    HIV, HPV red flags fly over 2025 Valentine’s Day (1)

    Where would you be and what would you be doing tomorrow, February 14 , 2025  Valentine’s Day? Painting the town red or just watching the world go by?My boosts long hung and  other Valentine paraphernalia neatly wrapped and stored at the bottom of a trunk box of old vestiges of this day in history, I will be in one corner of my house fellowing the effervescence in spirit with my inner eyes.

    Valentin Day was  intentioned as a day  to show love  but is now  characterised by the hunt for company or companionship.Company hunting is the search for external  content or physical content or physical human body content with which to engage  in physical surrender. The search for  companionship is an exploration for a soul, homogeneous or not, complementary or not,for a joint task, high or low,  through marriage or plantonic friendship for example.

    I still doubt if either comes  near what St. Valentine taught us.Every February 14, reminds me of the Love of God, a split part of which each one of us is as a spark of light or of energy from out of His Radiation. We bear  this knowledge slumbering deep within us, and are meant to awaken  the memory in the course of our  germination like seeds sown in the world of matter, unite with it like flowering photosynthetic plants which, at their level,  seek the energy of sunlight for their flowering and fruiting. This idea reminds me of  Nigeria, an over-blessed nation in my view. Many countries are bombarded by snow for months every year. We are not. Many enjoy shadowy  sunlight for  about  two hours every day for months and then lapse into months of near complete darkness.We have 12  hours of sun-lit day and 12 of night fall sometimes lit by the moon’s reflection of  sunlight. The wind torments some countries, sometimes overturning motor vehicles and breaking  houses. We have  no such  thing. In some areas of the earth, earthquakes are common.We have not been visited by any since I was born 75 years ago. Recently, the air was reported  to  be catching fire in some countries. We have no such  experience.Perhaps we had  fair share of them  in the days of our ancestors  when Atlantis was smitten by a decended moon to take western parts of the American continent away from the western parts of Africa and create  an Atlantic Ocean  in between. Whatever it is, we are blessed with  huge crude oil deposit, large array of minerals resources, a fertile land for agriculture, an intelligent people who, unfortunately, have lapsed into spiritual indolence since the days of the sinking of Atlantis,forgetting  everything about their spiritual  ancestry and chained to their brains and hence their physical bodies and  their material environment!

    So, it will not be surprising that,tomorrow, the town  will be reddened, irrespective of cries of woe here and here that the economy had gone rotten.

    How much  more beautiful would it  have been if, led by the Church, the Mosque and leaders of traditional religions, we all  could take a break from bread and butter hussels and hassels on Valentine Day, to acknowledge the love of God and His Infinite Goodness, and rekindle the fire of our Spirits to live only in reverential devotion to His  Will, Honour and Glory. In this state of  being, we would desist from being a thieving people in public or private life. We would till the land  to feed ourselves and not depend on other nations for  food. We would not flee our  land, alloted to us in the wisdom of God, to be vagabonds or prodigal citizens in other lands. The strong  would not take advantage of the weak. Men would be  manly, protective of women, and women would be womanly, true or faithful guardians of the longing in us for God, and not lead the way down hill to perdition, as they do today, selling their charming bodied on the social dung hill. I sense that, tomorrow, many girls and women would parade the streets almost naked in search of body-hunting men and that true men will hiss on them or tongue lash them if they do not physically assult them.

    HIV and Trump

    As 2025  Valentine Day  approached, United States (U.S) President Donal Trump fired a policy shocker at the  global HIV community of challenged persons and their doctors and care givers. The policy  to withdrew U.S. subsidy on HIV medications was unrelated to 2025 Valentine’s Day, but I saw correlations in them, nevertheless. In 2019,  President Trump made a smaller cut than he as just done, and it was reported to cause one million HIV deaths globally. Genuinely or politically, President Trump had been challenging what many people in his country had been doing with their bodies which he considered wrong or unnatural.Unfortunately, there is little he can do about them. For they are distorted souls. As distorted souls, they are either male spirit kernels or seed germs in female human bodies, or male spirit kernelds in female human bodies or human body which are in various degrees of trans migration, that is inwardly abnormal due to their own decisions, irrespective of what, outwardly,we observe them to be. HIV disease may or may not be a consequence of any of these things, but it is sexually transmittable and U.S. money had  helped  to make  treament drugs cheap  globally and, perhaps, helped to prevent its spread  world-wide. Now with U.S. withdrawal, drugs prices may rise and become unaffordable especially in Nigeria, and the HIV population may enlarge. Nigeria has a population of about 1.5million HIV challenged persons which international data estimate at 10 million persons. Akwa Ibom State tops the table with 5.5 per cent of its population, fellowed by Benue 5.3 per cent, Rivers 3.8 per cent, Taraba 2.9 per cent, Abia 2.1 per cent e.t.c.  Congugal irreverence on a day such as tomorrow or on the aftermath days may rock the boat towards perdition where treaments of HIV disease is of limited to pharmaceutical drugs and injections rather than confronted with the right kinds of foods and drinks which alone bring lasting health. With the U.S. aid cut , the cost of drugs will escalate.Thus, the fear of HIV cannot be divorced or disengaged from tomorrow’s carnivals.

    HIV, TOOTHLESS BULL-DOG

    Fear of HIV on a Valentine’s Day is not the heart of this column today. I am more concerned about whether HIV has not lost to plant  medicine its original all- conquering terror.  I am on the side of arguments that HIV may never have existed,  that it was the product of  power play between France and the United States to deceive poor nations that a new devastating disease had been discovered, to inform them this disease  was incurable for life, to develop new pharmaceutical drugs that will at best check its excesses, to drain the pocket of poor nations into those of rich nations. Many researchers believed  what was termed HIV was a mere  conglomerate of existing immune and  energy-sapping diseases which, individually or in their various combinations,may or does yield to existing drug medicines.These researchers are called HIV DENIALISTS. Dr F. Batmanghelidj, the Iranian who caused a paradigm shift  in medicine by making medicine accept water  not just as a solute but as medicine in its own right, theorised that the so-called HIV was an autoimmune problem which is reversible.

    Dr. Batmanghelidj, who was celebrated in this column last year under the title… 2024 World Teachers Day:Icons of  Natural Medicine, believed there was no such virus. Dr. Batmanghelidj, an Iranian whose life ambition was to make medicine as simple as possible for lay persons to understand and intelligently discuss, put so-called HIV cells in test tubes and fed them some nutritional substances. He had come to the notion that what we called HIV cells were actually fragmentations of genetic nuclei in the absence of an amino acid named CYSTEINE and ZINC, a fertility and stress mineral which serves about 200 purposes in the human body. This value range from fertility, senses of taste and smell, health of hair, nail and skin, protection of the prostate gland against the damages of Inflamation, enlargement and cancer to those of stability of the  genetic nucleus and, of course, boosting of the immune system.

    Dr. Batmanghelidj found that cysteine and Zinc caused the so- called HIV cell to evolve into normal, stable cells. This left some researchers and doctors in bewilderment.However, it strengthened belief of persons like me in the correctness  of the conception that Neither drug  nor injections but the right kinds of foods  and drinks and medicines bring lasting health. This conception became a natural personal experience for me when I succumbed to some symptoms of COVID-19 but returned to life in about two weeks. I reported my experiences on this page afterwards in the column I titled… CORONAVIRUS:LOOK-ALIKE SYMPTOM JOIN THE LEXICON, posted on FACEBOOK at (John Olufemi Kusa).

    Since Dr. Batmanghelidj work with Cysteine and Zinc, Selenium has joined the league of HIV bursters in the  hands of complementary and natural medicine physicians. It is now well suggested that a defficiency of essential amino acids and Zinc may trigger so-called HIV like symptoms.Essential and non-essential amino acids are important for the intergrity of cells at the molecular level, as are other substances as Vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, phenolic,poly phenolic compounds and, in the last few years, Quantum Energy. “ A Zinc finger” is said to hold the amino acids in place in the cell nucleus like  the “clips” which hold clothes securely from wind or storm on a clothes line. Selenium intake is critical in HIV therapy, going by several studies.More people who eat food from selenium deficient soils are said to be more HIV prone than persons who eat selenium-rich foods. Men are said to be more prone to HIV than our women  because they lose Selenium in ejaculations and may not replenish the losses while women  are  the beneficiaries and, therefore, less prone.The value of Selenium is expressed in the HIV-infected normal cell. Dr Batmanghelidj and his colleagues call the “infective viruses” fragments of genetic nuclei. By fragmentation, they mean the genetic code or the formula for maintaining the body has been broken into pieces and it is this piece that are mistaken for viruses. These HIV infected  cells are   said to reproduce their kind and not normal cells, thereby increasing the viral load. Meanwhile, there could be a disproportionate elevation of the viral load against the immune system army expected to fight the virus. The principal fighters in this army are the T-4 CELLS. The battle line  divisions are, thereby, not equally matched. Selenium changes this battle ground scenario, it is said,  by freezing the HIV cells so that they cannot reproduce. Meanwhile, Zinc encourages thymus gland  to enlarge to normal seize. In many adults, it is said to have shrunken to about one quarter of its normal size under zinc defficiency.Many persons rely on only food sources of zinc when increasing scenarios demand the consumption of alot more.Supplementation of zinc in the diet under HIV therapy causes the thymus gland to enlarge.It is inside this gland that T-4 immune cells are matured or graduate for deployment into battle. Therefore, the larger the thymus gland, the more the number of T-4 cells that should mature in it. When the therapy is running well,  and the HIV cells cannot reproduce, and more T-4 cells are being supplied, the  viral load freezes and the T-4 COUNT  increases. With the growing dimunition of the viral load,isn’t  the so-called HIV scourge conquerable?

    Dr. Roger Moore, who also featured in the aforestated icons of natural medicine, taught us about the new biologyof health.This is about acid and alkaline balances in the body. An  acidic internal hygiene or environment and  blood delimits the immune system and the organs, while  an alkaline system at about 7.34 on a one to 14 pH scale in which valued above seven are alkaline inhibits  microbial existence or growth and improves cellular health. In HIV therapy, therefore,acid-forming foods must be eliminated and alkaline- forming ones encouraged.Red meat, fried foods, poultry chicken and egg, bread(white or wheat) milk are acid forming. Alkaline foods include fruits and their peels, lightly cooked vegetables, fruit and vegetable juices e.t.c. A time table for different juice intake  may be drawn (see THE GERSON therapy on-line). For alkalising,  I like herbs such as Chlorella, Wheatgrass, Alfalfa, and Aloe Vera gel. Other herbs which fight viruses and alkalise the system include…Oregano, sage, fennel, basil, ginger, ginseng, tumeric, curcumin, Rosemary, dandelion e.t.c. Some of them may be eaten raw as salad with food. I eat orange peels and banana peels in my meal. They are more nutritious than their fruits.There are  more things to say about HIV conquering plant medicines than space will permit.Sufffice it to say that, in about 25 years,I have observed many challenged persons bounce back to life from the”death sentences” that their diagnoses once presented  to them. Their systems of opportunistic  diseases  disappeared on dietary coconut oil.They  express no skin rash or give-away cough and bear normal weight.They live normal lives.

    I write often about this Nigerian herb formula which gave the first hope, arguably, to HIV challenged persons, following a study of soldiers at the military  hospital in Ikoyi, Lagos. So  impressive were the findings that this hospital presented them  at a global military hospital conference in Bethesda, United States. Some Nigeria universities, too, have done HIV and other clinical trials with this product with exciting results.The University of Tunis, following up on Nigerian studies, reported some “cures”.

    The Cancer Cloud

    There has been so much talk about cancer at this time which makes it worthy again of attention on this page, but from a different light from previous commentaries. This time, there is a massive campaign that girls and women step forward for immunisation against HPV(Human Papillo Virus).The bottom line of the campaign  is that HPV, which may be picked up from conjugation with infected men, may cause cancer of the cervix.

