    2024 World Teachers Day: 25 memorable health icons (2)WHO among us who can read or write or, if unable to, is capable of deep thinking who  never  had a teacher? We all had,and still have, fabulous teachers. I remember Alhaji Babatunde Jose, Chairman and Managing Director of the powerful Daily Times Group of newspapers in the 1970s warning my 1972 class of journalism trainees at The Times Newspaper Training Centre ( TNTC): “ The day a journalist stops to read and to learn, he begins to die”.

    I was 22 and made not much  of it. On the job, I would undergo pumelling in the hands of editors such as Segun Soba, Sola Odunfa, Angus Okoli, Clement Okosun, Dipo Ajayi, George Okoro, Gbolabo Ogunsanwo, Henry Odunkomaya and Prince Tony Momoh. They all helped me to cut fine professional teeth and muscles. When I , too,began to train reporters, correspondents and editors about 12 years after, culminating in my editorship of The Guardian newspaper in 1988 in my 17th professional year, I appreciated them all. I remembered, also, my teachers at school and often mentioned them every Teachers Day.

    Today, I still remember Mrs Brikesteth. She was my primary three teacher at St. Andrews Primary School, Ibara, Abeokuta in 1958. She forced my class to  learn by heart the memory verse  Romans 12: 17-21( “Recompense to no man evil for evil….therefore, if thy enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirsts, give him water. By so doing, ye shall heap coals of fire on his  head. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good”.).There was Mr Eyitayo in primary five and Primary Six at St. John’s Primary School, Agodi N5, Ibadan. I was among his best three pupils, exchanging positions with Victoria Eyitati and Adenike Omage (any one knows where they are, please?). Mr Eyitayo gave me a good foundation in Arithmetic and geography which, unfortunately, no teacher in secondary helped me enough to build on.

    At  Oliviet Baptist High School, Oyo, between 1964 and 1968, I enjoyed unique teachers too many to mention. Mr J.B.P. Lafunhan was the Principal. Bolaji Akinyemi( now a professor) was there. So was S.O.Kolade,the Health Science( Physiology and Hygiene) teacher, the flag of whose work in those days  this column has been flying since about 1980s. He kindled my interest in medicine and encouraged me, as a journalist later, to subscribe to reputable journals on medicine such as The Lancet in England. Ayo Ojo, a vibrant activist in the Nigerian Medical Association,( NMA) of the 1980s, was my school father at Oliviet. He lived in Block17 and I in Block 2 at the Kings Barracks, Iyaganku, Ibadan. His uncle, like my father, was a policeman. His other uncle I later knew is Chief Ade Ojo of ELIZADE (Elizabeth and Ade) motors. Every holiday, Ayo Ojo took me to the Youth Camp across the rail- line, where we studied from morning to evening. He made me run over Biology and Chemistry syllabuses of “O Level in Class 4 three times before the WASSCE in class V of 1968. He would later own and run  no fewer than four hospitals before his retirement.

    To crown them all, I had the privilege of learning about creation at the the feet of Chief A.O.Lawson. An insightful statement from the Bringer of the Creation Work from which Chief Lawson shone the light toTruth seekers inspired me at 27 in 1977 to discover my roots in the healing processes of Mother Nature and to seek kindred souls like me world-wide to learn from. That unforgettable statement is that…NEITHER DRUGS NOR INJECTIONS BUT THE RIGHT KINDS OF FOODS AND DRINKS BRING LASTING HEALTH. For the first time on any WORLD TEACHERS DAY( 5, October 2024 this year),  I thought of celebrating the fabulous men and women whose great pioneering or frontiers expanding work in medicine in the form of alternative Medicine or Natural Medicine opened my  eyes and spirit wider to this vocation and gave to me another PASSION  after JOURNALISM. Some of them have left the flesh, but their works  live after them. I still cannot explain how , despite the rigours of newsroom life, starting work at about 11a.m and winding up at about 2a.m to arrive home by about 3.a.m, with only a break on Saturdays, I was able to discover these women and men, buy their latest books  and build a library of them. They must  be fabulous teachers for that to happen.

    Ladies and gentlemen,as I encouraged you, too, to seek out your teachers and send to them token gifts if they are still alive or to their children or wives if they are gone, I will  present to you over about the next five  columns about 20 or 25  men and women I learned from and can help you expand   your  knowledge about natural health.     Dr Robert Atkins

    It was about 44  years ago in 1980 that Dr. Robert Atkins won my  heart. He was a thorn in the flesh of the American Medical Association( AMA) which represented nothing outside Orthodoxy. Dr Atkins was on Orthodox. Where his fellow doctors were working up north on the left side of the road toward oasis after oasis  of illusive disease cures,as in the cases of cancer, heart attack and stroke,   Dr Atkins worked on the right down south. For a person like me searching for  cures for diseases regular doctors  said had nor cures,  Dr Atkins was a doctor to look up to. My reason was my belief that there was no disease mankind, on a journey from their home in paradise,  may encounter  during their sojorn on earth the  Almighty and all Wise Creator had not in advance made   healing provisions for. Dr Atkins had a penchant to be  a CURE-DOCTOR where  his contemporaries saw barricades or  cul de sacs. He was a  mega Vitamin-dosage doctor, going as high as 6,000-10,000mg  of Vitamin C everyday for his patients who suffer from serious diseases where conventional wisdom pegged routine  doctors  at 60mg from fears that calcium dissociated from Magnesium may cause kidney and/or gallbladder stones.  Dr Atkins was unafraid of this. He prescribed absorbable forms of calcium and magnesium. He was not  a calcium carbonate doctor. Calcium carbonate is  more or less  like blackboard chalk. It is cheap, and not easily absorbed. It coats the lining of the intestine and disturbs absorption of other nutrients. To prevent calcium oxilate stones and magnesium stones in the gallbladder, kidneys and in other tissues, and to advert calcium dissociation in the bones and elsewhere, Dr Atkins prescribed magnesiums  orthophosphate  and pyridoxine( Vitamin B6).  Dr Atkins  did not hesitate, also, to prescribe between  25,000 and 50,0000i.u of vitamin A  in glaucoma, for example,when more than 5,500I.U was thought to  damage the liver, and safty-thinking doctors would rather  back that  small  dosage  with enormous amounts of Beta carotene,the precursor of Vitamin A, which  is considered safe at any high dosage. He surprised many persons more during the thunderstorm debates on whether fat consumption was a cause of  cardiovascular troubles, hypertension, heart diseases, heart attack, strokes… and death. Total blood cholesterol was rising, as was Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL),the dangerous cholesterol, and doctors were warning against fat consumption. Paradoxically, abstention from fat consumption  worsen fat trouble. That suggested to  Dr Atkins that the body needed fats,but, perhaps, more of a different kind of fats than of others. That was simple,logical thinking. Why it escaped the attention of well learned doctors could only be because, intellectually speaking, they were no longer as simple as children, having turn medicine into a complex maze of incomprehensible ideas to make it a professional call. Dr Atkins advocated consumption of   Omega-3 fats, the friendly, High Density Lipoprotein (HDL). It turned out that he was in the right when Dr Udo’s Erasmus published FATS THAT HEAL and FAT THAT KILLS.  This fabulous book, best on rigorous and extensive research, settled for Euro-Americans their consuming fat debate or dispute. Dr Atkins became a super star. Omega-3 fish oil or plant-based Omega-3 oil, as in flaxseed oil, is sold world-wide today!

    Opponents and enemies of Dr Atkins in the  medical professional sought to silence him. Medical journal declined to publish his positions on burning questions.  The newspapers also distanced themselves from him to avert advertisement income strangulation by the medical Establishment. Dr Atkins got around this by setting up his own Press. I found his chioce of herbs refreshing. From him in the 1980s, I found  that  OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT was probably one of the most effective  for fungi and mold infections, which had been proven to be the some of the culprits behind cancer and other tumours.

    Dr Atkins says of Olive Extract: “ Calcium enolate, the leaf’s most active ingredient,is an extraordinary effective killer of viruses and bacteria.  It  also  keeps latent viruses from emerging. The leaf offers at least some relief, if not complete recovery, from the entire rogues’ gallery of microbial ailments-pneumonia, gonorrhea, tuberculosis, influenza, viral encephalitis, viral meningitis, hepatitis B, shingles, herpes,and Epstein-Barr. It is also a worthwhile treament for urinary infections, surgical infections, and any sort of bacterial infection. But olive leaf also destroys yeast infections at the same time….”

    Dr Atkins also had high regards for OREGANO. I, too, do. Courtesy of Mrs Shade Kusa, the wife of one of my brothers, and Udeme Edet James who tends my four court and backyards gardens, I have what,  to many persons, is an oregano leaf  forest in my house, which prominently  features in my vegetables soup pot. Oregano oil, along with other recipes, so my household and I out of COVID-19 danger. Of oregano  oil, Dr Atkins says:” The oils extracted from spice, such as thyme, cloves, rosemary, and oregano, are often good fungus and virus fighters.oregano oil is probably the champ. Ever since my introduction on it, when a single dose quickly relived a bad wintertime cold I had contracted, I have used oregano for many patients. Now I have come to depend upon it to treat almost any infection, including yeast overgrowth, for which it is one of  the very best treatments”.

    Some of the other herbs which Dr Atkins regularly prescribed were…. Hawthorne berries, tea tree oil, milk thistle, fenugreek, saw Palmetto,black Cohosh, vitex, Bromelain, goldenseal,  pau d’Arco, Astragalus, mistletoe, Reishi, Maitake, ginger, tumeric, guto kola, valerian, cranberry e.t.c. He had kind words for each of them. Of Hawthorne berry, Dr. Atkins said

    “I called this herb”the wise man digitalis” in tribute to the excellent medicine, derived from the foxglove plant, that  cardiologists once used to strengthen the heart and reduce how rapidly it beats. To our great diservice, pharmaceutical companies extracted but a single one of foxglove’s constituents and created  a different drug, digoxin, whose side effects include heart blockages and rhythm disturbances.

