Speaking in a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Savage clarified that the disagreement arose from a miscommunication, which was perceived as threat by Davido.

    “I think it was a miscommunication,” she noted. “I think out of anger maybe he might have made threats.”

    According to Tiwa, she filed a police report as a precautionary measure to protect herself, not out of hostility.

    She emphasised that she doesn’t believe Davido would act on his threats, but she couldn’t take any risks, especially considering that others might take action based on his words.

    “He might have made threats, do I think he was really going to go ahead with it? No, but again I’m not taking any risks,” she said. “You could be saying it around people who wanna now act out on what you’re saying”, she said.

    Before resorting to official measures, Tiwa Savage said she attempted to resolve the matter quietly by reaching out to Davido’s older family members, asking them to help mediate the situation, adding that none of them responded.

    “Before I did that though I reached out to members of his family, I’m not gonna say names, but people that are older than him, and I said okay I’m hearing threats can we solve this and none of them came back to me,” she said. “Just for the record, before I do anything can we solve this?”, she added.

    Tiwa Savage, despite the tension, reaffirmed her love and respect for Davido, describing him as her brother.

    She stressed that she would never betray him or take sides against him, emphasising that their bond remains rooted in mutual respect.

    “I haven’t spoken to you David but I do want you to know that I do love you and I would never betray you or take sides,” she said. 

    The disagreement between the two singers started in January 2024, after Tiwa Savage shared a photo with Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, on social media amid the DMW boss’ child custody battle with Sophia.

    Their star-studded wedding reportedly cost about $3.7 million and was attended by notable personalities from Nigeria and beyond.

    Citing Mandy’s daring news, Guinness swiftly responded, stating that they do not honour such activities.