    Cancer may be a difficult nut to crack, indeed. Neverthless, there have been cancer survivours who, transformed by nutrition and herbs from the scourge, have lived healthy lives. Bill Henderson reported many of such cases in his book Cancer Defected. From my experience, some cancer patients who resorted to nutrition and herbalism lived longer than their doctors thought they could. As I write, I remember a woman Aged 51 who suffered from oesophageal  cancer. Her weight collapsed to 38kg. Her abdomen and stomach were perforated for a feeding tube to be fitted in. Aloe lite was a regular feature in her liquefied meal. Her weight grew to 65kg in a few months. But she passed soon after under the ravanges of chemotherapy. A formal Special Assistant  to Governor Babatunde Fashola survived it to the amusement of Mrs Bukola Azeez, CEO of Budget travel. Too many factors that  space does not  permit mentioning here support natural  cancer therapy.One of them is occassional time spent in the HYPER BARIC OXYGEN  CHAMBER.  Cancer does  not  survive in oxygen environment.Infact, Dr.Mark Gerson believed the oxygenation was a cause of cancer.  In the extension of the knowledge of CREATION during THE COSMIC TURNING-POINT in the 1920s, mankind was afforded the opportunity to know that blood diseases would be a feature of the years ahead and that cancer could not develop in any part of the body if THE LIVER was optimally healthy.

    Girls and Women

    As I have already shown above, this part of the column is addressed exclusively to girls and women. They are the ones the international community and their country are asking to step forward for vaccination or immunisation against Human Papillo Virus (HPV) which he said to cause cancer of the cervix and, perhaps, other parts of their genitalia. They pick HPV from infected men during intercourse.Today’s woman is more sexually exposed to sex than were our mother and grandmother. Today’s man is like a butterfly which sucks nectar from any beautiful plant. Some men are so loose that they cannot hold themselves before anything in skirt. I will ever remember the lamentation of a woman that a man’s brain is now on the tip of his organ. In this scenario, every girl and woman, indeed,needs protection against HPV. In the next part of this, series, I will explain some natural forms of protection against HPV. However, this is not to encourage you to let yourself go tomorrow or on any other day, painting the town red.

    2024 diet gains: Chicken heart, eye and head, fish head and eye

    Butchers  in Lagos State said something about their business last weekend which, in my view, explained why I have been unable  to afford red meat on the dinning table for sometime. That was  before I finally gave it up for reasons order than its high cost…and went for chicken heart. I am not done. For I plan to migrate to chicken head and eye, and then to fish head and eye. It is not  a crazy, but a pragmatic idea. It is adventurous, budget cutting  and nutritionally gainful. I will explain it all, in  due course.

    You must be a supper star or a money bag in Nigeria’s economy of  today if you still regularly eat red meat or oily fish in your meals. I gave up red meat years ago  to save my  gums from regular tooth picks injury and infections, and to prevent cholesterol from building in my blood steam which, for decades,has been kind enough to give me a 110/70  blood pressure. The original Titus fish, in which  Omega-3  fat is abundant, became my favorite protein source from the animal kingdom until  conspirators in the economy  took the price beyond the roof. I did not sit, arms folded, groaning, as many people do when they are confronted by opposition and friction. I look for away out of any trouble, believing that I will be stronger at the other end of the equation if I learn to ride the storm and to overcome it.That was what I did in 2024 when Titus fish, like red meat, went beyond my reach.  I will tell you soon about my secret of adaptation which still gives me, at reasonable cost,good quality animal protein in my diet. I hope that I have not already let out the bird’s head in the head line.

       I am not one of those incorrigible optimists who believe you can rebuild over night an economy which probably took about four decades to damage.I do not believe in reforms either. You cannot destroy three floors of a six-storey building and hope to  restore the original form by merely patching here and there the damaged structure. To do a better job, the debris will be removed,  the remainder of the building will be  knocked down, and a new construction would be made on the site. A  damaged economy is not different from a bomb blasted house. This is saying I cannot see any light-on as yet on the dinning table for red meat and Titus fish, irrespective of promises by icons of the economy that eldorado is on the way or that we have rowed the boat to its shores.

    Wasn’t it only last weekend that the association of Butchers in Lagos appeal to the government to come to its rescue? I do not know how  the butchers wanted the government to attain to their business headaches. They say that, before now, they slaughtered more than five thousand cows for the market very day. Now, however, the market can absorb only a little more than 2000 cows every day. That means more than half of their business is gone, has more meat eaters that cannot afford cow beef.How would they be able to afford it when, as the butchers said, a cow they previously bought for about four N400,000 now sells for about N1.2 million?  What we need to do is to revolutionise production of animal protein sources. In this column two years ago and again  last year, I suggested how about three trillion rabbits maybe farmed all over Nigeria within one or two years for home consumption and for exports to China which was spending billions of US Dollars every year  on Zimbabwean rabbits.( These articles can be read on my Facebook page…John Olufemi Kusa). The ideal originated from an NGO on farming  I was invited to by a gentleman from Edo State. Our Chairman was Brigadier Samuel Ogbemudia (rtd),formal military governor of Bendel State ( today’s Edo and Delta states), now of blessed memory. Formal President Shehu Shagari was our life patron. I enlarged our modest ideas to suggest that President Bola Tinubu, all governors, all senators, all Representatives, all House of Assembly members, and all local government chairmen  and councillors, motivated by the President, set up rabbit farms, each of one thousand rabbits, in their constituencies. This should give us more than three thousand rabbit farms and  three million  rabbits.If two million rabbits of these  three million rabbits produce 20 rabbits each in one year, that would mean a conservative 40 million rabbits in one year.This figure is conservative because the would be almost one million baby rabbits which will mature within that time frame and whose productivity is unaccounted for in this calculation. Additionally, our three thousand model rabbit farms may ignite the emergence of rabbit farms double  its number in that time frame.We may also have rabbit farms in prisons and faculties  of agriculture in universities.The universities and ministries of agriculture will provide support services to these farms.We would thereby have generated two directions in national orientation… Providing more animal protein for the population and creating jobs for young rabbit farmers and rabbits feed producers.(Will Mr Bayo Onanuga be kind enough to share this idea with the President and the First Lady? Will Mr Gbenga Akosile be kind enough to share it with the governor of Lagos State? Lagos State is Nigeria’s leader state. Thousands of rabbit farms in Lagos State will not only create jobs but improve VAT income and also spare-head a Nigerian rabbit farming revolution which should cut protein food cost.I almost weep when I remember the huge land forms in Northern Nigeria and its inert population that may significantly profit from this idea but is stealing iron and steel nationwide or weighing Boko Haram war upon itself) These model farms will trigger emergence of bigger farms in future.If I may make a confession: now that  many persons have again invaded my rare sources of protein, I have decided to put to use in my backyard garden  the rabbit cages I bought in  the late 1990s.

    Can you blame me? I went without vegetable for some time when the price became untouchable. I almost cried because I knew the value to radiant health, especially for Septuagenarians like me, in their antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, phenolic compounds, not to mention their chlorophyll and oxygen.So, pulling myself together, and helped by Udeme James who keeps the flower beds, a vegetable garden emerged  in the flower beds instead of ornamental or decorative plants.My household had more than enough vegetable to eat.The gardens became so bushy that something had to be done about it.So,on one February 2025, that is about five days ago, the first batch of vegetable for the vegetable market brought home 2,500 naira at give away prices.That is a lesson to learn from not sitting idle, groaning and be moaning discomfitures of the economy and their negative impact but riding over their storms, gaining control over them and landing on the other side of the equation, mentally, psychically and spiritually healthier and stronger.I almost shed  tears at about the same time, though.This was when I had to cut down two pawpaw trees that had begun to give me a whole pawpaw for breakfast everyday.Whenever I ate a whole pawpaw and its seeds for breakfast,I had no need for lunch and, but for gluttony,I should do without dinner as well.I cut them down because they were growing too tall and toward high tension electricity cables far above the fence line.I believe they were searching for energy and were pulled in by the magnetic field of the cables. So, to  avoid trouble, I had to cut them down, hoping that they would regrow as dwarf plants. If my  other pawpaw trees do well this rain season, another N2,500 more could come in every day from the fruit market!

    Trouble

        I saw trouble coming for many persons who were rigid about red meat and fish as their only sources of animal protein.I feel sorry as well for persons, especially children, who have been going without animal proteins.There are proteins in plants, no doubt, but they are not comprehensive enough to provide all the protein to which the human body has been used for thousands of years.The human body is made essentially of proteins and minerals.The proteins which make up the hair, the skin, the eye , the soft tissue and the muscles e.t.c  are made up of varying  combinations of  small molecules called amino acids. Many human biology researchers say 20  amino acids, nine of them essential amino acids,11 non essential or semi essential, form our bodies.The body can convert one non-essential amino acid to another.This means the human body can manufacture some amino acids as needed by transforming one form of amino acids into another. However, it cannot manufacture an essential amino acid.This have to come from the diet. Plants can supply some essential  amino acids but in small amount.Even then, a few essential amino acids may be missing in particular plant. However,spirulina, the blue-green algae, stands out…it provides all 20 amino acids, including the nine essential amino acids.This is why, as I may mention later in  this column, it helps many HIV- challenged persons to build high CD4 counts, freeze or minimise viral load and improve immunity.

     Therefore, we humans,obtain large amount of essential amino acids from animals sources.This is why persons, especially  children, who do not eat enough meat and fish may easily develop health troubles, particularly HIV. Many studies have linked HIV to essential amino acid deficiency and selenium deficiency.I hope to address this question in a later column in the light of U.S. President Donald Trump’s  threat to withdraw financial supports for HIV challenged persons world wide.This means the cost of anti-retroviral drugs may sky-rocket, many patients may be unable to afford them and their illness may proceed to the stage of full blown AIDS.The column I spoke of will address plant medicines which prevents progression of HIV to AIDS, and have helped many HIV challenged persons to throw off the yoke.

    Beside HIV,deficiency of amino acids and essential amino acids can cause several diseases which may include…Kwashiorkor,marasmus, anemia,impaired wound healing,muscle wasting and sarcopenia,Impaired immune function,cognitive impairment, skin and hair loss.Equally serious is vitamin B12 deficiency. Many do not have Vitamin B12.It is abundant in animal sources. Its deficiency may cause the following diseases and, perhaps, more…Anaemia, megaloblastic Anaemia,Neurological problem(numbness or tingling in the hands and feet,weakness and difficulty walking),fatigue, digestive issues, and Neuropathy.In Megaloblastic Anemia, the bone marrow produces excessively large red blood cells which cannot efficiently deliver oxygen to the cells.

    Crayfish

    With not enough money for red meat,Titus fish and poultry chicken and egg, both of which are no-go areas because of their poisoning by poultry farming practices, my household substituted crayfish as a protein source.In a household of four persons, it made good sense to spend N18,000 a month on three paints bucket of crayfish than N4,000 a day or N120,000 a month on two pieces of Titus fish every day.Here is the nutritional sense in  every 100g of crayfish…

    Protein 19-20g high-quality protein with all essential amino acids;Fat 0.5-1g low in fat, with a mix of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids;Carbohydrates 0-1g very low in carbs;Fiber 0g no dietary fiber;Vitamin B12  20-30 DV;Selenium 30-40%  DV;Vitamin E 10-15% DV;Vitamin B6 5-10%  DV;Niacin 5-10%  DV; Phosphorus 5-10% DV; Copper 5-10%  DV; Zinc 3-5% DV,Iron 2-3%  DV and Potassium 2-3% DV. Other nutrients include..small amount Omega-3 fatty acids,and Antioxidants such as astaxanthin,which is good for vision health and shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.

    Chicken heart, fish eye

    To break the monotony of crayfish,two handful of which may be cooked in  “concotion”or pilaf rice for four persons,we introduce chicken heart for flavour. I inform some of my acquaintances about it.     Money scarcity: Today,money is scarce. I am lucky to still be able to keep my head above water. Red meat, too,  disappear from  my diet  because I desired a healthy heart.After reading Udo Eramus’s Fats That Heal and Fat  That Kill, I went for the original Titus fish.But, alas, the economy would soon balloon the price.In a household of four persons, it  began to cost about N4,000 every day to eat Titus fish over lunch and dinner,if we skip breakfast, relying on groundnuts of, say, N500, ground  or  served crunchy, for breakfast of four whole grain pap…white corn, yellow corn, sorghum and  millet.The economy spares nothing. Only the person who can adapt like the chameleon escapes its fires and blows.So,titus fish, too,  had to go,and, had to come  the chicken heart.Udeme James, my business assistant, discovered it while balancing the house-keeping budget. This herb does more than make a woman fertile and pregnancy prone. I am aware of a woman who would be reading this and recalling her days of fertility and pregnancy troubles which this herb, along with lady’s mantle and squaw veine, reversed with beautiful results.

    Her first pregnancy came with serious spotting which warranted complete bed rest for about two weeks.