    “Hawthorne extract works just as well as digoxin and it’s predecessor, with virtually no side effects or long term risks. In my opinion, the herb should be prescribed as a matter of course to every person with a cardiovascular problem.

    “In many fentke ways, Hawthorn impressively address almost every major factor involved in heart disease. By keeping blood vessels relaxed, it reduces blood pressure and permits a freer flow of blood to the heart muscle. Better blood flow, in turn, increases the heart’s oxygen supply, allowing the muscle to pump more efficiently and with less strain. Additionally, through its influence on Inflamation and allergic reactions, the herb brings some therapeutic relief from chest pain (angina), an unusually fast heartbeat ( tachycardia), shortness of breath, and hypertension.

    “The extract is quite potent. The usual dosage is 240-480mg daily”.

    Dr Atkins was a generous doctor. Unlike many doctors who, like the village herbalists of old who kept  his herbal recipes a secret, Dr Atkins gave his own out in his wonderful book, Dr.AtkinsVits-Nutrient Solution, which he subtitled Nature’s Answer to Drug.      A pioneer in herbal medicine and renowned Austrian herbalist, Maria Treben revolutionised Alternative Medicine, leaving a lasting legacy that benefits humanity’s health. Her work and medical practice in herbal medicine have profoundly impacted the well-being of individuals worldwide. She reminded us of many little known or forgotten but, nevertheless, effective medicinal plants and backed the reminders with her clinical experiences of them. She had special prescriptions for such other specific diseases as those of the bones, breast, intestines, kidneys, larynx, liver, cirrhosis of liver, lungs, lymph, thyroid gland, skin, ovaries, uterus, pancreas, skin and stomach.

    Maria Treben Swedish Bitters, often mentioned on this page, addresses about 52 health conditions. Many modern Nigerian herbalists, including Mrs. Elizabeth Kafaru, now of blessed memory, trained on Maria Treben’s books among which was the one which introduced her work and practice to me, Health through God’s Pharmacy. As Editor of The Guardian newspaper in 1988, I encouraged Mrs. Kafaru to write a natural health column which became so popular that, on public demand,  she had to compile them into a book for which I suggested the title: Immense help from Nature’s Workshop. The idea came to me from a lecture in  a book titled In the Light of Truth the Grail Message by Abdu-Ru-shin. The lecture is titled In the Cross material Workshop Elemental Beings. It explains how a species of beings mankind can no longer readily see are responsible for the formation of what we call nature (the sun, the stars, oceans, rivers, forest, the bodies of animals and of man, the plants kingdom and the plethora of herbs which our body requires for radiant health and recovery from illnesses). I knew joy learning from Maria Treben and working with Mrs. Kafaru, another fellower of ours, to refocus the gaze of humanity once again on natural methods of healing which the Almighty Creator had lain in place for the benefit of mankind before we appear on earth in the first incarnations.

    The internet says “Maria Treben’s Herbal Tea, a blend of 20 herbs,   supports overall health and well-being. St. John’s Wort Oil treats skin conditions, wounds, and anxiety. Dandelion Root Tea supports liver and kidney health. Echinace enhances immune function and reduces inflammation”.

    She emphasises holistic healing, preventive care, popularised herbal medicine, paving the way for complementary medicine in mainstream healthcare and inspired research.

    Her legacy which have brought health benefits to millions of persons worldwide through her practice and best read books cannot be forgotten by The Maria Treben Institute (Austria), American Herbalists Guild, European Herbal and Traditional Medicine Practitioners Association).

    Dr. Max Gerson

    A German-American orthodox physician, Dr. Gerson revolutionised complementary medicine with his groundbreaking Gerson Therapy. This innovative approach focuses on treating degenerative diseases, particularly cancer, using natural methods, including potassium-rich  fruit and vegetable juices, and colon hydrotherapy to remove poisons. Dr. Gerson believed that benign tumours and cancers arise when the body is deficient in Potassium and is awash with Sodium. He said this made the body oxygen-deficient and affected tissue fermentative (non-oxygen using) and not oxidative (oxygen- dependent).

    I began to fellow Dr. Gerson in 1980 when my maternal groundmother developed cancer in one breast and her doctors said there was no cure. She declined surgical removal of the cancerous breast and died soon after. Her death made me interested in natural cancer prevention, treament and cure.     Jethro Kloss

    By the time I became acquainted with the works of Dr. Jethro Kloss in the 1980, I had become familiar with the benefits of wholesome diet, especially of edible raw green leaves, alkaline and solaris water, antioxidants and all of that. His book, Back to Eden, had a spiritual ring to it. Human spirit came to the earth from paradise, partially conscious to develop self-consciousness and to blossom spiritually, flowering and fruiting, and to return someday to that Garden of Eden, Paradise, where existence is beautiful and blissful. What first struck me in this book was the experience of Jethro Kloss when he worked in the mortuary. He found that most postmortems revealed that many organs in almost every corpse were inflamed. This suggested to me that inflammation could be a terrible cause of organ damage and death. So, I began to adapt my diet to anti-inflammatory foods and herbs. Medical science describes inflamatory diseases with names which have prefixes and suffixes. The suffix, always, is  ITIS code as in the fellowing diseases…Arthritis (bone/joint), Prostatitis (prostate gland), Mastitis (breast),Carditis (heart),Spondylitis (backbone), Endometritis (uterus), Uveitis (eye), Encephalitis (brain), Dermatitis (skin), Gastritis (stomach) colitis: ulcerative colitis (ulcerated and bleeding colon), Nephritis (kidneys), Hepatitis (liver), Rhinitis (nasal passages), Sinusitis (sinuses), Tendinitis (tendons), Bursitis (bursae), Esophagitis (esophagus).

    If you are hypertensive, your heart may be driven harder if your doctor decides to breakdown for you a general body test in which inflamation is ravaging many organs and he is calling them by their medical terms as in Arthro (joint), Prosta (prostate), Masto (breast), Cardio (heart), Spondylo (backbone), Endometrio (uterus), Uveo (eye), Encephalo (brain).

    How many of us, especially the aging ones, are not inflamation prone and, possibly, on the way out? As I researched this subject with Udeme Edet James, she screamed: “ So, this is why our forefathers in the villages did not suffer prostate gland troubles?” She was responding to the mention of  Pumpkin Seeds, one of the recommendations of Jethro Kloss against prostatitis (inflamation of the prostate gland) and some other inflamatory conditions. Really, pumpkin seed is a rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids and Zinc which are important for prostate gland health. The Jews eat pumpkin seeds as ravenously as Nigerians eat groundnuts.

    Among the other prescriptions of Jethro Kloss in his 1939 Back to Eden  are … Willow Bark. It contains salicylic acid, similar to aspirin; Meadowsweet; Ginger. Anti-inflammatory compounds like gingerol and shogaol; Turmeric, Curcumin reduces inflammation; Slippery Elm, soothes and protects mucous membranes.

    There are other herbs he also rated high for specific conditions. They included Arthritis (Alfalfa, Dandelion, Juniper Berries). Prostatitis (Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed). Mastitis (Echinacea, Poke Root). Carditis (Hawthorn, Lily of the Valley), Spondylitis (Black Walnut, St. John’s Wort), boswellia,cayenne pepper, chamomile, licorice root and marshmallow root.

I am still up for 4:30a.m  to pray and to listen to news on radio, and I knock off at about midnight,  the day’s jobs well done. I still work several kilometers without any challenged to my heart and lungs. My appetite, like my digestion and plumbing works which includes prostate gland function, is still in order. I do admit carelessness with my vision. The foods and  herbs in the garden of Eden which were brought down to the earth for our use and to which you invited our attention have been kind to my health and been of benefits, also, to thousands, if not millions,of the readers of this column in diverse social media. There is something bigger in the title of your book than i have just expressed. Back to Eden reminds me of the garden of Eden which, every day, I long for when I live the earth. For the garden of Eden, Paradise, is our home. So, back to Eden should we always strive for on the dinning table, in our intuitive perceptions, volitions, thoughts, words and deeds. What a beautiful title for a book on natural medicines.

    Understanding the s3xual question and epidemic

    To be frank, there is no big deal to sex, except that it is governed by certain natural rules and regulations. Like food, sleep, water, sunshine, drink, rest and exercise, sex is a natural requirement of a healthy human body! It even affords man and woman the opportunity to exchange radiations which one party has but the other lacks. However, in their sexual relationships, many partners do not realise that they are sexual incompatibles. This means that their radiations may be injurious to their partner or that their partner’s can harm them in various ramifications.

    This can post a serious and, sometimes, devastating life long problem for the parties, because one may pass psychically toxic radiations to the other. In a two-part column titled…Radiations, Health, Bill Gates and Diseases and published on this page on September 26, and October 3, 2024, and posted on my Face Book account( at John Olufemi Kusa), I suggested that  everything which exists radiates. Many persons are familiar with only radiations from nuclear plants and atomic and hydrogen bombs. Surprisingly, they are unaware that they, too, radiate. How their radiations on the young ones of animals make the mother animals to reject their babies was explained in those two posts. So were the effects of plant radiations on human health when these plants are taken as food or medicine. Radiations exchanged through sex are very important for sex, too. That is why an exchange may make one party to be weakened or devitalised, or physically stronger and psychically all-conquering or, in a healthy mutual  exchange, both parties feel as though they can move mountains or are on the mountain top.

    I have heard some persons complain that their business activities tumbled when they were married to certain persons, and became revived and lushful when they married others. There are stories, also, of  couples who married for more than 10 years but had no child. When they went their different ways, however, both wives and husbands made babies with their new spouses from just about one year after. Thus, men and women appear not only ignorant to me but stupid who sleep with just about any person. The Yorubas are wise in this regard. They say OoGun Kan Ara Won (sweat touch each other) during a sexual exchange. I believe all cultures express the same knowledge in their different ways. What “touches each other” is not the “sweat” however. The sweat is only an outward form of an unseen potent force or power. In Yoruba culture, new wives are brought into the family fold on the night of her wedding only after wives in the family had washed her legs and feets “clean” at the entrance door of the receiving homestead. Symbolically, this is a casting of negative vibrations or radiations  which they believe may have accompanied the bride from her home to theirs.

    Sex is scenting or smelling almost everywhere outside “the other room” or the bedroom, courtesy of former President Muhammadu Buhari in one of his hilarious moments as Nigeria’s President. Buhari told his wife, the beautiful and intelligent  Aisha, she had no business being in politics or with politics. He showed her not the way to the kitchen, as many men do, but to the room where babies are made! He called that place” the other room”, pronouncing the word other as “athar or “arder”. That ought to be the citadel of sex, and whatever transpires there ought to be to the knowledge of only partakers of it. However, we all are hearing, scenting and smelling what we ought not to hear nowadays because more men, encouraged by more women, are now on the loose. I am no longer shocked by news that a father is expecting a baby by his daughter, or that a man of 70 has carnal experience of a girl of four years. I pinched myself, however, to be sure I was day conscious, when the news came about two weeks ago that Jigawa State Commissioner for Special Duties was found almost 297 kilometres away in Kano, capital of another state, sleeping with another man’s wife in an uncompleted building!

     One of the most disgusting narrations is that of a man aged 50 who defiled a child aged four years! I admit that this sort of thing is not new… it is the multiplicity of it lately which urged, like a burst dam of sex energy unleashed on our psyche, which encouraged me to discuss my understanding of the rampaging sexual questions. Please, permit me to bore you a little with some of the tales in recent Nigerian newspapers headlines, and news reviews on FM radio stations in Lagos.

     One

    In a Southwestern village, a motor-cyclist runs a transport service to a community market a few kilometres away. One of his regular customers was a pregnant woman. One day, he took her to the market. In the evening, he went to transport her back home. On the way home, he made the motor cycle engine to feign failure, veered into a thicket and pretended to be sorting out the engine trouble. Suddenly, he  pounced on his unsuspecting pregnant passenger and forced her. Then, he abandoned her in the bush and rode away! What I did not understand from the event was whether he was a thinking person. For a thinking person should think about the implications of his or her actions for himself or herself. Did he forget in that split minute of pressure that his passenger was well acquainted to him, and that she could spill the beans? Of course, he is now in jail for his misbehaviour, and she is  lucky he did not kill her to cover his tracks.

    Two

    In Lagos, the gateman of a government healthcare centre asked a nurse to be his lover.  She declined. He waited for an auspicious opportunity to show her he desired to have her. One day, he and the nurse were alone on night duty. As the evening dragged on and the neighborhood became silent, he knocked on the door of the nurses bay to complain that he had a terrible headache. She let him in and went to fetch some  pain killers  and water. Suddenly, he was upon her.  The nurse was a thinking woman, as a magistrate later heard. She did not struggle but co-operated, to make him assume that she had accepted him as a lover.  For he could kill her and cover his tracks. He is now in jail.

    Three

    A father always took his own  daughter by his first wife. She was about 18. He monitored her period. Whenever it seemed to fail to come, he gave her drugs to induce abortion. Then, one day, the safety valve failed to catch. She was forced out of her final year in secondary school. She declined to tell on him even after the baby arrived. She said if he went to  jail, she would look after the baby alone, and her four half-siblings by second marriage would have no father to look after them. There are many girls in her shoes.

    Four

    Women who brought daughters from their first marriages into new marriages tell heart-rending stories of how their new husbands defile their  daughters. Many men are in jail now on account of such acts.

    Five

     Now, it is dangerous for children to be left alone when masons or repairs men come home to fix problems. They are quick on the game and threaten to kill the young ones if they spill the beans.

    Six

     Surprisingly, men in their seventies and eighties are not left out of the sexual assault on underaged girls. There are stories of septuagenarian landlords and young wives of their tenants or even of daughters of tenants.

    What’s Happening?

    That is the question everyone is asking. Some women believe more men are becoming insane. Some others believe money makes them unreasonable, preferring to not blame the sexual irrationality on a misfiring brain alone. Some others say the brains of men are now on the tips of their organs. Others want offending men castrated. Few persons are blaming women. A few years ago, many women canvassed signatures against me when I dared to say it takes “two to tango”. They misunderstood this imagery. I will never support rape or defilement of a minor. However, I would strive to be as reasonable as Lord Denning (1899-1999), formally Alfred Thompson, a controversial but perceptive and intuitive English judge. When a group of boys were accused of gang raping a teenage girl in their midst, he asked a number of questions the answers to which led him to free the accused to the digust of British women who almost brought the roof down. The boys were hosting a “pyjamas party” and were drunken, not just berry. Uninvited, the girl came in, in fittings too tight for the boys to ignore, and all-revealing for comfort that currents charged, temperature rose and nerves agitated. What was she doing  in a lion’s den, and daringly, too? Some persons would argue that all persons should strive for “purity” that if the boys were “pure”, they would not “see” the negative presentation of the girl, and would be themselves. Where is that human who can be” pure” in anything? It is given to the species to be “chaste”, the equivalent standard of purity at the human level. Only the Almighty Creator is Holy, Pure!

    What we observe everywhere in Nigeria today is women going about their daily routines today at home, in the streets, in buses, half-naked, pubic hairs sometimes revealed, nipples threatening to jot out of blouses and the belly button or navel having no hidden place under a skirt. Even the buttocks may show tights climbing three-quarter way up the thigh or more.  There is probably no law against indecent dressing. Men are supposed  to see something, say nothing and do nothing. Men who are not disgusted and are daring chat up the advertisers of sex and agree time contracts with them. Other men also go under, without realising it. Sexual images are stored in their subliminal aspects, to be worked up and fired some day, unfortunately not at the purveyors. I will limit  this argument here for want of space, but note that if various women’s groups had been outspoken against sexual indecency of their species, this problem would not tend to be swallowing our society today.

    The Sexual Formula

    Everything is governed by law. Even sexual arousal and action. The sexual activiy has four steps…

    • Sexual Instinct

    Our bodies are derived from bodies of the most developed animal at the time of the first human incarnation on earth. The human spirit dwelling in that animal body has nothing to do with the sex storms, although it is expected to control and to even ennoble them lest they enslave it. This instinct is fired by the thought of sex, and the firing produces sexual feelings. Seeing half-naked women everywhere generates thought of sex which fires the sex instinct to produce sexual feelings. Some perfumes, words and even touch do likewise.

    • The feeling

     This may be aborted at its level. If it is not, and is reacted upon by thought, their product will be Imagination.

    • Imagination

    At the level of imagination, the process can still be aborted if trouble is to be averted. However, most men are sexually weak and have not developed abortifacient skills from regular practice. The skills come from exercise of Free Will, the steering power of the spirit, breath of life of the body which, as in feeling, can divert the energy for imagination to nobler activities. Keeping the ”Heart of the Thought Pure”  should abort the next step. Anything short of this will lead to the final pedestal…Opportunity.

    • Opportunity

    At the level of an imagination to actualise itself, the process can still be averted if a man and a woman do not permit that they be alone, for anything can happen if they are.

     The Sex Scourge

    Sexual activity nowadays  has become a scourge because we do not suspect existence of another source of what is going on. It has to do with increased pressure from the Cosmos for what religions have taught would be the purification of the earth for the Millennium or 1,000 years of peace, and of the Final Judgement. We are not paying attention. Aljezera reported this month a heavy rain, the heaviest in 50 years, in the Sahara Desert where Nostradamus said a big lake will surface in fullness of time. (I will address this question at another time). After his prediction, scientists discovered the second biggest underground lake underneath the Sahara Desert. Regarding the relationship of this time to the epidemic of sexual misbehaviour in Nigeria, we may wish to return to the subject of The Great Comet sometimes discussed on this page. As a reminder, its origin, laid in Paradise as the Origin of the  Star of Bethlehem, a herald of the birth and Mission of The Son of God, a greeting from the Father. On the other hand, The Great Comet is to close the cycle of that event and open the cycle of The Kingdom of the Holy Spirit in which the Final Judgement will take place. The Lord Jesus had forwarned that neither He nor The Father had any business with the harvest, that the  Holy Spirit will not forgive sins. We have had predictions or prophesies about the Great Comet, the Star released to pressure the world beneath Paradise for the  judgement. Nostradamus reported it his own way. So did some prophets in the Bible and Tom Kay, an American journalist, in his  When the Comet run! I came across The Great Comet prophesy in 1977 through The Grail Message, by Abdu-ru-Shin.

    The Grail Message says many weaknesses  dormant or active in varying degrees in the human soul would be activated and invigorated to burn them out and, thereby, pass judgement on the spirit kernel which still habours or tolerates them. The Spirit is clean and cannot be soiled, but its comic bodies, including the earth body, can be darkened and  made heavy by these faults or propensities. The Spirit cannot ascend homeward  to Paradise with these faults or propensities. They have to be cast off before it can. As The Great Comet approaches the earth on its Mission, we learn it would change the planet in diverse ways. There would be Climatic Changes for which, right now, the far lesser possible cases are the focus of mankind. The waters of the earth would be sucked high and up. Could this be why the Sahara Desert would grow a lake and why the heaviest rain in 50 years is falling there? Could this be why Nostradamus said an island would arise in the Alantic Ocean, displaying such huge amounts of water that would submerge coastal cities and nations? We are told whatever had been false, that is not in tandem with God’s Holy Will would be destroyed at this time. This would  include the economy, so-called scientific break-throughs, human institutions and societies, the educational systems which do not educate the human spirit but only its earth body through the brain. Agriculture, Medicines and even the diet, name the rest.