    The next two or three pregnancies came down mid-term because of hormonal imbalances.

    By the time she tried again to get pregnant, I had come by the knowledge of these herbs during a meeting in the United States where an American pharmacologist reported that they stabilised his wife’s reproductive system after about three miscarriages in a row.

    I shared this experience with many women on my return home and received jubilant gratitude from them. What many women do not know and which I seldom tell them is that this Chaste Berry can be a double edged sword.

    For while it may balance the hormone estrogen against the hormone progesterone to stabilise their productive system, it may help to put a flaming Romeo in chains.

     Only the Almighty Creartor is Pure or Holy! As man cannot, therefore, be pure, the limit set for his specie in the striving for Purity is Chastity or Faithfulness. In the European monasteries of old, Chaste Berry was given to the monks as part of their diet to Clip or to Droop the wings of their Libido.

    What I am saying in effect is that, in men, chaste Berry can inactivate the habit of men running around with almost everything in skirt.

    Generous portions of red meat in the diet is believed to aggravate the sexual instinct of men. Chaste berry is believed to quieten the sexual instinct. I seldom mention this aspect on chaste berry because it may be counterproductive to a woman who steals it into the diet of her man just to keep him, bind him, hand and foot, to herself alone. What if he came to know what went wrong and the source? Has the market no more supplies of Long jack, refire, libido tonight, steel libido, robust roots, African Black Ant, Dman and the likes of them to get a cold fish man back into fiery form? If you still cannot guess the landing port we are heading for, here it is…. Vitex is what we have been talking about and calling Fertility Tree or Chaste berry!

    Almost every woman who has faced hormonal challenges knows about it.

     I  have heard that some naturopaths get it to some men who have testosterone problems and prostate gland challenge,  but I cannot vouch for its use and effects in this scenario.

     In 1990s, I often suggested that women combine Vitex with Phytoestrogen and Cardiotonic Pills from Tasly. The effects were often wondrous when they addf Milk  Thistle and Zinc. Phyto-Estrogen was a proprietary blend of plant estrogens. In the bodies of some women, their own human estrogen can be too harsh for their reproductive system.

    This problem can be worse when estrogen overpowers progesterone or the woman is estrogenated.

    She may suffer from mild to serious  pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS),bloating, swollen or sore breasts,food cravings, mood swings, irregular, scanty, excessive, painful menstruation or absence of it. Uterine muscles may ache, become inflamed, suffused with arachidonic acid, and uterine fibroids may develop. Some women suffer from single or polycystic ovarian syndrome in one ovary or both. To add to such discomforts, some women are driven to vomit and experience peace only after they have vomitted a greenish, bitter substance. Some of them ask me what all of these mean.

    This subject offers an opportunity for an explanation.The greenish, bitter substance is likely to be bile, a digestive salt produced by the liver and stored in the gall bladder for the digestion of fats and other purposes. When estrogen and other hormones run riot during menstruation, hormone-like substances called prostaglandins produced in the uterus stimulate cramping or spasms of soft muscles in the body, upsetting the digestive system, causing nausea and voitting. In Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), this is seen as a Rebellion of the Life Force, which is meant to eliminate unwanted forms downwards but instead prefers an upward spiral.

    This is often associated with a Stagnant Liver. Thus, while anti-spasmodic herbs such as Blue Vervain and Basil  Ocinum may be used to quieten the spasms, and the liver may profit from Milk Thistle protection, detoxification of the liver is imperative.

     Estrogen Sister That is what I call Estriol, Estrione and Estradiol. Scientifically, they are Estrogen fractions or splittings.

     They are the three major “sisters” or components of human estrogen. Estriol is the weakest followed in terms of harshness or potency by Estrione and Estradiol. Estrione is often used in Hormone Replacement Therapy ( HRT) for post-menopausal women with all the possibilities of a cancer aftermath. estradiol finds use in some contraceptives. Women react differently to them. What may hurt one woman may not injure another.

     Plant medicine care givers recommend plant estrogens or phytoestrogen when a woman has problems with her own body’s estrogen.

    This is because plant estrogens are weaker and tolerated more by the body.

    For example, human estrogens may be 100 to 1000 times harsher than plant estrogens. Isoflavones, a common plant estrogen from Soyabean, is about 10 to 20 times less harsh or potent than human Estrogen.

    To enjoy plant estrogen, a number of steps should be taken (a)The body, especially the liver and the kidneys, should be detoxified .

    (b)Bitter things should be eaten to stimulate the liver, the body chief detoxifying organ c.

    (c) Stuff like milk and poultry egg should be eliminated in the diet.

    Milk comes with estrogens in cow feed to stimulate their breasts to make milk almost every day.

    Egg is laden with estrogen in poultry feed to stimulate hens to lay egg almost everyday.

    The estrogen residues increased the estrogen load in a woman’s body and does the same for a man. d.

    (d) Food should not be wrapped with cellophane, as is the current practice in Nigeria with the rapping of eba, fufu and amala, among others.

    The cellophane is a soft plastic which leaches xeno estrogens,petrol residue-derived estrogens, into the food.

     Sun-heated”pure water” sachechets and sun-heated bottled water also introduce xeno estrogens into their contents. (e) When the liver breaks down excess human estrogens, the diet should be fiber-rich to move the fragments out of the body through the stool , otherwise they may be re-absorbed in the colon to worsen the estrogen loads.

    Consumption of phyto estrogen should be a daily feature of the diet of young and older women. In pre and post menopause, the ovaries reduced their estrogen production.

     Estrogen makes a woman’s body a woman’s body. With estrogen depletion in pre-menopausal and post-menopausal years, the female body begins to give way in all sorts of ways. The hair easily breaks and falls, vision dims, hearing loss may occur, teeth and gums exhibit problems, the breasts are a shadow of their old selves, the great twinggy and curvy structure disappears and the bones become porous, weak and may easily break, sometimes making hip replacement a necessity. This is why it pays off to give the body phytoestrogen support.

    Resort to chemical HRT sometimes ends disastrously. To Lady’s mantle and Vitex, therefore, may be added the proprietary formula Phytoestrogen from Tasly and Zinc, the fertility mineral. Red Clover Here comes the third of four components of Female Formula.

     However, it is now well confirmed that, while a conversion is possible in the laboratory, the body is unable to transform diogenine into progesterone to balance out Estrogen.

     Nevertheless, Wild Yam continues to feature in female reproductive health therapies because it is found to moderate Estrogen activities and to quell inflamation, mood swings and other symptoms associated with derailment of the system.

    In the 1990s, it was popular for breast development and featured especially in a product called Great Curves sold in Nigeria by nature’s way, second largest nutraceutical company in the United States after GNC.

     The conclusion of modern research of this herb, therefore, is that there may be other components of Wild Yam that are doing the job but are yet unknown to researchers or that the exact modality of the way the herb works is still elusive. The North America Indians who have used it for hundreds of years, under the direction of Nature beings, cannot be foolish but wise in their intuitive sensing and cognition.

    Cardio Tonic: Pill I would like to conclude that cardiotonic pills be included in female reproductive health therapies.     Every New Year, I look out for good news in Alternative Medicine and Traditional Medicine in Nigeria. So, what are the good cheers today? EDMARK, a great player in the market until its court cases began a few years ago, is still under lock and key. Ubiqinol, that energiser and elixir for sagging hearts, is still selling for about eighty-something thousand Naira, up from about twenty-something under two years ago.

    Milnapath, a Nigerian herbs producer and marketer which is trying to fill the gaps created by the departure of foreign plant medicines, is still bubbling with life.

    My first tickle in 2025 was the story that a Nigerian in the United States who was said to have been practising medicine there for 40 years wound up his clinic and returned home to die when his doctors said he had just about three more weeks to live.

    He was a terminal stage 4 prostate gland cancer patient, the story went. Who in that circumstance will not wish to end it all where his life had all begun?     Any-one on a good Zinc food supplement can easily pick the fishy, cheese and oven bread odour because this minerals improves the sense of smell, one of it about 200 functions in the body.

    There is no hiding place for these odours either after sexual intercourse or during menstruation.  The woman so challenged suffers from either bacterial infection known as Bacterial Vaginosis(BV) or Trichomoniasis or candiasis. BV produces a fishy smell or rotten egg smell often likened to hydrogen sulfide gas(H2S) given off by decaying egg. In Trichomoniasis, which is caused by the trichomonia Vaginalis Parasite, the following odours can occur, according to a literature review: “…The odour is often fishy,strong, unpleasant similar to rotten fish, Musty, damp and earthy,Musky, strong and pungent. This odour is usually accompanied by other symptoms, such as thin, greenish-yellow or grayish discharge,itching, burning, or redness in the vagina and vulva, abnormal vaginal bleeding and pain during urination or sex”. Candiasis is a hard nut to crack because it is sugar driven and many women love sugar.It is caused by Candida Albicans, a fungus which can devolve into a yeast form. A literature review says: “…The smell is bread-like, a sweet, yeasty aroma, similar to freshly baked bread or sour, a tangy, acidic smell, fermented or a pungent, beer-like odour.

    This odour is usually accompanied by other symptoms, such as..thick, white, cottage cheese-like discharge, itching, burning, or redness in the vagina and vulva and pain during urination or sex”. The woman’s secret place is an easy target for bacteria, candida, fungi and other yeast forms. In several articles, I have explained how they find their ways there outside mating.

    Lack of adequate aeration maybe one of them. Aeration introduces oxygen into this region.Germs hate oxygenation because its kills them.  The gown appears to no longer be in fashion.

    Many wear pairs of trousers from sunrise to sunset and do not sleep like Mother Eve at night, wearing nothing under and keeping their legs ajar for aeration.

    During the day, many wear nylon pants which cause heat and sweating. However, the trend now is cotton and net pants.

    Teacher Nwadigbo, baby Micheal, victims of cripple brains

    I feel sorry for teacher Stella Nwadigbo, 45, and baby Adebayo Michael, three years, her pupil at Mito Nursery and Primary School in Ikorodu, Lagos State. They  are victims of brain crippled parents, teachers, school owners, education officials  and the rest of us. Their anti-child policies allow  children to start school  too early in life and, by the age of three years, to have been able to learn, recite and to write numerials up to number 100. Isn’t this child abuse par excellence?Please follow me patiently as I explain why. My explanations will touch on the  Hereditary Sin which  led to the Fall of Man. Some biologists and researchers who recognise the human  brain has become crippled,but do not know why,erroneously describe this phenomenon as “The Biological Misconstruction of Man”,blaming Mother Nature for the abnormality.

      Only parents with “misconstructed” brains will send a three year-old boy or girl to school, and only a teacher with a “misconstructed” brain would beat him or her  red and blue because he or she could not write number 1-65. They were probably taught how to write number 1-100. The time was about 11a.m, say report. It was about  break time, and the teacher, was anxious to attend to other children, and was probably agitated that baby Michael was a slow boy.The government is undertaking  a multi-lateral investigation into this incident, but I doubt if its findings and decision would be groundbreaking. For they may scratch the surface of the event. Teacher Nwadigbo may  be sent to a psychiatrist. The school may be shut, its owner  sanctioned by law, and baby  Michael may receive handsome compensation for the ordeal he went through in the hands of his frustrated teacher.That may be the end of the story. No one may reason that many of us have crippled brains!

    Crippled brains

    Who are brain crippled, and what are crippled brains? Almost all of us are brain crippled. That is why we are no longer getting anything right or doing anything well. The few exceptions among humanity are probably new persons being  born in  California and Australia.  Most of us in Africa, which belongs to the abnormal zone of the earth in terms of inner life light, are brain crippled in serious degrees. The crippled brain is the lopsided overgrowth of the frontal brain, the cerebrum,and the atrophised back brain, the cerebellum, both of which, due to this  disconfiguration, can no longer function co-opetatively or harmoniously. The insightful biologists and reearchers, indeed, recognised a “MISCONSTRUCTION”, but did not understand the origin and  of how it has   unbalanced, and is still unbalancing every human function.

     Fossil records of human ancestors 4-5 million years ago suggest that  the frontal brain was much smaller than  today’s, was of about the size of the back brain of those days,and compares with the brain structure and size of today’s Chimpanzees.  From these reports, it was about  2- 3 million years ago that the frontal brain began to abnormally outgrow the back brain in  physical size, due to the cultivation of cognitive abilities in language development and social behaviour. 