    As for our weaknesses and propensities, even when they lay dormant and we do not know we bear them, radiations of the Great Comet would  awaken them from Slumber and Energise them so that, invigorated, they will express themselves without our being able to stop them, so that we may, with our own hands, pass judgement upon ourselves. In The Grail Message, this is addressed in the lecture Titled… All that is dead will be awaken to pass judgement on themselves. All that is “dead”does not refer to human who have died but to propensities in the souls which lay dormant or seemly dead. Among them are Hate, Envy, Murder, Thieving, Carelessness, Coquetry, Covetousness, Greed, Debauchery, Cunning, Distrust, Violence, Impatience e.t.c. As this conversation is on sexual recklessness among men and women, we should easily appreciate the storms and the vicissitude from this perspective. When they brought offenders before magistrate, they said they did not know why and when they did what they did. Space does not permit me to explain that those of us who loudly condemn them may be worse criminals than these fellows. How many persons do not generate sexual thoughts? Thoughts are not free, however. They become Thought Forms and will travel about in the Universe either alone or as kindered thought forms or, if heavily nourished, as Demons. We encounter Phantom thought forms and Demons in our dreams. Do we  know where  they came  from? A thought you generated 10 years ago  may be what caused the sexual abuse of a four years old girl yesterday. Let us all check our eyes for the beams in them before we accuse other persons of bearing  motes in theirs.

    Finally, let us heed the words of the Wise One. Keep the heart of your thought pure and you will bring peace and be happy.

    2024 World Heart Day: Living three earth lives in one

    Sometime in the 1980s, Chief Adeyemi  Olusola Lawson, a man  among  men, spiritualist, business and industry leader in Nigeria, told some of  us acquainted to him  that, very soon, we would live Three Earth Lives in One. He was sharing with us knowledge for The world as it could be or, if you like, Knowledge for the world of tomorrow.

    The two labels are titles of books by Herbert Vollman who drew from the same source as Chief Lawson, who was educating my generation of truth seekers about creation, man, nature and the laws of nature. It is only now, about 40 years after, that some of us are beginning to understand what it means to live three earth lives in one. A gigantic cycle of events is closing in a world in which our earth  is like a pin-point. 

    Enormous pressure from the closing cycle  would forcibly  drive other cycles to their closing, bringing to each person  all the “carry-overs” of previous earth lives to confront and liquidate in this earth-life or be crushed by them.  That is why many persons on earth today do not understand what is happening to them and continue to blame other persons, including governments, rather than themselves, for the inhospitable conditions under which they live.

    As we rush from pillar to post every day, striving to keep our heads afloat in a literal ocean of multi-dimensional pressure, our kernels or spirits  are taking unpresidented  bashing which impact on the flesh, since the spirit forms and powers the body. Some of us are falling by the way side, dying. Some are killing themselves. Some do not know what they are doing.Psychiatric hospitals are over flowing with patients. Outside them, there are more persons who ought to be in for behaviour imbalance. Only persons who understand the  laws of nature at work would be able to understand why many women are now walking in the street more than half naked,revealing what distinguish them from men, or why a man aged 45 will defile a girl of four years or man of 71 will take a girl of nine and prefer to spend the rest of his earth-life  in jail.  This week, the Commissioner for Special Duties in Jigawa State was accused of having sex  with a house wife in an uncompleted building in Kano, about 237km or 147 miles distance. We are now all like chicken beaten by rain,cold and feverish, with no hiding place. Our bodies are hurt, dying prematurely and instalmentally.

    On September 29, 2024, heart doctors world-wide and those persons who are  concerned about the condition of the health of the heart  invited us to spare sometime for our hearts. Many hearts are enlarged, too weak to pump blood all  around the body,are themselves not  receiving enough blood from the blood circulation to sustain their health and work, or murmuring to protest other in hospitable conditions for their existence such as having to work against high tension in the blood vessels and organs. I will invite attention to only a few of the red flags which stressful existence in a Three-in-One Earth Lives is weaving at degenerating hearts.

    Red Flags

    •The Nigerian Heart Foundation says about 80 per cent of Nigerians are hypertensive, a condition which may cause heart disease, heart failure and heart attacks, even strokes.

    • Another source says about 7.2 million persons of Nigeria’s estimated 220million population live with hypertension, the highest cardio vascular burden in the country. This suggests there are about 100 million  more cases of other heart-realated heart challenges.

    •With an estimated 17.9 million deaths in 2019, cardiovascular diseases are  leading causes of mortality globally, of which 85 percent were due to heart attacks and strokes. In 2021, there were 20.5 million cardiovascular deaths globally.

    We learn from events around us, if we are wise. On August 26, 1998, at the age of 76, my father left the flesh due to Congestive Heart failure. Since then, I have taken heart health seriously. Heart health care should, quite naturally, begin with diet, since we are what we eat, and should involve a balancing of the emotions and avoidance of events which cause excessive fire storms in the heart. In Chakra or energy medicine, the heart is the seat of love. That means we must love and be loved in return, since the spirit spark in  every-one,  our being,  meant  to grow into a mature human spirit, is a split part of the universal love.

    When Chief Lawson spoke of three earth lives in one, what he meant was that a time would come when we would come under pressure and stress than we were under at the time  he spoke those words. Who, today, can say  that  time may  not have come? In the mid-1970s when I went to the university, there were only five first generation universities in Nigeria, ( Lagos, Ibadan, Ife, Nsukka and  Zaria).The country was easier to govern, there were jobs and there was peace. There were no organised bandits and kidnappers. Belief in the power of money had not reached a crescendo.Now, we have more than 200 universities and the country has fallen far wide apart. It is like drama on television to some of us when we hear that a former governor is hiding in the kaftan or Agbada of a serving governor to prevent arrest for questioning on  alleged theft of about 84 billion  Naira  public money, and about 16 states governments are challenging legal existence of the EFCC.  What  that tells me is that, with 200 universities, we have been educating the brain and its intellect for erudition and not the spirit,that is man, for wisdom.  We  will reap a bumper harvest of that if the Supreme Court succumbs to the governors.  For the coast would  become clearer for  us all  to become financial criminals and increased the pains in our Three- in-One-Earth-life.  The pains come From growing pressure of  stressors in today’s existence.  All around us,  we observer and impact monumental stressors like hate, sloth,greed, hunger in the midst of food, poverty amid riches, intolerance rather than peaceful co-existence, competition in place of coporation and sharing,marriage break-downs, harrowing opposite gender relations, aggravated sensuality, daughters having children for their fathers, Septuagenarians defiling four-year-old baby girls, massive petroleum and currency mafia wars.

    Solid minerals mafia wars are brewing. Globally, abandonment of the U.S Dollar for the Gold Standard of Yore may bring more poverty to Nigeria. Wise nations are stealing Nigeria’s gold with the co-operation of Nigerians and pouring their nationals into the country in a scrabble for Nigeria, the list is endless. These and many more  events worse than them impact our psychic with stress every day. We gave  rise to them as propensities in our egos which we have been carrying around over several incarnations. For Christians who do not believe in re-carnation, I would suggest a reading of Stephen Lampe’s The Christian And Re-Carnation,  Ray Moody’s Life After Life and Richard Steinpach’s How is it  That We Live After Death. For us all, the earth is a school where we are to learn about where we came from, who we are,where we would go after the earth, the road map between  the earth and  that place ( Paradise) , all the dangers  on the way,and all the helps available to us. Our education does not teach us these things. Accordingly,we have several”carry-overs” in the syllabus at the end of every earth-life. Yet,to graduate from this earth-school,we  must have accomplished answers to all these questions. That is why in the closing of the cycle, as in every final year in the university, we must scale all the hurdles of our existential carry-overs, and we are now obliged to live  Three Earth Live In One. All our organs are impacted. This column will examine only the heart,  being devoted to the 2024 World  Heart  Day

    Thus, this conversation will be on some  common ailments of the heart  in Nigeria, and some of the natural or herbal medicines which may support their healings

    Stress and the heart

    Stress can contribute to heart-related problems in several ways:  Directly, indirectly, behaviourally and aggravation of predisposing factors e.t.c.

    These factors can cause a litany of problems such as…. Increase  heart rate,  release of stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol),  faster and harder heart beat, constricted blood vessels, hypertension and heart rhythms disturbance, Inflammation, damaged heart and blood vessels, impaired  the endothelium’s ability to regulate blood flow and blood pressure,  reduced blood flow to the heart, gradual dead of muscles, altered heart structure and function.

    Altered eating habits and poor quality  foods choices, sleep disturbances, excercise demotivation, oxidative stress,hypertension,coronary artery disease,cardiac arrhythmias, myocardial infarction (heart attack),stroke, cardiac failure,and atherosclerosis.

    Hypertension

    A silent killer, it may be symptomless before its kills.  I witnessed a case in the early 1970s as a sub-editor on The Daily Times newspaper.One Friday,I worked with a news editor on the national budget for publication next day. We left the office together,he for his home in Lagos Island, mine in Shomolu. From home that Friday night,he had to be taken to hospital. When I brought a copy of the Sunday edition, I was shocked to see his obituary announcement and photograph on the front page. I shivered for several hours.

    Alhaji Alade Odunewu, one of the most well read columnist of The Daily Times would later write about his own near-death experience under the title Walking corpses. He developed a slight headache and went to hospital. His blood pressure was terribly over the bar.Doctor wondered why he  had not died, and detained him.  Thanks to several researches, we now have a deeper understanding of hypertension. They say we can break  it into two types.

    The first can be caused by nutritional deficiencies,the second by hardening of tissues and organs through  which the heart pushes blood. The more hardened they are, principally by Calcium deposits, the more their resistance to blood flow, and the harder the heart has to work to push blood through them, causing elevated blood pressure or hypertension.

     As for the type caused by nutritional deficiencies, Potassium  deficiency and elevated of Sodium in the system are major  culprits. Dr. Richard D.  Moore, a leading  nutrition researcher, educates us  in the 386- page The  High Blood Pressure Solution subtitled: Natural prevention and cure with K. Factor (K is the chemical formula for Potassium). He says the potassium-sodium (Na) balance regulate blood pressure at the cellular level. We are well educated, also, in The Potassium Factor by Dr. Charles Krebs, The Blood Presure Solution by Dr. Stetein Sinatra and Potassium: Health Benefits and Effects, by the National  Institute of  Health. We consume too much sodium in Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG) and little potassium. In Africa, rich food sources of potassium include yam, sweet potato, banana, unripe plantain, avocado pear, pumpkin leaf, carrot, mango, pawpaw, cow peas, kidney beans, groundnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, cashew nuts, sunflower seeds, peel of unripe plantain and banana.