    Will investigators of what transpired between teacher Nwadigbo and baby Michael be able to link “Biological misconstruction” of the brains of the boy’s parents to his being sent to school at the age of three years?

    Would they be able to recognise, also, that “biological misconstruction” of teacher Nwadigbo’s brain made her to smack a three-year-old pupil who could not write numbers 1-65?

    I will delay a fuller explaination of “ Biological Miscontruction” till I have examinned some of the factors which are easier to observe as the causes of what transpired between teacher Nwadigbo and baby Michael.

    Pre-pregnancy

    Many women take getting pregnant as one of those events of everyday life. They do not recognise that a woman, figuratively speaking, is like a garden or a crops farm. I did not study agriculture at  school. I, also, did not grow up in the village. So, l knew next to nothing about farming until I joined  the Anchor Borrowers Programme to cultivate maize in a co-operative known as  The Golden Farmers. There was nothing so “golden” about us beyond our honesty of purpose,our sound reputations and zeal to participate in Nigeria’s agrarian re-birth. Literally speaking, the government sent us to school on this project. We learned in the classroom that, prior to planting, we had to clear the farm, using tractors, make heaps,using  machines, manure the heaps or planting beds, again using technology, and then,before sowing, applying a chemical substance  called Aflasafe. Much as I had thought that Nigerian corn  was pesticide free and relished eating it,this part of the exercise taught me all over that we live in a world of poisons, as I always say in this  column. For the Aflasafe is designed against pests and fungi which attack the corn sown in the soil and diminish its output and nutritional values. Pregnancy is not different from all of these, in my view. If a woman and her spouse wish to have brilliant  children, they must work for it at pre-pregnancy stage  and other stages after the baby has been born.Many women are ignorant about  this as I tell young women who ask me for guidance when they wish to get pregnant. A boy in England named Best whose story  appeared under newspaper banner headlines over there is a popular example I illustrate my guidance with.  I will soon come to his story.

    Before then, let me mention that many women preparing to get pregnant do not rid their bodies of micro-organisms, such as bacteria, viruses and fungi, or of parasites before they do, let alone suffuse their bodies with bioactive diets with nutrients for themselves and the growth of the brain especially of the coming baby. Here is where the story of Best comes in….

    Best is best

     In England at that time, many school boys  and girls hated school  and home work.A boy named Best was one of them. He was  always falling  to the bottom of the class. Some scientists suggest that these children were finding school work  difficult because their brains did not have enough Omega-3, an essential fatty acids.  The government decided to try out the suggestion. During a long holiday,they gave free Omega-3  food suppliments  to poor pupils. When school resumed, their academic work improved. Best,for example, moved from class bottom  position to digit position. The newspaper headlines  creamed …Best is Best!

    For want of space, I cannot extol here many values of Omefga-3 in pregnancy. Suffice it to say,  however, that  medicines and nutrition have established some facts, such as that children whose mother’s consumed Omega-3 during their pregnancies had more nuerons( brain cells) than children whose mother did not.This made them more intelligent.

    The neurons grow more dendrites. They  make information travel faster while more neurons store more information. So, those children could be sharper and smarter. Those  children were less likely to have eye challenges. There are many children who read back and forth, unable to capture in one sighting a simple word as  university or proanthocyanidins.  Children who consume Omega-3 when they are growing may help their brains fill some of the gaps in them. This was what happened to Best and his generation of dullards.  From then on, producers of infant formulas were complelled to factor Omega-3 into them. How much of Omega-3 did the mother of baby Michael take  for his pregnancy or give to him as food supplement after his birth? His hair is matted, suggesting Zinc defficiency. The body needs Zinc for about 200 purposes including cognition, brain acuity, learning, vision e.t.c.  I have no space to talk about other nutrients here. I only wish to explain that baby Michael and his  teacher Nwadigbo, may be victms of sub-nuturing by his parents.

    Competing parent

    Another problem baby Michael and his teacher Nwadigbo may have faced from his parents is the knack  for parents to parade their children as intellectually superior to other children. That is why those children are sent to school too early when they should be chasing lizards and chickens around, wondering why birds are able to fly, or enjoying the flow of   water in streams and rivers. At this stage of their lives, they are still closely related to Mother Nature, to the world of animism. Do we not see how easily excited they are by the animation of cartoons on television? The spirit have not become ready to sally into the material world  because their bodies have not matured enough to provide them with the generative power draw bridge. Thus, while  they should still be walled- in, we prematurely and forcibly pull them out, gratify to our egos in competitions with siblings, friends or neighbours. Isn’t it sinful when we do not “Let Children be Children”? We make of them intellectual hot house plants who can fly aeroplanes at 17or 18 but cannot resolve simple life problems and are easily worn out  by a storm,like an outwardly  mature fruits with an immature kernel, blown down from the mother tree during a storm and must become rotten instead of growing into a plant and tree, to fulfill the promise of its creation.

    Attention deficit…

    Wash many children in the classroom and elsewhere. They often suffer from Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Teachers are taught this in teachers colleges. Some children cannot be attentive for more than five minutes at a time.They turn and twist in their seats,pinch or disturb other children. They may have inherited pathogens which caused it in the womb if the microbes crossed from their mother into their brains. The problem may also be becoming  from their lunch bags. Watch their snacks. They are filled with -sugar…additives and preservatives,all with brain disturbance capabilities. Watch the school environment. There are many women who sell sugar embalmed foods and drinks. Watch. The children are dullards or scatter brains.

    This leads to another problem in the school system to which teacher Nwadigbo  may have responded.

    School owners

    School is big business competing for business.  When a child is dull for whatever reason,the parent is the last person to accept responsibility. The teacher is the  first target for blame. The school proprietor does not wish that the child  be withdrawn to another school. This may have a run on the school like a bank losing  customer accounts to others. The school owner threatens to fire the teacher.  It is forgotten that the teacher may earn no more than N30,000 a month, or that the teacher may have between 15-30 children to attend to with no assistant teacher to help.  Three- year-old are tough to handle. Some still pooh-pooh or wewe on their bodies. A class teacher teaches a lesson for about 30 minutes. Teacher Nwadigbo may  have spent some of the 30 minutes to attend to some  three -year-old who may have wishED  to wee or to pooh. She may have settled quarels among ADHD children. She may have spent some more time to teach on the  white board.She may have spent  more time to write numbers on the white board which she wanted the children to read and then copy into their books. How much time of the 30 minutes would she have left for each child to bring his or her book for marking and correct? If baby Michael was slow, she may feel frustrated that she may not have enough time to attend to about a quarter or a half of the class. This is not to mention a series of home work she has to mark or new ones she has to give. She would read more than one minute on the average to attend to a child. Where is the time in 30 minutes? I can see the frustration in teacher Nwadigbo as baby Michael got stock on the way.Would  his parents not complain to the proprietor that his teacher is not up to par? Would this boy cause her job to be taken away in  an economy that may have no other for her so soon, or at all?  Who knows if teacher Nwadigbo had other underlying annoyances which led to her frustration by baby Michael?

    Biological misconstruction

    This takes us back to the conception of some  biologists and researchers I  earlier promise to explain. Actually,  the notion of a “misconstruction”  is a misconception. Mother Nature makes no mistake.There is  no big hand or small hand or big eye and small eye or big breast and small breast in her constructions. They may be variations in sizes, though, due  to use, underuse, overuse or disuse of a part of the body. The muscles of my right hand are bigger than those of the left beacuse I use them more. As for the brain, the front or big brain ( cerebrum) and the back or small brain ( cerebellum)  can be explained as well in terms of their use and overdevelopment and disuse or atrophy.

    In the new knowledge of Creation on Earth today, which extends understanding of the creature called man and or that pertains to  him for a special purpose, we are advised of the original construction of the brain and its real purpose or function in the  human body. In that original construction or model, both parts of the brain are the same in size. The body itself, to wish the brain belongs, is a precious gift given to the human spirit by his  creator as a cloark or housing during his sojourn on earth.

    Imagine yourself living in this earth  body to achieve the purpose(s) of your earth-life. It is this body which runs your errands. You are connected with your home. When you receive guidance from  there, either  through what we called FLASHES  OF INSPIRATION or in dreams, these messages are passed on-to the body to effect. For this purpose, the spirit makes the body during pregnancy. An elaboration on this would require another article. Suffice it to say that some evidence of these are  (1) the blood of the foetus does not begin to circulate untill the spirit, standing by all the  while, enter the  growing body mid-way through pregnancy, and signals  this to its  would- be mother in the “first kicks of pregnancy!.(2) when the spirit leaves  the body, the blood stops to circulate and to exist during what we call “death” of the body. (3) For doubting Thomases, the composition of animal blood is never the same as that of human blood.This is  beacuse their inner cores are  different creatures,one a human spirit, the other, animal soul.

    The blood produces a radiation bridge, like a magnetic field, on which the spirit transports its messages. If the blood radiation is fine and  healthy, the  communication is smooth and successful. The blood radiation may have problems through  poor diet, disease, old age, unfavourable Cosmic radiations, environmental and earth aradiations, negative emotions.

    I am looking at healthy blood radiation.  The spirit sends its  messages in picture forms to the Back Brain. This is the spiritually- receptive brain. And that is why we often receive guidance in pictorial alert. We say something strike us or occurs to us.  No spoken words are involved. The back brain  uploads the picture(s) on the blood radiation to the frontal brain, the cerebrum. This is The Intellectua Brain, the frontal brain.  This brain decodes the pictures from the spirit into thought, words and necessary actions. This is why dreams in which words are spoken are not real dreams. Real dreams are experiences of the spirit pictorially transmitted to the back brain.  Real dreams, in which words are not spoken and colours are distinct, are experiences of the spirit for warnings or guidance. Man is not meant to be a THINKER but a RECEIVER. The back brain or cerebrum receives. When  man began to use his frontal brain to think out solutions to his challenges on earth, he began to abandon the back brain and to overcultivate the frontal brain  Thus, the frontal brain became bigger than the back brain which athrophied. The loss of  Spiritual  receptive capacity cut man  from his home, Paradise, and from GOD and became the hereditary sin  which led to The Fall of Man.

    With the back brain crippled and the two brains unable to connect and to work ammoniously, man became brain cripple who cannot get anything right as God Will it. Only a brain cripple will send a three-year-old to school for intellectual work.  Only  a brain cripple will attempt to force down the throat of a child what God does not Will for his age. Only a brain  cripple will set up a school for this endeavour,  push  children forward from class to class even when  they do not merit the promotion, get teachers to teach them to cheat early in life by teaching them to cheat in external examinations. Brain cripples  will not see anything wrong in all of these. And that is why I said earlier  that  teacher Nwadigbo and baby Michael are victims of their  cripple brain society.

    What will 2025 bring: Living humans or lifeless shadows?

    This is a clean version of the column bedevilled last week by printer’s devils.

    What will 2025 throw up for Nigerians and humanity?

    From the forecasts of industry, economy and business experts, and , from my personal observations of persons I regularly interact with, 2025 will very likely be a worse year than 2024 or 2023.

    I guess so because it is man,and nothing else, who forms his environment and determines his fortunes and misfortunes.

    While it is true that, under Tinubu’s Administration,a Grade Level O9 teacher employed by the Government of Imo State may earn about N259,000  from this month,huge market forces will make a mince meat of his pocket.

    That teacher will discover that his or her 259,000 monthly salary has merely encouraged him or her to deal a slap accros the faces of millions of competitors for money in Nigeria in exchange for slaps across his or her face by rivals in the Naira gold mines. Everywhere in the polity, economy or social order we will experience worse animal behaviour than in 2024 and 2023. I will explain why? I will like to share with you three types of animal behaviour I experienced when I reared pigs,hens,cats and dogs.

     On the pig farm, the big pigs eat up the small pigs when food is scarce.

     The pig farmer who rears pregnant pigs knows he must seperate them in different pens. He must boldly imprint on the wall of each pen the date on which the residents pregnant pig will have its piglets.

     This is three months three weeks and three days from when he took it for matting.

    Food must be abundant one week from the due date.Should the piglets come in the night ,and there is not enough food for the mother pig ,it may eat up all the new borns before done.

     I  had fun in the study of animal behaviour when I reared 24 local hens in the back yard garden of a bungalow in which I lived on Ajanaku Street,Awuse Estate,Opebi, Lagos.

     I will throw a large piece of muscle meat at them. One will pick it.The others will attack it. It will flee with the meat held in its beak. The others will pursue it.

     The meat will fall, and another hen will pick it. The vicious circle will continue. The hens are animalistic..they are hungry. There is food.

     They can not organise themselves to share the food and make each one have some thing to eat. Human behaviour is like this.

     The scramble for money in Nigeria this year will grow bigger than in 2024 and should worsen those conditions among men which make their existence unpalatable.

     As for the dogs and the cats,they are always like sworn enemies, unless they are guided by humans who are conscious that they have a unifying influence over all creatures and call forth from deep within them abilities for this leadership purpose. NEW YEAR 2025 If 2025 will be a better new year than prevous new years, that possibility lies with us all.

    There is no knife that is so sharp that,on its own, will cut vegetable and plantain in the backyard garden for family dinner. It is a human hand that will put it to work .Persons who are bringing out the best in us, like the hand which works the sharp knife, are those human beings who are working for 2025 to be a better year than 2024.

     That will determine whether 2025 can hold that promise. Our responses will determine if they will succeed.

    The evidence at the outset of 2025 is that many Nigerians are no different from the persons they had been since adulthood.

    Therefore, they should not expect the dense black patches on 2024 to automatically transform into radiant, luminous transparent hues in 2025.

     On 31 December 2023,the churches were overfilled by worshippers who believed that 2023 was responsible for all their woes. Therefore, they entreated the incoming 2024 to be their friend and fortune bearer.They have forgotten that, as 2022 was taking its bow,they cursed and abused it , and entreated incoming 2023 to be their friend and fortune bearer.

    Every adult today can plot the graph or trajectory of his or her life to the onset of generative power at purberty when his or her spirit broke through the protective walling of the physical body, made his first direct contact with all spheres of the material world for business and battle.That is when the youth is restless, wishing to storm the mountain, traverse the earth and conquer it.

    Often,this coincides with melancholy and choleric years.What happens thereafter to generative power, which would have bore the spirit kernel aloft and help it to not only discover the purpose of his existence on earth,but to also fullfil it,was that it was drained off into antithetical pursuits.

     The result was that, in a massive bread and butter existence,the spirit kernel has forgotten about (1) what it is (2) where it came from (3) why it is on earth (4) the unchangeable laws which govern earthly and post earthly existence (5)the dangers of not complying with these laws,and the benefits of doing so. Two  Laws  I wish to mention here, only two of the Laws of Nature which will decide whether we would have a beautiful or an ugly 2025.

    The effect of these laws on our lives through our misconduct or misbehaviour can not be mitigated or abolished by many of the activities which take place in many churches today.

    These churches are wooing spiritual weaklings with assertions that they are called by the Almighty Creator to free them from the bondage into which their known and unknown enemies have placed them.

    Cheap testimonies of freedom from bondage are shared and followed with the sharing of bank account numbers of the prophet. In one such testimony, a Lagos road side groundnut seller said 3million Naira was paid into her bank account the day after she paid a 5000 Naira covenant levy to her church.

    I wondered what happened to the money laundering law which required that a bank account be frozen where a lodgement of up to one million Naira can not be successfully explained.

    Some of the other activities of spiritual highway men which cannot abort the effects of these two and other natural laws on our misconduct and misbehaviour include but are not limited to … Special prayer, writhing of the hands, shouting at the top of our voices, stamping of our feet on the ground,rubbing anointing oil on our bodies,or adding it to our foods, drinking anointing water, wearing of anointing mantles, wearing of singlets kept on the altar for months, using anointed handkerchief, eating anointed fruits and cooking with anointed oil and salt, payment of covenant money, and sowing of seeds with money, fasting and prayers for first born children to not rank least among their siblings, deliverance from the enemies, known and unknown,who are said to have placed their victims in bondage. Law of Homogeneity And Law of Sowing And Reaping. If we critically observe our environment, including our fellow humans,we would observe the law of homogeneity at work in our universe,and in our fate or conditions of existence.

    The cells of the tongue are homogeneous and different from those of the brain, eyes, skin,liver or bones.In forests, animals live in homogeneous communities, lions among lions, elephants among elephants etc. In the water,whales do not live with crayfish, titus or halibut.

    Regarding whether 2025 will be a beautiful or ugly year for us ,the secret lies in what we do with our thoughts. They are origins of what proceeds from our tongues and hand.

    The so-called prayer we say in church, especially during vigil and night prayers, are mere petitions which constitute wasted energy, because they hardly have the power to bear them aloft to the foot-stool of the Throne of Grace. The spoken words merely form channels or path ways for our spiritual intuitive perception, which is living energy.What is an empty channel without living energy in it? The real prayer is what comes out of our thoughts.

    There are two kinds of thoughts, namely (1) Intuitive Thought Volition and (2)Intellectual Thought Volition. Intuitive thought volition comes from the spirit. Interllectual thought volition comes from the intellect.

    Therefore, intuitive thought volition is more powerful and potent than intellectual thought volition.

    The spirit, which produces intuitive thought volition, is the highest creature in Creation.

     The intellect , which belongs to the body,is the tool and servant of the spirit. It implements the will of the spirit on earth.

     The body serves only as a housing to the spirit. In many persons, the Spirit kernel hardly knows of why it exists, what it is,where it is from,for what purpose it is on earth, where it goes after the earth,and the laws which govern its existence on earth and in the beyond. The spirit seed germ or kernel is on earth,like a mango seed sown in the soil,to sprout,germinate,flower and fruit, recognise the WILL of the Almighty Creator in Creation and unconditionally fulfill It, perfect its abilities and return home to Paradise where it may be previleged to partake in the further up building of creation.

     Many of us are far removed from this reality. As human spirit,will produce intuitive thought that are contrary to pure thought which the laws of creation expect of us .

    How many of us are not envious or hateful,greedy, cunning or malcontent and malevolent,for examples? These weaknesses may exit,feeble or dormant, in our intuitive thought volition without our knowing that they do.

     Take envy and hatred as examples. The intuitive thought volition is fashioned by a special specie of Nature Beings into intuitive thought form. If they are pure forms,they would purify,ennoble,beautify and upgrade us,our environment and whatever they impact. If they are dark and ugly intuitive thought forms,they will produce opposite effects.Beautiful and ugly intuitive thought forms are alive and active. The ugly ones are the demons we always talk about. The are attached to their authors.

    If we do not target them at anyone, they roam about and attract to themselves demonic forms of their nature or homogeneity that they are stronger than, or are attracted by the ones that are stronger than they are.

    Gradually, they form communities on earth and in the beyond which some Christians call principalities.

    These homogeneous principalities are nourished by larger homogeneous power centres . Whenever we permit ourselves to think evil, we tune ourselves to the energy vibrations of these principalities and power centres. Their energies rouse and nourish our intuitive and intellectual volitions, invigorating them and our capacity to think and to impact evil.

     The day we send intuitive thought of envy or hatred to any one , these huge army will attack our target.

    Envy and hatred will envelope such a person with all their manifestations, including murder.

     Pure target come to no harm. Inevitably, the demons will attack the author of one or several of them , causing such vicissitudes of existence against which we often seek deliverance from imagined enemies, whereas the author is the cause of his or her own problems.

    On the other hand, beautiful intuitive thought bring us beautiful, bountiful harvests . As stated earlier, the forms of intellectual thought volition have no lives of their own, are weaker and soon perish when they are not nourished by their authors.

    Nevertheless, they are powerful enough to destroy individuals and nations. We often encounter them,too, in our dreams.

     When we are faced with challenges of existence in whatever form and we critically examine ourselves,we may discover that we have a hand or hands in what is afflicting us. Look at this scenario.

    When we envy or hate someone,we are bound to such a person. We become like two birds, figuratively speaking, tied together at the wings.

    Neither of us will be able to move about freely.Imagine the other person tied to about 50 other persons on earth and in the beyond.

    Imagine the other 50 persons attached to several other persons who have their own lineages of attachment as well.Now imagine yourself with an array of homogeneous number of attachments.How would you be able to move as freely as you would like to? Which prophet or pastor or general overseer can face the Will of God to free you from the effect of the Law of Attraction of Homogeneous Specie, when creation demands that you purify and personally disbound yourself?

    Your salvation lies in the recognition of this will and unconditionally fulfilling it by doing only what is good at all times.That was why the Lord Jesus,the anniversary of Who’s birth on earth we celebrated on Christmas day, warned us:Love Thy Neighbour as thy self.Whatever weapon we fashion against our neighbours we fashion against ourselves.

    The Lord Jesus also said The Spirit of Truth that is The HolySpirit,does not forgive sins.Now, let us do a simple audit of our intuitive thought volition and our intellectual thought volition.How does our day go? It does not matter if we are single, married, parents,or friends or workers in a household.

    What of the power play in our offices, businesses,residential neighbourhoods? What goes out of us every day will determine what will come back to us in bigger multitudes. Long ago, while I was observing The Law of Sowing and Reaping,I contemplated the sowing of an ear of corn.It produced a stalk of maize on which were five cobs, each with about 400 ears of corn.

    Therefore,we can assume that one ear of corn can give birth to 2000 ears of corn. That is how you and I stand with our intuitive thought volition and intellectual thought volition in the wounderful creation of GOD governed by his Powers and Justice.

     What remedies would then be open to us but to take ourselves to the cleaners and turn new leaves, that is conduct our existence on entirely new platforms, beliefs and conceptions?

    The new platform and conceptions have come to us in the extension of spiritual knowledge on earth at this juncture of The CosmicTurning- Point which has taken our universe millions of earth years to achieve.  At every cosmic turning point, the earth comes under greater spiritual impact and increased energy and tensions.

    Imagine the tensions education in primary school, secondary school and in the university, and of how persons who could not with stand them fall way.

    The earth is a spiritual training school.The curricular have grown more voluminous.

    By now, every-one of us ought to have known what we are ,where we came from, what we are here for,the laws which govern existence here and in the hereafter ,the road map of our journey back home,the land marks on the way , the dangers which may make us lose our way, the helps on the way which will make us not to be lost,and,even while here on earth, what we can always do to leave in a surfeit of peace, plenty, happiness and joy.

    Those of us who are already moving in this direction are the ones said by the keepers of the Household of God ,the universe,to be Living Human Beings.

    Advisedly, I mentioned the words Human Beings.For not every human creature who exit in external human form is a human being.

    There are other creatures who are not human in their content but exit in external human form.Our forebears new about them.

    They are the Nature Beings or the elemental beings who are responsible for the formation of Nature…rivers, seas and oceans,the stars,the hills,mountains,rocks and plants e.t.c. The HUMAN BEING is the human spirit kernel creature which,dwelling within the earth human body,as evolved into the human form.

    Such a being is the one said to be …A Child of God. The headline of this article acknowledges such persons as Living Humans, living when we know what we are and begin to act as is expected of us so that we do not become irritable , irritating, disturbing and unwanted guests in the household of God who, eventually,must be cast out according to adamantine laws of the wounderful Creation of God.

    On the other hand, The Lifeless Shadows refers to those humans who are not yet human beings and are groping about in the dark, Spiritually blind, deaf and dumb, their spiritual senses, insensitive and feebled like the physical bodies of new born babies. In spiritual parlance, they are brain cripples. They cannot use their brains aright.

    Their brains are disconnected from the human spirits resident within the human body. In these persons,the human spirits cannot gorvern the earth alright and since they form the majority of humans on earth nothing on earth today is not crippled.

    Education is crippled in Nigeria.We educate the brain, to produce fine intellect, and not the spirit,the real man.Wasn’t Nigeria a better country when we had only five universities than today with about 250? Brain cripples have removed medicine and nutrition from The Will of God and caged them in The Will of Man.

    The social order has been overturned. Marriage is no longer marriage. Even democracy is man made and not the right form of government. The economy is covetous, greedy, cunning, suffocating, acquisitive etc. So what goodness can 2025 bring: Living Humans or Lifeless Shadows of them?

    What will 2025 bring: Leaving humans or lifeless shadows?

    What will 2025 throw up for Nigerians and humanity? From the forecasts of industry, economy and business experts, and , from my personal observations of persons I regularly interact with, 2025 will very likely be a worse year than 2024 or 2023. I guess so because it is man, and nothing else, who forms his environment and determines his fortunes and misfortunes. While it is true that, under Tinubu’s Administration, a Grade Level O9 teacher employed by the Government of Imo State will earn about 259,000 Naira from this month, huge market forces will make a means meat of his pocket. That teacher will discover  that his or her 259,000 ,The monthly salary has mealy encourage him or her to deal a slap accros the faces of millions of competitors for money in Nigeria in exchange for slaps across his or her face by rivals in the Naira gold mines. Everywhere in the polity, economy and social order, we will experience worse animal behaviour than in 2024 and 2023. I will explain why, presently. Before then, I will like to share with you three types of animal behaviour I experienced when I reared pigs, hens, cats and dogs.