    Arterosclerosis

    This is the hardening of blood vessels by excess amounts of Calcium. Calcium and magnesium combine at a certain ratio  compelled by The Law of Balance, a Law of Nature. When  there is more Calcium than Magnesium, the excess calcium infiltrates soft tissues and organs causing, say, rigid blood vessels, frozen shoulders, constipation, cataracts, kidney,  gall bladder stones, arthritis e.t.c.

    Please note that arteriosclerosis is different from atherosclerosis. Both cause hypertension. While arteriosclerosis or hardening of the arteries can be corrected with increased magnesium intake,  artherosclerosis, caused by atheromas or fatty deposits or plaque in blood vessels, can be resolved with blood thinners.  These may include Vitamin E, Lecithin,( plentiful in soya beans), EDTA (Ethylenediamine Tetraacetic Acid), pomegranate, ginkobiloba, ginger, curcumin, Omega-3 fish oil, olive oil, orange peel, orange peel oil, Vitamin C, Flavonoids, Cayanne and Alligator pepper,flax seed oil, onion, garlic especially (Kyolic Garlic, about 50 times more powerful than natural garlic)e.t.c. Atheromas in the arteries are formed from various entities which include cholesterol, Triglycerides (blood cells), macrophages (imune fighter cells), calcium deposits. They  may narrow or block artery passages, reduce blood flow, cause hypertension, heart disease and strokes.

    Enlarged heart

    Old persons who cough persistently without relief from standard conventional cough medicines may have enlarged heart.Cough may arise from the heart becoming too weak to pull blood back from the lungs after oxygenation, and the lungs struggling to expel  the irritant back-ups.  The heart enlarges for more power to push the blood through  calcifications, blockages in the circulatory system and the state of hypertension they set up. The heart may be helped by  Thiamine (Vitamin B1), other B-complex vitamins, Hawthorne berries, selenium, Vitamin C, Ubiqinol, CoQ10.   Ubiqinol energises the heart. Dr Karl Foikers, leading researcher in this field since 1952, says heart problems begin when CoQ10 in the heart drops below 25 per cent . Hawthorne berries improve pump action of heart muscles.  Thiamine and Garlic reverse enlargement of the heart, according to Rex Adams in Miracle medicine foods.

    Angina pectoris

    Sometimes, arteries which supply the heart with blood are blocked, reducing blood, nutrients and oxygen supply within the heart. This may cause chest pain called Angina pectoris in which a sharp pain may travel from the left shoulder blade, the scapula, right down the left arm. The heart is complaining that it is weak to do any hard work which may include climbing  steerways or walking  long distances. Ginkgobiloba, Gotu Kola and promegrante may join  other heart remedies. Many Islamic schoolars and medics of yore recommended promegrante for heart and other health issues. In Pakistan, it is reported to have prevented several by-pass surgeries.     Palpitation

    Years ago, my favourite remedy for palpitation  of the heart was Mag Phos, a tissue or cell salt of magnesium phosphate. It was as effective for palpitation as Ferrum Phosphoricum was for blockages. Magnesium food supplements help this condition as it  quietens the nerves spasms. Many persons world-wide have Magnesium  defficiencies. That was why Carolyn Dean in the United States and others developed Ionic Magnesium which is absorbed into the blood from under the tongue. There are several Magnesium salts. Some are better absorbed into the blood stream than others.Consuming calcium supplements without counter balancing Magnesium salts may create a Magnesium defficiency and cause health issues such  as palpitations of the heart, gall bladder and kidney stones calcifications in soft tissues and  constipation.

    Low blood pressure

    The heart is weak, and can hardly generate the energy to keep “the river” of life, the blood circulation, flowing. It may kill faster than hypertension. On a mid-term basis, CoQ10 and Ubiqinol, should help underlying factors to be in check. These may include hypothyroidism ( low thyroid gland function) and low adrenal function. Hypothyroidism may improve with sea foods such as Dulse and kelp which provide iodine. Iodised salt may  be tried. So should adaptogens. They raise or lower  metabolic rate as   desirable. In their ranks are Siberian Ginseng and Ashwanghandah. As for weak or burnt adrenal glands, the following are suggested…Licorice,Siberian Ginseng, Peruvian Macca, Astragalus, Cordyseps and Robust Roots, among others. The adrenals are shock absorbers of the body and should be healthier in  persons who live multiple earth -lives in one. They are the organs, situated above the kidneys, which ensures that stress of everyday life does not kill us.  In this earth-life, however, we are subject to many stressors than the adrenal glands of our ancestors had to cope with. These include  about 4,000  health damaging, man-made chemicals in the foods chain, in the drink and in the air we breathe.  There are so-called love or relationship questions, marriage upsets, financial vicissitudes e.t.c. In October 2024, a Nigerian medical  report said that the rate of psychiatric admissions in hospitals had risen  by 200 per cent. An increasing number of  persons cannot  cope any longer with the pressure of existence assailing them. That is what persons such as Saheed Fuhad or Mainland Lagos 98.3 FM Radio Station have been saying… Nigeria’s economy would throw up without, in my view, really knowing where the storms are blowing from…three or more earth-lives rolled into one final  one. Such persons may compound their problems by becoming more agitated against their environment, not recognising that every-one forms his or her environment, believing they are at the mercy of any environment, battling for the  dawn,today,of what only the dawn of  tomorrow can bring. Today, they live not  in the present,  learning from the past to appreciate that many logs in the forests fell on top of one another in that distant past and must all be cleared for their paths ways to be clear again. Thus, as we are beaten to  right shapes in the unyielding machinery of the laws of nature, we should be mindful  of the impact on our health and our organs  and, in particular, on our hearts to which the 2024 World Heart Day invited our attention.

    If I am not mistaken, Chief Adeyemi Olusola Lawson is the first person Jacob Akindele may like to see when his inner eyes open in the luminous gardens of the  ethereal  spheres of creation on his way home to Paradise. I say so, despite recognitions that about 90 per cent or more of all persons who regularly relate with one another in diverse ways on earth  may never meet again in all eternity after they discard their earth bodies. Even then, after I wrote the words “luminous gardens of the ethereal spheres”, I pinched myself on the nose to wonder  if I have  a definitive say on such matters of someone who had gone ahead of us coming to welcome us to a continuation of life in the so-called beyond.   Nevertheless, I am advised of three conditions which may confer such privilege. One is that we must have suffused each other or one another with true love while we were all here and strengthen the bond after some of our loved ones had passed over. Another is that true friendship existed and continued  between us or among us after some of us had gone. Finally, we must all have been in pursuit of a comon, high goal germane to the purpose of our existence on earth and in any part of creation.

    If I may digress a little more and be definitive,  many husbands and wives may never meet again unless under the afforestated conditions or karmaic threads weave them together once more. In like manner, siblings may never meet again. Ditto children and parents. For, indeed, such matters as Chief Adeyemi Lawson being the first person his spiritual sons and daughters could sight when they cross over depend on one hand on the departed soul and the works of his or her thoughts, words and deeds on earth which accompany him or her  and such others as could welcome him  into the ethereal sphere.  On the other hand, we stand the immutable laws of creation which enforce the Justice of The Almighty Creator and Ruler of all the Worlds. I re-assured myself that I was human, was myself as a creature subject to these laws,and could only wish my departed friends what I had been wishing myself for about 30 years… that Chief Adeyemi Lawson should be the first person I see when I leave the earth.

    For readers of this column who are not familiar with such terms as “the luminous gardens of the ethereal spheres”, I was wishing a dear friend who had just left the earth “journey mercies” on his way back home to paradise, and those “luminous gardens” may be described as mid-way between the earth and our home in paradise. As an adherent of THE GRAIL MESSAGE, he did not believe that, upon the demise of his earth body, he has to stay in a grave until a judgement Day. The appearance of Moses and Elijah with the Lord Jesus at  His  tansfiguration already taught Jacob Akindele that anyone  who leaves the earth  could awaken to Joyful life  in the Vineyard of their Creator, rather than bind themselves to religious dogmas and be confined to slothful and suffocating “rest” in a grave when their environment  is bubbling with service and life. Did the Lord Jesus not also inform us that Elijah had returned to the earth?

    The “journey” from the earth to paradise  could be as short or as long, sometimes spanning thousands of years, depending on what anyone makes of it. Our earth belongs to the region of “ dense cross matter”. This region comprises everything we can experience with our physical senses including  what  the telescopes of today and tomorrow will discover.  Above, it is the so-called Astral World. Above that is “Medium Cross Matter”.Yet above that is “Fine Cross Matter”. Each of these spheres of existence is so vast that earthly conceptions of time and space cannot comprehened it. Each sphere has different habitations we may call cities, towns  or villages. People of a like nature live in each one.  These homogenous persons may be thieves, kidnappers, bandits, murderers, gossips, slanderers, intimidators, inquisitors, noise makers, power mockers, e.t.c. Souls are sorted out into appropriate habitations depending on their strengths or  faults, good or evil volition, some evils probably taking 100 of years to outlive before they are sent elsewhere to purge themselves of another evil. That is how many of us on earth today have spent thousands of years roaming about in the universe incarnating on earth several times to cleanse ourselves up before the earth is taken away as the Lord Jesus forewarned.