    On the pig farm, the big pigs eat up the small pigs when food is scarce. The pig farmer who rears pregnant pigs knows he must separate them in different pens. He must boldly imprint on the wall of each pen the date on which the residents pregnant pig will have its piglets. This is three months three weeks and three days from when he took it for mating. Food must be abundant one week from the due date.Should the piglets come in the night ,and there is not enough food for the mother pig ,it may eat up all the new borns before dawn. I had fun in the study of animal behaviour when I reared 24 local hens in the back yard garden of a bungalow in which I lived on Ajanaku Street,Awuse Estate,Opebi, Lagos. I will throw a large piece of mussel meat at them. One will pick it.The others will attack it. It will flee with the meat held in it beak. The others will pursue.  The meat will fall, and another hen will pick it. The vicious circle will continue. The hens are animalistic..they are hungry. There is food . they can not organise themselves to share the food and make each one have some thing to eat. Human often ,human behaviour is like this. The scramble for money in Nigeria this year will grow bigger than in 2024 and should worsen those conditions among men which make their existence unpalatable.

    As for the dogs and the cats,they are always like sworn enemies, unless they are guided by humans who are conscious that they have a unifying influence over all creatures and call forth from deep within them abilities for this leadership purpose.                                                         

    New Year 2025

    If 2025 will be a better new year than prevous new  years, that possibility lies with us all. There is no knife that is so sharp that,on its own, will cut vegetable and plantain in the backyard garden for family dinner. It is a human hand that will put it to work .Persons who bringing out the best in us, like the hand which works the sharp knife,  are  those human  beings   who are working for 2025 to be a better year than 2024. That will determine whether 2025 can hold that promise. Our responses will determine if they will succeed. The evidence  at the outset of  2025 is that many  Nigerian are no different from the persons they  had been since adulthood. Therefore, they should not expect the dense black patches on 2024 to automatically transform into radiant, luminous white hues abd tones in 2025.

    On 31 December 2023,the churches were overfilled by worshippers who believed that 2023 was responsible for all their woes. Therefore, they entreated the incoming 2024 to be their friend and futune bearrer.They forgot that, as 2022 was taking its bow,they cause and abused it , and entreated incoming 2023, to be their friend and futune bearer . Every adult today can plot the graph or trajectory of his or her life to the onset of Generative Powerat purberty when his or her spirit carnnel,hitherto protectively world in  by the physical body ,made his first direct contact with all spheres of the material world.That is when the youth is restless, wishing to Storm the mountain,tranvers the earth and conquer it. Often,this coincides with melancoly and choleric years.What happens after that to generative power, which would have burnt the spirit cannel aloft and helped it to not only discover the purpose of his existence on earth,but to also  fullfil it,was that it was drained off into antithetical pursuits. The result was that, in a massive bread and butter existence,the spirit carnnel has forgotten about (1) what it is (2) where it came from (3) while it is on earth (4) the unchangeable laws which govern earthly and post earthly existence (5)the dangers of not complying with these laws,and the benefits of doing  so.

     Two Laws

    I wish to mention here only two of the Laws of Nature which will decide whether we would have a beautiful or an ugly 2025.

    The effect of these laws on our lives through our misconduct or mis behaviour can not be mitigated or abolished by many of the activities which take place in many churches today. These churches are wooing spiritual weaklings with assertions that they are called by Almighty creator to free them from the bondage into which their known and unknown enemies have placed them. Cheap testimonies of freedom from bondage are shared and followed with the sharing of bank account numbers of the prophet. In one such testimony, a Lagos  road side  groundnut seller said   N3 million  was paid into her bank account the day after she paid a N5000 naira covenant leavy to her church. I wondered  what happened to the money laundering law which required that a bank account be frozen were a lodgement of up to one million Naira can not be successfully explained. Some of the other activities of spiritual high way men which can not abort the effects of these two and other natural laws on our misconduct and mis behaviour include but are not limited to … Special prayer, writhing of the hands, shouting at the top of our voices, stamping of our feet on the ground,rubbing  anointing oil on our bodies,or adding it to our foods , drinking  anointing water, wearing of anointing mantle, wearing of singlets kept on the alter for months, anointed handkerchief, eating anointed fruits and cooking with anointed oil and salt, payment of covenant money, and sowing of seeds with money, fasting and prayers for first born children to not rank least among their siblings, deliverance from the enemies, known and unknown,who are said to have placed their Victims in bondage.

    Law of  homogeneity and  law of sowing and reaping

    If we critically observe our environment, including our fellow humans,we would observe the law of homogeneity at work in our universe,and in our fate or conditions of existence.The cells of the tongue are homogeneous and different from those of the brain, eyes, skin,liver or bones. .In  forests, animals leave in homogeneous communities , lions among lions, elephants among elephants etc. In the water,whales do not leave with crayfish, Titus or halibut.

    Regarding whether 2025 will be a beautiful or ugly year for us, the secret lies in what we do with our thoughts. They are origins of what proceedes from our tongues and hand.The  so called prayer we say in church, expecially during vigil and night prayers,  are mere petitions which constitute wasted energy, because they hardly have the power to bear them aloft to the foot-stool of the Throne of Grace. The spoken  words merely form channels or path ways for our spiritual intuitive perception, which is leaving energy.What is an empty channel without leaving energy in it? The real prayer is what comes out of our thoughts.There are two kinds of thought, namely (1)Intuitive  Thought Volition and (2)Intellectual Thought Volition. Intuitive thought volition comes from the spirit. Interllectual thought volition comes from the intellect. Therefore, intuitive thought volition is more powerful and potent than intellectual thought volition. The spirit, which produces intuitive thought volition, is the highest creature in Creation. The intellect, which belongs to the body, is the toll and servant of the spirit which implement the will of the spirit on earth. The body serves only as a housing to the spirit.  In many persons, the spirit kernels  hardly know  why it  exists, what it is,where it is from ,for what purpose it is on earth, where it goes after the earth,and the laws which govern its existence on earth, in the beyond.

    I  will say the spirit seed germ  or kernels is on earth,like a mango seed sowed in the soil,to sprout,germinate,flower and fruit, recognise the will of the Almighty Creator in Creation and unconditionally fulfill it , perfect its abilities and return home to Paradise where it may be previleged to partake in the further up building of creation.

    Many of us are far removed from this reality as human spirit,will produce intuitive thought that are contrary to pure thought which the Laws of Creation expect of us . How many of us are not envious or hateful,greedy, cunning or malcontent and malevolent,for example? These weaknesses may exit,feeble or dormant, in our intuitive thought volition without our knowing that they do. Let us take envy and hatred as example. The intuitive thought volition is fashioned by a special specie of nature beings into intuitive thought form. If they are pure forms,they would purify,ennoble,beautify and up grade us,our environment and whatever they impact. If they are dark and ugly intuitive thought forms,they will produce opposite effects.Beautiful and ugly intuitive thought forms are alive and active. The  ugly ones are the demons we always talk about. They are attached to their authors. If we do not target them at anyone ,they roam about and attract to themselves demonic forms of their nature or homogeneity that they are stronger than, or are attracted by the ones that are stronger than they are gradually, they form communities on earth and in the beyond which some Christians called principalities. These homogeneous principalities are nourished by larger homogeneous power centres .Whenever we permit ourselves to think evil, we tune ourselves to the energy vibrations of these principalities and power centres. Their energies rouse and nourish our intuitive and  intellectual volitions, invigorating them and our capacity to think and to impact evil.

    The day we send intuitive thought of envy or hatred to any one , these huge army will attack our target. Envy and hatred will envelope such a person with all their manifestation , including murder. Pure target come to no harm. Inevitably,the demons will attack the author of one or several of them, causing such vicicitudes of existence from which deliverance from and imagined enemy is often or whereas the author is the cause of his or her own problems.On the other hand, beautiful intuitive thought bring us beautiful, bountiful harvests .

    As stated earlier,the forms of intellectual thought volition have no lives of their own, are weaker and soon perish when they are not nourished by their authors.Nevertheless, they are powerful enough to destroy individuals and nations. We often encounter them,too, in our dreams.

    When we are faced with challenges of existence in whatever form and we critically examine ourselves,we may discovered that we have a hand or hands in what is afflicting us. Look at this scenario. When we envy or hate someone,we are attached with spiritual bound to that person. We become like two birds, figuratively speaking, tied together at the wings. Neither of us will be able to move about freely.Imagine the other person tied to about 50 other persons on earth and in the beyond. Imagine this other 50 persons attached to several other persons who have their own lineagies of attachment as well.Now imagine yourself with an array of homogeneous number of attachments.How would you be able to move as freely as you would like to? Which prophet or pastor or general overseer can face the will of God to free you from the effort of the LAW OF ATTRACTION OF HOMOGENEOUS SOCIETY. Your salvation lies in the recognition of this will and unconditionally fulfilling it by doing only what is good at all times.That was why the LORD JESUS,the anniversary of Who’s birth on earth we celebrated on Christmas day eight days ago, warned us :LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR AS THY SELF.Whatever weapon we fashion against our neighbour we fashion against ourselves. Thee LORD JESUS also said THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH, that is THE HOLY SPIRIT,does not forgive sins.Now, let us do a simple audit of our intuitive thought volition and our intellectual thought volition.How does our day go? It does not matter if we are single, married, parents,or friends or workers in a household. What of the power play in our offices, businesses,residential neighbourhoods? What goes out of us every day will determine what come back to us in bigger multitudes. Long  ago, while I was observing THE LAW OF SOWING AND REAPING,I contemplated the sowing of an ear of corn.It produced a stalk of maize on which were five cobs, each with about 400 ears of corns. Therefore,we can assume that one ear of corn can give birth to 2000 ears of corn. That is how you and I stand with our intuitive thought volition and intellectual thought volition in the wounderful creation of GOD governed by his Powers and Justice. 

    What remedies would then be open to us but to take ourselves to the cleaners and turn new leaves, that is conduct our existence on entirely new platforms, beliefs and conceptions? The new platform and conceptions have come to us in the extension of spiritual knowledge on earth at this juncture of THE COSMIC TURNING- POINT which has taken our universe millions of earth years to achieve. Every cosmic turning point, the earth comes under greater spiritual impact and increased energy and tensions. Imagine the tensions education in primary school, secondary school and in the university, and of how persons who could not with stand them fall  way. The earth is a spiritual training school.The curricular have grown more voluminous.     2024 Christmas: Some thoughtful questions

    Every Christmas season, as in every Easter season, I retreat from bread and butter life, including revelry, to retreat as well in spirit as a Christian, ask myself certain questions and deepen my recognitions of faith.

    Over the years, I have found that the same questions or similar ones have not left many Christians in peace in whose souls and spirit kernels the longing for the Truth still burns bright. I feel inwardly urged to share some of these questions today. The Star of Bethlehem Question: where did this star come from? If it was one of the stars in the firmament, with a divined orbit, why has it not returned since Jesus ascended to Heaven? Answer: The Star of Bethlehem did not come from our universe, Ephesus,which is one of the seven universes in the World. In creation “geography”, the world is not our earth. It comprises those regions and spheres of existence which lie between the lowest realm of Paradise and our earth. It is a training ground for human spirit seed germs sent out of Paradise to gather experiences which will make them mature enough during their wandering for re-admission to Paradise as useful Human Spirit Beings .

    The world comprises seven universes of which our own is one. It is to them that John the Baptist address the Book of Revelations when he said…” To the seven churches of Asia”.

    By “ Churches” and “ASIA” He did not mean Christian organisation and a contintent on earth. Here, Churches refer to the seven universes of the world, and Asia is the spiritual name for the world.

     The star of Bethlehem came from the highest of the 14 spiritual realms known as Paradise. If we perfect ourselves on earth, to become Human Spirit Beings,we would be admitted to the lowest of this 14 spiritual realms.The Spiritual Beings in the seven highest spiritual realms never had to come to the world or to the earth to mature.

    They are the pimordial beings created by God in His Image. We humans on earth are to develop after their likeness. We are not the direct creation of God Who, being perfection, can never create imperfection. The Star of Bethlehem is not part of our universe, Ephesus or from any other. Rather, it came from the highest Spiritual Realm of paradise to usher in on Earth the Age of The Son or of  The Love of God,Jesus. It brought greetings from the Almighty Father to His Son on earth.

    The Age before that one was the Age of The Father dated from the time of Abraham when humanity on earth had become mature enough to come to the recognition of the One Supreme God. This was after a step by step recognition of nature beings, elemental beings, Lord’s of the Elementals and Spiritual ( Created or Developed) Beings. Each Age is subject to The Law of The Cycle. Every event in our personal lives is a cycle, the time its opens and the time it ends, like day and night or birth and death.

    Time is alloted to everything. The coming into beings of the earth is also an event which has a terminal period in the Law of the cycle. As the closing of the cycle of Earth approached, and with many of us still trapped in earthly enjoyments and lusts with the possibility of our being lost in the inevitable dissolution of the Earth under this Law, The Love of God became substantiate in the persons of the Lord Jesus to forwarn us of impending doom and to teach us what we had to do to escape damnation.

     There was jubilation in Paradise when this Divine Mission was announced to the inhabitants. On their own, they had been of not much help in the various missions of the prophets. In paradise, many spiritual beings volunteered to support the Divine Mission.

     They were specially chosen, anointed and prepared for their tasks in their duty posts. The mission was a sort of “ war”, though peaceful, to salvage humanity from Lucifer( the Fallen Arch Angel) Who was misleading them toward perdition. Four wise men, each representing a Pillar of Creation were chosen. Remember the four Winged Animal Beings at the foot of God’s Throne! The Four Wise men were prepared to recognise The Star of Bethlehem in the sky over Bethlehem as a greeting from the father to his Son on Earth.They were also endowed with property and influence and were to always, protecting, be around Him.

     Three of them made it to Bethlehem when the Star shone. The fourth was unable to immediately hand over his business to someone else. By the time He arrived in Bethlehem, the three had been done with Baby Jesus, abandoned their duty post, gone to king Herod the Great to announce what they were to have kept a secret from him, inadvertently setting up a chain of reactions in which several newborn male children were killed in king Herod’s lust for power ignited from the background by Lucifer.

    Meanwhile, Joseph, advised by an angel in a vision, had taken Mary and Baby Jesus in hiding in Egypt. All these events teach us Christians and persons in other religions who stand in serious duty posts to never lower their guards. Meanwhile, the Star of Bethlehem returned to Its Home in Paradise.

    The cycle of events it opened on earth about three thousand years ago would be closed by the Great Comet, another Spiritual Star on its way from the same height.

    The Great Comet will open the cycle of the Age of The HolySpirit. Several prediction of this Age have been made .The Lord Jesus forwarned us of the Task of the Holy Spirit when He said this personality we little understand would not forgive sins against Him, whereas The Father and The Love of God would forgive sins against them. This should forwarn us that The Holy Spirit created the world and would JUDGE it according to Law, however we may have deluded ourselves with teachings that the Blood of Jesus had washed us clean of our sins. Did the parables of Jesus say such thing? Does the Revelation not say we have to wash ourselves clean in the Blood of the Lamb?

     Meanwhile, we are informed that the Power of the Great Comet would suck up waters of the Earth”high and up”, create flooding even in unusual places, cause catastrophic climate, cause changes, cause lands to sink and sunken lands to arise, overturn every wrong principles and system mankind has set up in the Household of God as troublesome and disruptive guests therein. Question: What is virgin birth? Is it possible for a human baby to be born without prior union of reproductive cells from both genders ? Answer: One of the two explanations I always cherish is from the Lord Jesus Himself. In one of His statements, He said He had come not to oppose the laws but to fulfil them.

    He was making reference to not only earthly laws but also to the Laws of  Creation, a breach of which He had warned the Holy Spirit would not forgive. Indeed, Creation, including the creature man, issued out of The Law, is maintained by it and subsumed in it, and governed by it.

    Otherwise, in Power and Majesty of God, it should have been possible for His Son, Jesus, to simply have dropped down from the sky and begun His Mission. Wouldn’t that terrify recalcitrant mankind into easy submission? Oh yes! But the Creator is not an irrational and unpredictable.

    That is why you do not harvest tomatoes when you plant corn and why the chicken eggs would not produce a lizard or turkey. Everything is predictable according to the Law.Thus, even if the Son of The Most High would come on a Mission to the Earth, He would follow the law which governs the process of all creatures.

    The greatness of God lies, among other things, in the certainty that He does not overthrow His own Laws to favour his cause.

    He does not change, He is the the same yesterday, today and forever, perfect from the beginning of Time into all eternity, we always advise ourselves. So, why is it difficult to fathom how the Lord would have been born? In asking this question, I appreciate the challenges many Christians face. The early Christian fathers built a court around the personality of the Lord. Everything about him had to be made or painted in supernatural colours for them to be able on their own, outside of the WORD He brought, to sell him to an indignant public.

    But was Jesus a status symbol personality? He was not, otherwise He would not have been born in a manger. I do appreciate the efforts of Lucifer to discredit His Birth circumstances as a way of discrediting His Mission, especially after He failed to get Him eliminated as a Baby in Bethlehem. We would also learn something about the Lord Jesus and His respect for The Law in His Temptation by Lucifer. As reported, Lucifer took Him up in spirit, that is allegorically, and told Him to jump down from the minaret of the Temple, saying Angels would bear Him aloft. We are informed Jesus knew better than that. He would fracture His limbs,and perhaps, His spine and ribs, and Lucifer would have a last laugh.

    As The Love of God incarnate on Earth, Jesus was inseparable from the Purity and Justice or Power of God and knew that, even on Earth, He had to obey the Will of The Father upheld by the Holy Spirit through the Laws of Nature. His crucifixion and Death on the Cross which yielded to the Law had nothing to do with a proprietary sacrifice, as the Sanhedrin theorised to save their necks after the multitude realised they had been misled to slay an innocent Person. Otherwise, why did the elements protest? Why was the curtain in the Holy of Holies torn into shreds by unseen hands, why did the earth quake, the wind rushed, the sun darkened? The second explaination I subscribe to comes from the Jewish definition of Virgin Birth in those days which is different from the English definition of the word virgin. In the English language, the virginis the girl or woman who has had no carnal experience. Thus, Virgin birth refers to a miraculous birth in which a woman may become pregnant without knowing a man. In Jewish culture, the Virgin birth is the first birth from a woman’s womb, irrespective of the number of times she had known a man or men. Any person who is conversant with the laws of Nature and the snares Lucifer placed against the Mission of the Lord would easily appreciate the love of Jesus for the salvation of humanity and the Protection of the Mission against irreverent talk and subordination of His safety and well-being to them at both His trail before Pontius Pilate and the Emperor in Rome. For, had He made certain please in self defence, He would have walked away a free man but His Message would have been rejected by the very persons He brought It to and the Mission may have failed to the joy of Lucifer. Question Who was John The Baptist that The Lord Jesus would say of Him that no man on Earth was as great as He in Heaven? Answer What we earth-men call heaven is a sphere of existence beyond the earthly perception.

    There is, therefore,not just one heaven but many. In fact, the Lord once said “ there are many mansions in My Father’s House”. Do we not wonder how there could be Many mansions in one  house? What the Lord was telling us was that there were many spheres of existence in the Household of God. Some of these spheres of existence which are not perishable or subject to any final judgment are called paradise. There are several other spheres between paradise and the earth and even below the earth. Paradise has two broad divisions namely the Paradise of Spiritual Beings who were Created immediately God decreed Let There Be Light, and the lower sphere of Paradise where the spirits first had to devolop like babies. It was from these bottom segments that those spirit seed germs which could not develop because the tension of power was too high for them,like us earth men, journyed to the material worlds far below, like seeds sown in the soil, to gradually develop and mature and return home before the earth is taken away in the Law of the Cycle. Many of us have been trapped on this earth for hundreds of thousands years as earth bound souls outside the flesh who cannot ascend homeward, or have been re- incarnating on earth. . The reasons are many. We either do not know why we came to the earth or have forgotten about where we came from or have become entangled in earthly matters such as siblings rivalry, business competitions, political calumny , property questions, greed, avarice and sundry other propensities. For me, what is most terrible is membership of a human lump. Imagine a bird tied at the wings to another. Neither would be able to fly or go its way. Imagine a person you are tied to who is tied to about 10 other persons and each of them tied to other persons! You will not be able to go anywhere. Failure to forgive any-one who offended us may tie us to him or her. This happens in relationships. When through gossip we murder the character of a person, can we be free from him or her until the damaged has been reversed? What of the harm in enthnic bigotry? Think of the first slave trade and the modern one. We are all tied up in clumps.That is why you hear of names such as Babatunde( father returns) or Iyabo/ Yetunde( mother returns) in Yoruba land and all of those Abiku and “Ogbanje” names. To help us, helpers come from Paradise especially those in upper Paradise. One was Moses. Another was John the Baptist who came no fewer than three times under different names. He is a Created Being. We are like photocopies of Created Beings. These explains what the Lord Jesus Christ said of John The Baptist being greater than all of us in Heaven. We cannot imagine the distance from one rung of the ladder in Lower Paradise to the next one to not mention Higher Paradise where His Home is.We came from the seventh Realm of lower Paradise and He came from the fifth Realm of Upper Paradise. Eight Realm separate us,each Realm and unfathomable distance from the next. He always fellowed great Spiritual and Divine Missions to the earth. We all know of His support for the Mission of the Son of God Jesus. Thus, it was a great pity for Herod Antipas, a mere earthly king, to behead such a great one to please a cheap prostitut. Would Herod and Salome be able to return home if John the Baptist did not forgive them? The irony of the Law is that He must, otherwise He, too, would be attached to them through bitterness and be unable to return Home. When you compare the beauty of Home to the ugliness of the earth, what would you rather do?Our Lord Jesus, too, taught us this lesson when, on the Cross, He forgave those who were Killing Him. This is a lesson for us. Before his experience with Herod and Salome, John The Baptist by another Name had been involved in another mission to the earth in Arabian region. This co-incided with the events in which Moses from the Higher Realms was able to free the children of Isreal from slavery in Egypt and to receive the 10 commandments.Moses and Elijah would previousely appear with Jesus at His Transfiguration. Today, humanity are into religious colonies without realising that the religious they kill themselves over were Messages brought from the same source and adapted to the needs of various people in accordance with their levels of spiritual maturity. Thus, Prophet Mohammed who had been serving the Almighty Creator would be given a Message to take to Arabia.Bhuddah would go to India. Zoroaster and Krishna would head for Iran and Lao tse to China. They would be the forerunners to the last Message before the final judgement.Some Disciples of Jesus would return and be involved in great events of our time. Minions of Lucifer who attempted to eclipse the knowledge of re-carnation harmed Christianity and humanity. The reference of the Lord Jesus to John the  Baptist is a serious admonition to us to mine power relationships with our neighbours, husbands,wives, parents and children, friends, bosses and subordinates, political leaders and the masses. For we never can tell who is at the receiving end of our jackboots!

    2024 World Teachers Day: 25 memorable Health Icons (3)

    Who among us who can read or write or, if unable to, is capable of deep thinking who never had a teacher? We all had,and still have, fabulous teachers. I remember Alhaji Babatunde Jose, Chairman and Managing Director of the powerful Daily Times  group of newspapers in the 1970s warning my 1972 class of journalism trainees at The Times Newspaper Training Centre( TNTC): “ The day a journalist stops to read and to learn, he begins to die”. I was 22 and made not much of it. On the job,I would undergo pumelling in the hands of editors such as Segun Soba, Sola Odunfa, Angus Okoli, Clement Okosun, Dipo Ajayi, George Okoro, Gbolabo Ogunsanwo, Henry Odunkomaiye and Prince Tony Momoh. They all helped me to cut fine professional teeth and muscles. When I , too,began to train reporters, correspondents and editors about 12 years after, culminating in my editorship of The Guardian newspaper in 1988 in my 17th professional year, I appreciated them all. I remembered, also, my teachers at school and often mentioned them every Teachers Day.