    The region of the “Luminous garden”  in the ethereal sphere is a crucial region for human souls coming down from paradise to the earth or returning from the earth to paradise.  Beyond it, is” the Ring of Animistic  Substantiality”. The leaders of the beings which produce what we call nature such as oceans, seas, the  suns and the stars, like their workers who  produce fire, water, air, earth, plants, rocks, e.tc. come from different zones of this region.  Above this region  is our home, paradise where jubilation breaks out whenever wonderers in the world below like Jacob Akindele or any of us return home. That was what  his friends and well wishers encouraged him to do when his earthly remains were interred in the garden of remembrance on Grailland, Iju Hills,on October 10, 2024, four days after he departed the flesh. That was my wish for him  in hoping that he would rapidly move through the spheres to the Luminous gardens, strengthen on by his spiritual father, Chief Adeyemi Lawson.

    Kings College

    Jacob Akindele and  Chief Adeyemi Lawson met when Jacob was  at  Kings College, Lagos.He was among other young boys, senior or junior to him or his classmates who included Sam Peters, Seyi Dosekun, Folarin Balogun, Rotimi Dosekun, Segun Bella, Ade Martins, Seinde Odimayo,  Kolapo Lawson,son of Adeyemi Lawson, and Abayomi Aiyesimoju.  They were  thirsty for the knowledge of Life and Creation that seemed unavailable wherever they had turned. They  were luckier than I was because I did not meet with Chief Lawson until December 1978 when I was  28 years, although carried deep within a similar burning longing  since my first out of Body Experience (OBE) at 24 in 1974.

    The meeting with Chief Lawson  by any-one was never a chance meeting. His encounter with ABD-RU-SHIN IN THE LIGHT OF TRUTH THE GRAIL MESSAGE (hereafter referred to as THE GRAIL MESSAGE)was not happenstance either. Chief Laswon was a leading member of a Nigerian  Anglican Episcopal  delegation to a Lodon Church conference in 1966. From the meeting, he went to Forbes, his favourite bookshop  to shop for books.  Somehow, he forgot himself in the lift until he found himself on the last floor. His absent mindedness was a blessing in disguise. The lift door opened, and, his eyes fell on a pack of books  in the corridor.The title was… ABD- RU- SHIN IN THE LIGHT OF  TRUTH THE GRAIL MESSAGE. He could not take his eyes off the title, and asked for the price. The publishers had not fixed it.  Chief Laswon asked them to enquire. They did, and advised him. He replied that  he wished to buy several copies but did not have enough money on him.  Could the book shop give him a credit for 100  copies  for which he would pay from Nigeria? The bookshop had not encountered  an intense customer like him. Nevertheless,it passed the enquiry on to the publishers in Austria. The publishers asked for his name. He turned out to be a person they had been waiting for. Actually, the author had seen him as a boy walking on the streets of Lagos, anchored at his own duty post for yet another jubilant working together on earth, and written him a letter which was to be delivered to him whenever he came to Austria,even if they did not personally meet.  So,without any protocol, the publishers instructed Forbes to give Chief Lawson the number of copies he wanted. He brought 100 copies home and began to give them as gifts to his friends, including Chief Obafemi Awolowo.

    Chief Awolowo confirmed this to me when I went to his home in  Ikenne to give him one of my two copies of Raymond Moody’s Life After Life, taking with me for him a set of the three volumes of The Grail Message. Chief Awolowo at his last birthday party during which he announced he would soon leave the flesh asked any Nigerian who had a copy of Life After Life to give him for a cash gift of #5,000, alot of money  in the 1980s. I gave him the book free, in gratitude for his free Primary education programme which made me able to read and write and reason logically. I believed that  The Grail Message would extend for him the knowledge of existence after earth-life.

    First  Cross Bearers

    Jacob Akindele, Kolapo Lawson, Abayomi Aiyesimoju, those young boys mentioned earlier and more were among Nigeria’s first Cross Bearers, as adherents of The Grail Message are known  till today. Abayomi  Aiyesimoju, insightful, calm, and humble,  would later vacate his job as a neurologist at the University College Hospital (UCH) at Ibadan to become Chief Lawson’s Deputy Country Leader of Grail Movement-Nigeria. Every Sunday, they left the boarding house for hours to spend time with Chief Lawson who schooled them in the new knowledge on the face of the earth. Some parents took exception to this. Abayomi Aiyesimoju’s father, one of them, withheld support for him in medical school, but one of two schoolarships filled the cap. Chief Lawson filled a cap of the parent at his wedding reception.

    Soon, more of the early Cross Bearers graduated from school and from Sunday Hour of Worship in the re-modelled car garage of Chief Lawson at 25, Marine Road, Apapa. Among them were  Sola Faboya (1970)  Charles Akintobi (1972),Tunde Soleyi and Oladele Odimayo.

    Jacob Akindele’s story touches different persons in diverse ways. I have  a three-view of it. The first is that we humans  are inter- connected, according to our aspirations and karma. The Yorubas say OMI Ni ENIA (humans are water), implying that humans flow everywhere like bodies of water. The second is that a mightier hand than ours is always shaping and re-shaping us into finer tools for work in the vineyard  of the Lord. Finally, it is best for us never to be agitated or to trade a “tooth for a tooth” or an “eye for an eye” when we are hit by so-called vicissitudes of existence which, really, are blessings in disguise for the spiritual refinement, strengthening and development and progress towards maturation for admission to luminous gardens of Paradise.

    Regarding the inter-connectedness of persons, I was at Igbobi College in 1969 for my Higher School Certificate (HSC) but did not know about what was going on at Kings College, which was our arch rivals in academics and in everything else, including “ big boy” contests for girls at Queen’s College, Methodist Girls High School, Reagan Memorial e.t.c. My  ‘O’ Level was at Oliver Baptist High School, Oyo. Something brought me to Lagos and to Igbobi College from where, in 1971, I connected with the Daily Times newspaper and I got into journalism. I am  an Ijebu man.  Oyinlade Bonuola, my longest professional acquaintance from 1971, moved from his village School in Kishi, Oyo North, for HSC education at Ijebu-Ode  Grammar School(JOGS). Interestingly,  I had choice of JOGS but chose IGBOBI for mine. Both of us did not know each  other by the time  we arrived at the Daily Times Sub Editor’s Desk for  sub-editing  training, he in February and I one month later in March 1971. Both of us did not know about Jacob Akindele until  about 10 years later in the Daily Times newsroom. I had gone to university. In the class-rooms block about one-minute walk from mine, a Reading Circle of The Grail Message  met every Sunday. I knew nothing about it, probably because I had not matured for it irrespective of the longing for creation knowledge.

    From the youth service Corps camp at Uyo in 1977, I shopped for esoteric books at Edeke’s Bookshop. None from Lobsang Rampa’s series, to  The Charlots of Fire and Secrets of the Atomic Age satisfied my quest. I asked the  shop girl,Rita Andrews, if they had other books, and she  brought out all three volumes of the Grail Message. I literally fled back to camp for money and back to the store and purchased  the books, an advertisement of which I had read  in The Sunday Times back at Nsukka during my degree exams.  I returned to Lagos the following year to become a Cross Bearer. I immediately gave a copy to my closest colleague, Oyinlade Bonuola. While he was reading it, I discovered Prince Tony Momoh, our editor, was a Cross Bearer.

    Soon, I would notice Jacob Akindele in the newsroom at Agidingbi every Sunday afternoon in lawn Tennis paraphenelia.  I believe he was bringing articles to Martin Iriabuchi, the new editor, for publication. He was an economist, tennis coach and player and highway management consultant. Meanwhile, Lade Bonuola became a Cross Bearer. Lit up by goodness, the Darkness hisses, gets the upper hand until a final resolution of any conflict since mankind initially gives it stronger patronage. Political troubles sent Lade Bonuola out of The Times to  The Guardian, where  he invited  me to be his deputy. The name The Guardian is significant. It  reminded us of responsibility of guardianship  not only of the newspaper or industry but, also, of our own readers. That was well taken care of in news reports, ethics conduct and discipline in the newsroom. Control was difficult with opinion articles in which writers reserved the right to publish anything, including, for example, that Creation was happenstance and that an Almighty Creator did not exist. As  Managing Director, Lade Bonuola had responsibility to protect  the readers. Thus, in 1993, he brought in Dr. Okey Ikechukwu, a Cross Bearer and a phyilosophy  teacher at  UNILAG, to the Editorial Board to provide enlightened opinion with academic verve. Dr. Ikechukwu rejected a more paying bank appointment for The Guardian’s. Soon, Jacob Akindele joined the team of writers. Balance was coming to the Editorial Board. The contributions of the other members with academic backgrounds was not in doubt. The missing balance  in the old editorial board was that,  while  they looked at events From Below Upward, relying on mortal  human intellect, schoolarship and erudition, some others, in child-like (not childish) simplicity and humility examine the same subjects from  Above Downwards with lmperishable superior  wisdom of intuitive perception!

    Jacob Akindele’s  articles were free of guile, they were explorative, broad-sided, delivered  in the simple, humble mien of the man without any ars hanging about him. In the late 1990s, Jacob Akindele became more introspective.Upon him where some of the make or break  opportunities for newer or higher degrees of inner refinement for further strengthening of the  spirit.  I learned from him to not thread  “an eye for an eye” or  a “tooth for a tooth”in  confrontation but to learn the lessons they bring for use in one’s calling. I believe some of the lessons he learned are what crystalised in his now familiar speech and public lecture series titled LOVE. He taught us that we earth  men are split parks of God’s love and we are therefore, to love and to be loved.  Love is not restrictable  to wife, husband and children, siblings, but is meant, also,for animals, other creatures, Nature, events and even work and nation! I will ever remember this gentleman.

    Concluding, I would tell a story about Chief Adeyemi Lawson Jacob Akindele told me…they were sitting behind the publisher’s office on Grailland. A woman and her son walked by on that tiny road which connects the Canteen enclosure axis to the main road axis from where the Temple’s Bell Tower can be seen. They greeted Chief Lawson. He called the boy and gave  him some money. The boy thanked him. A few meters on, the mother asked her son  for the  money. He declined. Chief Lawson asked Jacob Akindele: “who  owns the money, the mother or  her son?” He was wrong in three  answers.  The money belonged to neither mother, son nor Chief Lawson. It belonged to Almighty God, like the entire Creation.  Whatever we own, we are only privileged to hold in trust for Creation, use some for ourselves, and the rest  for the  well being  of other persons.