    Today, I still remember Mrs Brikesteth. She was my primary three teacher at St. Andrews Primary School, Ibara, Abeokuta in 1958. She forced my class to learn by heart the memory verse Romans 12. 17-21( “Recompense to no man evil for evil….therefore, if thy enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him water. By so doing, ye shall heap coals of fire on his head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good”). There was Mr Eyitayo in primary five and Primary Six at St. John’s Primary School, Agodi N5, Ibadan. I was among his best three pupils, exchanging positions with Victoria Eyitayo and Adenike Omage(any one knows where they are, please?). Mr Eyitayo gave me a good foundation in Arithmetic and geography which, unfortunately, no teacher in secondary helped me enough to build on.

    At Oliviet Baptist High School, Oyo, between 1964 and 1968, I enjoyed unique teachers too many to mention. Mr J.B.P. Lafunhan was the Principal. Bolaji Akinyemo( now a professor) was there. So was S.O.Kolade,the Health Science( physiology and Hygiene) teacher, the flag of whose work in those days this column has been flying since about 1980s. He kindled my interest in medicine and encouraged me, as a journalist later, to subscribe to reputable journals on medicine such as The Lancetn England. Ayo Ojo, a vibrant activist in the Nigerian Medical Association,( NMA) of the 1980s, was my school father at Oliviet. He lived in Block17 and I in Block2 at the Kings Barracks, Iyaganku, Ibadan. His uncle, like my father, was a policeman. His other uncle I later knew is Chief Ade Ojo of ELIZADE(Elizabeth and Ade) motors. Every holiday, Ayo Ojo took me to the Youth Camp across the rail- line, where we studied from morning to the evening.

    He made me run over Biology and Chemistry syllabuses of “OLevel in Class 4 three times before the WASSCE in class V of 1968. He would later own and run no fewer than four hospitals before his retirement. To crown them all, I had the privilege of learning about Creation at the the feet of Chief A.O.Lawson. An insightful statement from the Bringer of the Creation Work from which Chief Lawson shone the light to Truth seekers inspired me at 27 in 1977 to discover my roots in the healing processes of Mother Nature and to seek kindred souls like me world-wide to learn from. That unforgettable statement is that…NEIRHER DRUGS NOR INJECTIONS BUT THE RIGHT KINDS OF FOODS AND DRINKS BRING LASTING HEALTH. For the first time on any World Teachers Day ( 5, October 2024 this year), I thought of celebrating the fabulous men and women whose great pioneering or frontiers expanding work in medicine in the form of alternative Medicine or Natural Medicine opened my eyes and spirit wider to this vocation and gave to me another Passion after Journalism. Some of them have left the flesh, but their works live after them. I still cannot explain how , despite the rigours of newsroom life, starting work at about 11a.m and winding up at about 2a.m to arrive home by about 3.a.m, with only a break on Saturdays, I was able to discover these women and men, buy their latest books and build a library of them.

    They must be fabulous teachers for that to happen. Ladies and gentlemen, as I encouraged you , too, to seek out your teachers and send to them token gifts if they are still alive or to their children or wives if they are gone, I will present to you over about the next five columns about 20 or 25 men and women I learned from and can help you expand your knowledge about natural health. They are… Dr. Robert  O. Young.

    Here comes another remarkable teacher Natural Medicine cannot forget.His revolutionary slogan was,and remains, The New Biology of Health. To many persons, he may not have said anything new since the source of his PH Miracle was all about the balancing of Acids and Alkali in the blood, body fluids and tissues was altogether nothing new. Nevertheless, wasn’t there much newness in the way he presented it to make the old re-freshingly new and to top the agenda of Medicine’s talk to even this day? In this regard, he was like Dr.Batmaghelaj, author of YOUR BODY’S MANY CRIES FOR WATER; YOU’RE NOT SICK, YOU ARE ONLY THIRSTY; and DEHYDRATION, STRESS, INFLAMMATION and CANCER, the book he was writen before he passed. Conventional medicine knew about water before Dr Batmanghelidj, but did it prescribe water for the cure of diseases or teach us how to drink water to prevent them? Dr Robert Young disputed sacrosant ideas of his time that germs from outside the body caused diseases.

    He sought an answer to why the 1918 flu which killed more than three million persons globally would kill some persons in one household and no-one in the next or spared some persons in the household where it wrecked havocs.The Yorubas of South-Westetn Nigeria have two sayings or proverbs which support his own arguments. Kokoro ti o nje efo, abe igi   efo lo wa ( The pests which consume the vegetable stalk is right underneath the root stalk), and Ole ile lo pe t’ode wa ja ( it is the thief at home who invited the outside thief to strike). Dr. Young based part of his arguments on The Law of  Balance one of the laws of nature,which, he said, upheld Equilibium in the universe in which everything held the others  in  check. Whenever these checks and balances failed, trouble erupted. In the body, what he said kept all diseases at bay was the acid- alkaline balance which was measurable on a 1 to 14 pH scale in which seven was the median or neutral value. Acidosis, that is excessive acids, was anything below seven and Alkalinity was anything above seven. The body functions at its best when the blood pH is 7.365,an alkaline state in which no germ is believed to be able to survive or to strike, says Dr Young. Like the blood, Dr Young expected some other body’s fluids to keep a 7.365 pH, although he recognised that variations do occur with the saliva, urine and lower intestine and the The Woman Secret Place.

    He saw Gingivitis ( Inflamation of the gums) receeding gums and Pyorrhea ( infection of the gums and teeth),for example, as having their roots in pH imbalance in the saliva and gums. Microzymia  Dr Young explains that microzymia, a microbe, lives in human, animal and plant cells, planted by mother nature to destroy them whenever their living activities shifted from alkaline life to acid life. That would mean that, as humans, if we desire to live free off disease and pain, and to not age prematurely and die pre-term, we must, through the diet, make all of our 100 trillion or so cells in the mature adult body live within this Code of Conduct of Mother Nature. Our forebears in Yoruba land encapsulated this knowledge for humanity before Dr Young in a saying or proverb that …Ogede n baje, a l’on pon( Banana or plantain is getting rotten, but we say it is ripening).

    Today, we know unripe plantain is more nutritious than they ripened or over-ripened plantain in which the alkalizing potassium has been converted tosugar, an acidifying substance, for which reason microzymia goes to work to make it rotten and then destroy it. Alkaline cell need not fear microzymia. Microzymia is inactive for as long as they remain alkaline. When they are acidic, Microzymia devolves, first into bacteria, then into fungi or mold, depending on the severity of the acidosis on the 1-14 pH scale.

    A doctor inexperienced about nutrition and the knowledge of pH balance and of Microzymia is too quick to lob anti biotics against the bacteria, says Dr Young, when he should have advised dietary changes to restore the blood to alkaline status. His antibiotics may wipe out the bacteria, but he had only postponed the doom’s day. For anti-biotic residues only make the blood more acidic and invite more microzymia to devolve into more powerful strains of bacteria,a “drug resistant” situation.An exasperated doctor would then increase dosages and the fire power of his prescription, and the vicious cycles would continue.

    Meanwhile, Microzymia, fulfilling a creation dutyto disintegrate all “rubbish” and prepare the way for new life forms, would devolve from bacteria to fungi and mold, as the situation warrants. Fungi and mold are members of the yeast family of which are hundred of species. These are simple plant forms. Isn’t it frightening to think that plants may be growing in our bodies? Dr Young paints the picture of how it may happen in his epic book, the PH MIRACLE. Through oral  thrush, or the white patches on our pinkish-red tongues, we are given early warning signals by the body of what may be going on inside our systems, but we often pay little or no attention. We are content to brush off the blotches with tooth paste.

    However, we do not destroy the roots which are buried deep in the tongue, and, so, the blotch regrows during the day. Meanwhile, these plants forms consume nutrients in our blood to grow their population, and inject into our tissues and blood the poisonous waste products of their living processes, thereby predisposing us to a number of illnesses and even cancer in the weakest tissues. I accept the views of some doctors in their book, Cancer is a fungus, that fungi are leading causes of cancer. I accept the view, also, that uterine fibriods which is ravaging Nigeria’s female population may be caused by bacteria, fungi, mold and viruses. They are seen in fibroids tissue surgically removed from the uterus. Many women have sweet tooth. Sugar fuels acidosis. That is why candida, yeast form, thrives also,in the vagina. The Blood.A great battle rages every day to make the blood alkaline. The blood is the “River of life”. Acid blood corrodes or eats up cells, tissues and organs. Twenty-times of alkaline material are needed to convert one acid material to Alkalinity.

    Most in Nigerian foods are acidic forming. Carbohydrates and proteins are acid forming. Cooked food, factory process and packaged foods are acidic. The air we breathe and water we drink are often acidic. A major hope for alkalinity is in lightly cooked, juice or freez- dried vegetables. About 20 years ago, Dr Young’s revolutionary book gave rise to a freeze-dried foods industry. In Nigeria, I sold Alkalive Green, Alkalive Red and alkalive blue. These were proprietary formulas of about sixty alkalizing plants in a package. The greens provided chlorophy-ll and alkalizing minerals among other nutrients. Alkalive Red gave us berries such as bilberry, acai berries, Goji berries, staw berries, Goose barries, Cran berries e.t.c.

    The product was a knock- out for vision acuity and other nerves energy requirements. AKALIVE BLUE calms the nerves and promoted restful sleep. Professor Tsali, a Kenyan doctor working in England, brought to Nigeria through Dr Sam Asemoha, an holistic medical practitioner, three lines of a similar product which I helped to sell in the early 2000s. They were called Mariandina A, Mariandina B and Mariandina J. One was for detoxification, other was for nutrition and another was for immunity boosting. This was a world Dr Young was ushering us into. He suggested that we could also make our diets alkaline by altering the ratio to about 80 percent RAW foods and 20 per cent cooked foods. This is a huge challenge. You would admit so if you regularly watch what you and your neighbours eat every day, and you then relate your health conditions to your diet, Dr Robert Young admonishes us. Keeping the blood alkaline is a tough job in Nigerian. Routinely, the body expects alkaline materials from the diet to pump into the bloodstream and thereby neutralise the acids.

    Where the diet is acidic, the body dips hands into its alkaline reserves in tissues and organs. The reserves are usually stuff like sodium, Potassium, zinc, phosphorus, iron, Boron, molybdenum e.t.c. Potassium is found inside the cells, sodium in the fluid (interstitial) which surrounds the cells and in which they are suspended like a fisherman’s net on a water surface. They are found in muscle tissues as well. Removing them and dumping them in the bloodstream often creates troubled situations in the tissues from where they are poached. That is why the removal of Calcium and Magnesium may cause muscle spasms and pain, bone loss, bone pain, bone softness(osteomalacia), bone fractures, gum and teeth challlenged, heart problems e.t.c. Dr Robert.O.Young gives us other possibilities… BACTERIA and YEAST “Bacteria, yeast and mold do not themselves produce symptoms in the body. Their toxic wastes do. Nor do they initiate disease. The only show up because of a compromised environment. Has Rudolph Virchow wrote, mosquitoes seek the stagnant water, but do not cause the pool to become stagnant.This operations and their waste contribute directly or indirectly to a huge list of symptoms.

    Most diseases, especially chronic degenerative forms, follow microform overgrowth. Between the streams of athlete’s foot, and AIDS are the yeast and fungus overgrowth underly diseases such as diabetes, cancer, Atherosclerosis,(clogged arteries), chronic fatique,osteoporosis and more including infections that appear to be transmitted from person to persons. The general sign of overgrowth includes pain, infection, fatigue, and body malfunctions including adrenal/thyroid failure, indigestion, diarrhea,food cravings, intestinal pain, depression, hyperactivity, anti-social behaviour, asthma, hemorrhoids, colds and flu, respiratory problems, endometriosis, dry skin and itching, thrush, bleeding gums, finger/toe nail fungus, dizziness, joint pain, bad breath, ulcers, colitis, heartburn, dry mouth, pms and menstrual problems e.t.c. You can blame that on out of control microforms and their toxic acid wastes as well”. Dr Young proposition roused from slumber.

    Millions of persons who were sleepy about their health.They cause bitter controversies especially in the medical professionals. The American Medical Association (AMA) handed him with law suits for practising medicine without a medical certificate and got him convicted not fewer than three times. Each time, he bounce back to continue propagation of his conviction in pH Miracle cures. When one of his fellowers said pH Miracle did not cure her cancer, his 48 acre of Avocado ranch was sold for $105 million to pay her damage claim in court. It did not matter to the woman, their American Medical Association and the judiciary that many cancer patients die in the hands of satisfied medical practitioners in their hospitals everyday, and that pH Miracle has prevented many potential diseases and helped to cure many dangerous ailments,even if some cancers slip through the net.