    Any wonder that Grailland came about as A Place of Spiritual Refuge for mankind? Any wonder that Chief Adeyemi Lawson became a spiritual father to a whole generation of us Cross-Bearers?  How I wish I was more mature when he invited me to be a Chronicler of Grail Movement activities in Nigeria. I thanked him for leading me by the hand in spirit to the sunken Continent of Atlantis I was writing about. I will like him to be the first person I would see whenever I am called away. I wish Jacob Akindele the same.

    2024 Mental Health Day: Bi-polarism demons, insanity

    The years 1974, 1977 and onward were important years in the calendar of my spiritual awakening, consciousness, recognitions and, hopefully, self-consciousness.  Of self-consciousness, I am still struggling in spirit for the right understanding. For now, my perception is that consciousness of existence adorns a growing human spirit seed  germ with the human form,  that it is not everyone in human form who is a human being, that the human being is a self-conscious human spirit who does not oppose The Will of God with his Free Will. Being self-conscious suggests recognising who one is, where one came from, why one came here, the structure of creation in which one exists, other creatures in that creation, the Lord’s of Creation which govern relationships among all creatures and relationships between all creatures and their Creator.  From the foregoing, it may be envident that not all persons in human form are Human Beings. At best, they would be persons who are conscious that they exist, like animals, but not concious of what in them really exist.  How many persons know that they are human spirits from the Spirit world, even when they say they are to worship their Creator in spirit?  There is no human being who will commit the dastardly acts we observe almost everywhere on earth today.

    In these matters, I do not equate being “spiritual” with  being “religious”. Spiritualism is “what is”, that is “living”and”tangible”, whereas “religious”, deriving from religion, is an attempt to understand  spiritualism. We may, therefore,  be very religious, able to quote the scriptures from cover to cover, but never spiritual. Peter, James and John never saw the Holy Dove above the Head of Jesus nor of the equal armed Cross before Him, both signs that He was an Envoy of God on earth, otherwise they would have asked Him about them and informed  us as they did their  experiences of The Transfiguration. Joseph, on his death bed, his inner eyes opening, would behold these signs and say of Him in his last words…So, THOU ART HE!

    I hope I have given sufficient hints that being a religious person does not mean a person is spiritual. In error, both words are often interchanged in the vocabulary. How many religious Christians see any illogicality in the teaching of their faith that the dead would remain in their graves until the Rapture of Judgement Day would bear them aloft to Heaven and the appearance of Moses and Elijah at the Transfiguration of Jesus? Is there no illogicality, also, in the teaching of their religion that Re-incarnationn is falsehood, and the statement of Jesus that Elijah had returned to this earth, had not been recognised by a population faithfully awaiting his promised return who had done to him whatever they did? From the statement of Jesus, His deciples erroneously concluded that Elijah was Johh theBaptist! I am sorry if you belive I have digressed a little too far from the subject.  I consider separating spiritualism and religion important for an understanding of the subject.

    Mental  health  and religion

    Centuries ago, religion misled society about some mental health questions. Persons gifted with  extra sensory perception( ESP), such as clairvoyance, clairaudience or Clairsentience, were branded mentally deranged or burnt alive on hot metal plates, as witches. Some were tied to stakes,set on fire, given boiling water  or poisons to drink, if they did not plead guilyto charges framed by the religious order and confirmed by an earth-bound judicial order.  In those days, I would not be courageous as I am today to announce as I often do on  this page, that I had my first OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE (OBE)at 24 or that, at 48, my father came to me in a dream  about 20 minutes after he left the flesh, to announce his departure and to remind me of what to do with his earthly remains. Would I have been able  to speak about a young woman who would scream in her sleep, get out of bed and rush into her mother’s bedroom saying there were snakes crawling on her bed?

     My foster daughter  would come out of a bad dream, screaming that  a strange, dark  woman, was pursuing her and asking  her for “ the book of riches”. Sometimes, she went  to answer knocks on the gate and found her hand passed through the door and the  guest did not notice her. Haven’t experienced such things, I could guide her without denying her the lessons they were offering her for the development of her spirit. It  is for the development of the spirit into  self-conscious human beings that all of us are on earth. This comes through natural spiritual activity, which is by no means spiritism or  occult training  and all of that.  In normal spiritual experiences, there are spiritual guides and  helpers who, when the time is right and the radiation of the blood permits, start us off from where  we left it all  before this earth life.On earth, we are in the last outpost of a huge creation the Author and Will of which we must know in addition to everything which connects with us and to which we are connected. Religion cannot teach us all of these.  It is no more than whatever human beings remember of a message sent to them during a new epoch of spiritual development in creation which they often configured to whatever they could remember of it, with interpretations which suited their  human will and quest for power and influence over fellow men. Then, they rain in the adherents with dogmas through which the faithful become loyal to the religious organisation and not to God

    Today, the society’s appreciation of mental, or shall we say psychic, questions is hardly different from the understanding of them centuries ago. The form of social responses may have changed, civilised  under the pressure of modernists and modernism, but the contents are basically almost unchanged, stigmatisation is still potent, and many persons are still too quick to judge, too free with words,drawing easy conclusions about  what they know too little about . Even many psychiatrists and clinical psychologists are escooned  in the world of their own profession, often oblivious of Creation.

    Depression, Bi- polarism and the  intestine

    In holistic medicine therapies, mental health is not limited to the brain simply because the  brain  is associated with good conduct or behaviour and abnormal  behaviour must then originate from it. Many  holistic therapists begin their remedial work, therefore,  from  the intestine from where, according to British surgeons a few years ago, “ Death Begins Slowly But Surely in the Intestine”. What they mean by this is that the intestine generates lots of toxins which, when bottled up there or discharge too slowly may  seep  into the blood stream and, from there, invade  the organs, the prostate gland and to the brain for example.  In the brain, these toxins may cause mental confusion,sluggish biochemistry and nerve responses, headache, migraines, mood swings, depression,bi-polar behaviours and even suicide thoughts.  One of the major challenges of mental health in this regard is  CANDIDA ALBICANS, a member of the fungi or yeast family. Excess sugar consumption aggravates overgrowth of its population in the intestine. This overgrowth is often reflected in the grayness of the tongue,which, naturally, should be pinkish red in colour. In persons  with furred tongues, the fungi roots dig deep into the tongue, sucking nutrients from it and emitting  afflatoxins which are probable cancer causing agents. These toxins wreak havocs in the brain when they invade it, after manipulating their ways through the naturally  protective BRAIN-BLOOD BARRIER which should keep away from the brain dangerous substances. Many psychiatrists and nutritionists  miss this fine point.  Behaviour imbalance is all they draw their conclusions from, especially if the potential patient had an history of the use of psychoactive drugs or of serious disappointments in life which may have  disposed them to anxiety, grieving, circadian sleep disorders, mood swings, attention Deficit and hyperactivity Disorder( ADHD), poor cognition and related conditions. Thus, many  psychiatric patients  reject anti depressant drugs  when they are free  from confinement. In some countries, the law now  permits them to reject these drugs even in hospital.

    This column will examine possible connections between intestinal problems caused by candida overgrowth and the behavioural symptoms including brain disorders of Bi-Polar syndrome, Insanity and Possession. It will attempt to challenge conceptions rigidly rooted in the Nigerian psychic that persons with psychiatric or mental health condition are insane or mad.

    Gut Axis

     This is one of the sub-headings of research reports in the internet which I considered relevant to this conversation.  “The Gut- Axis” belongs to an article titled Gut Microbiome and Mental Health by Nature Reviews Neuroscience 2019. Candida Albicans and Mental Health comes from the  Journal of Fungi 2020. There is, also, Fungi Overgrowth and Schizophrenia from Schizophrenia Research 2018.

    The report say:

    “Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) infections can contribute to depression through various mechanisms:

    Direct Mechanisms:

    1. Toxins: S. aureus produces toxins that can alter neurotransmitter balance, leading to mood disturbances.

    2. Inflammation: Chronic inflammation caused by S. aureus infections can disrupt neurotransmitter production and function.

    3. Hormonal Imbalance: S. aureus infections can disrupt hormone regulation, particularly cortisol and thyroid hormones.

    •Indirect Mechanisms:

    1. Gut-Brain Axis: S. aureus alters gut microbiota, leading to changes in neurotransmitter production and mood regulation.

    2. Oxidative Stress: S. aureus infections increase oxidative stress, damaging brain cells and contributing to depression.

    3. Immune System Activation: Chronic activation of the immune system can lead to fatigue, malaise, and mood disturbances.

    Symptoms of S. aureus-related depression include: Mood swings, anxiety, fatigue, loss of interest in activities, changes in appetite or sleep patterns, difficulty concentrating, irritability, physical symptoms (e.g. headaches, joint pain).

    Studies

    1. A 2018 study found that S. aureus colonisation was associated with increased symptoms of depression and anxiety.

    2. A 2020 review suggested that S. aureus infections may contribute to the development of depression through inflammatory and oxidative stress mechanisms”.

    Candida, Fungi Cure

    A person whose brain is embattled by toxins from candida, other fungi and yeast and mold overgrowth in the intestine may be helped back to normal brain function and life by several medicinal plants. My favorite is Olive Leaf Extract in whatever form.Some of its active ingredients are the phenolic compounds called Oleuropien, which exhibits antimicrobial, antifungal and antioxidant properties, Hydroxty-Tyrosol (anti-inflamatory), Tyrosol (anti-oxidant, anti-microbial) Oleuropieoside (a glycoside, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant), Flavonoids and Lavonoids such as Quercitin, kaemferol e.t.c.

    Also useful are  garlic, coconut oil, Tee Tree Oil, turmeric, baberine, grape fruit seed extract, Oregano Oil, caprylic acid e.t.c. A war waged with them in the intestine may deplete friendly bacteria population and cause other challenges. Such interventions are better followed up with prebiotic and probiotic therapies.

    Staphylococcus Aureus

    This is a commensal bacterium which troubles many persons,  but which they know more for disruptions in their reproductive systems. Staph, as it is also known, is said to be commensal because it lives in our bodies and cause no problem unless our immunity is down. It may manifest as boils, abscesses, cellulitis,infected hair follicles, pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis, nausea and vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, sepsis, fever, chills, rapid heart beat, endocarditis, bone pain, swellings, redness, meningitis, headache, stiff neck and confusion, fatigue, joint pain, swollen lymph nodes, muscle aches, pus-filled bums or abscesses, barber’s rash, seizures e.t.c.

    Depression

    This condition is not only about nutritional defficiencies and grieving, sadness, negative energy and all of that.  In the brain, Alpha and Delta toxins of Staphylococcus aureus may disrupt Neuro transmitter balance( serotonin, melatonin, dopamin e.t.c), damage brain cells, trigger inflammation, cause a variety of  nutrient absorption, increase toxin production, disrupt neuro-transmitter signalling, disrupt hormone regulation (in particulary cortisol),  stress hormone, and thyroid hormones. Many of the plant medicines which fight fungal troubles are also applicable here. Some of them are Olive Leaf Extract,  Garlic, Golden seal Root, Echinacea e.t.c. For mood   boosting, there are  ST John  Wort,  Ashwanghandah and  Ginkgobiloba. In the food supplements group are Omega-3 fatty acids for inflamation and probiotics, Magnesium (Neuro – transmitter regulation and Vitamin B-complex and Vitamin D.

    Many of the cases some psychiatrists and lay persons see as insanity are those of possession, and some cases termed as possession are not.  A person may be possession  of fixationwhich makes him or her to act irregularly. When a house is haunted and the presence of some-one is associated with it, such a person is thought to be possessed. This is wrong.  There may be departed person in that house bound or attached  there for whatever reason who has merely found the blood radiation of a living person in the house suitable for self-expression. Bottles may clink, tables may move and contents of a pot  on a stove may spill. Several years ago, in London, a baby made news waves. In  supermarkets, her blood radiations cause cash machines  to jam, and automatic doors refused to open. The baby was called a Miracle Baby. In some circles, the newspaper headlines could have been possessed baby, if that would not provoke libel suits.  It was the blood radiation of this baby that some earth bound souls were manipulating. Real cases of possession are double personality persons. The voltages of their blood radiations are low and permitted low spiritual entities to  “hack” into them. The scenario need explainations…

    1. The EARTH MAN is a TRIOLOGY of SPIRIT, SOUL and BODY. The spirit is the man.  He came from the Spirit world to develop himself on earth. He passed through several planes of existence on the way to the earth. In each plane, he covered himself with the bodily material of that plane. Of him it is said: “I knew  of thee before I formed thee in thy mother’s womb”. Before he came to the earth, the spirit and his non-earth  bodies is known as the soul. An earth man who discards his body  in “death”of that body is a Soul.

    2. When the Soul enters the body in a woman’s womb is when the growing body makes its first kicks to signal it had come alive with reception of this “Breath of Life”. Until then, it depended on  the host mother’s blood circulation for its survival. Now, its own blood is formed!  The spirit  is largely responsible for blood formation. That is why no two persons have the same blood identity, even in the same blood group as haematologists of the future would discover

    3. This is because it is through the  radiation of the blood that  the spirit controls the body

    4. The spirit is connected with the spiritual world from where it came to the earth.The earth body is constructed to work with him as his servant  on earth. To express himself on earth, the spirit uses this machinery. The impression are communicated through the attachment to the body(the Silver Cord)at the solar plexus to the back brain and from there to the front brain. Like a baby in the womb connected with the mother through the umblical cord, the soul is connected to the solar plexus by an astral silvercord. Impressions from the Spirit kernel  pass  through the silver cord to the Solar Plexus and,from there, to the  back brain( cerebellum) which converts the impressions into  pictures or images. The pictures and images are sent through  radiations of the blood to the frontal brain.( the cerebrum). The frontal brain converts them to thought which impact  the nerves to produce feeling and imagination  which may result in physical action( speech) writing, locomotion or physical deeds.  The in-dwelling human spirit, through the soul, accomplishes this control of the body through the blood radiation which is dependent on the composition of the blood. In  possession, a foreign soul exploits a weakened or  low blood radiation to take control of a portion of the brain to become a co-user of the brain and body. This is what gives rise to the split personality observed in some persons who are often thought to be insane  but are not. Some Nigerian traditional medicines  men know how to send the invading earth- bound soul away. Nutritionists use nutrition to recompose  the blood. Psychotherapists and educators in spiritualism do change negative content in the soul to positive content, and this had  profound effects on the nature of the blood. Wrong, unwholesome and lifeless foods degrade the composition and radiation of the blood,disturb quality of sleep and dreams.     In sanity, some brain cells are probably damaged. However, I have heard of the wife of a prominent Nigerian who was diagnosed BRAIN DEAD in Nigeria and in the United States but who returned home and, in nutrition, recovered her brain and took  a Ph.D degree from a university.

    Radiation, health, Bill Gates and diseases (2)

    Literally speaking, we live in a sea or ocean of radiations. The sun and the myriad of stars, like the planets and other cosmic bodies, are pouring their radiations on the earth. Huge fire-storms from the belly of the earth are emitting their radiations to the top soil. Observe some chickens and other animals when the sun is setting. They  dig  a pouch in the soil and nest in it, to absorb negative radiation  from the earth to counter balance positive radiations from the atmosphere. What are the food crops we eat for health and strength? What are the plants medicine we consume to bolster our health when it sags or fails? What we eat or take them for is nothing but for  their radiations which they  absorbed from different sources  into their tissues and transfer to us for ours.  That is why we should not tamper with food crops in their natural configurations. When we store them in fridges and freezers, their life forces ebb or disappear and what we eat thereafter is not their radiations but chaff.  The same happens when we store them in silos and release to the population during national emergencies. If you wonder about what happened in Egypt in the days of the Pharaoh and Joseph and the seven lean cows which swallowed the seven fat cows and made Egyptian  store food against a famine that would ravage their land for seven years, I  would say the food storages of those days were not designed like the silos of today but as pyramids, a warehouse of radiations. Even today, are we not surprised that Egyptian mummies (corpses)stored in the pyramids for about 300years now are still fresh as though kept there only yesterday? Architect Lekan Adams, of Lagos, is an authority on the radiation gathering potentials of pyramids well designed. I know next to nothing about their designs. What I am privileged  to know about them  comes from observances in creation. In high school, I was a  Geometry dullard. My spirit was not mature enough to absorb pictures of a higher language the mathematics teacher was painting. How other fellows captured something about those figures and constructions I do not know. However, they became more crystal  clearer to me as my inner eyes began to open. Despites some of the contentious issues for me in the theorems and constructions of geomentry, the Bible brought me better insight of the pyramid. I would later know that higher beings  in higher realms of existence  pass messages down to us earth men in mathematical renditions.  Even this subject, radiations, is not left out of their work. Thus, to the Bible I would like to detour  briefly.

    We all know that God is the starting point of radiations. The Book of Revelation speaks of Four Animal Beings (The Eagle,  Ram, Bull and  Lion) as The Guardians of the Throne of God. They exist equidistant to one another at a vast distance from Him. These means little or nothing to many Christians and several mathematicians and persons whose professional work entails energy and radiations. We may begin to  make some sense of it, however, if we:

    1. Make a  pin-point mark on a paper or cardboard

    2. At a distance of our choice below  this point, make four equidistant pin-point dots that form a square, all of them also equidistant to the single pin- point above them

    3. Project in a straight line from  each  equidistant points of the Square to the pin-point above them.

    What we constructed is  a pyramid, a geomentry  figure with triangle sides  which may number anything from four or more depending on its type…  Pentagonal (5 sides)or hexagonal(6).

    The Great Pyramid of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, has…5 sides…4 triangular sides (facets) and 1 square base. These are important messages for humanity. The triangle represents the the sub-line triune of Unsubstanciate God Head of Father, Son and The  Holy Spirit. The square represents The Four Pillars of Creation. The energy from God’s Radiation is received in the pyramid and transformed into energy that Creation, that is Paradise and the world can bear.

    5. If we project the square downward and link the bottom square points, what we would  construct is a cube. Inside this cube, outside of the God Head, lies the creations which comprise Paradise and The World. In Paradise are the primordial Human Spirit Beings who were created by God in His Image. The world, which developed in the shadow of Paradise through the Created Human Spirit  Beings, is where all of us earth men and women are wandering about to develop ourselves after the shadows of the primordial  spirit  beings created in the image of  God as a prototype for our spiritual development.  It is the  radiations of God which, like transformers, they step down to “our load-bearing capacity” that  sustains the world and offers us the possibility of concious self development in the period alloted to us as in a school system to “ graduate” or resurrect or ascend from the world and retun home to lower regions of Paradise as Developed Spirit Beings, never as  Created Spirit Beings. This should be before the earth and other ripened parts of the world are swept away in the final judgement for each entity..

    6. In spiritual terms, God, as the starting-point of everything,  passes to the Square of The Pyramid all the power, all  the energy, all the radiation that are required to bring creation about and to maintain it.  This energy is channelled down through the Pyramid and the Animal Beings in turn channel them down the Cube, the structure of Creation. Back in high school, construction of the Cube was a mystery to me, not to mention the discussions of QUADRATURE OF THE CIRCLE! Now, I can fellow a discussion on how  radiations flow down the cube and return to their starting- point,  causing elyptical or cyclic motion in the cube under the Law of  the Circle by which everything in nature impelled into motion must return to its starting point.Does the blood not always return to the heart?  What of evaporation and rainfall, inhalation and exhalation of air,  food intake and waste elimination, drinking and urinating and, of course, Birth and Death  and the return of Soul and Spirit kernel to where its  came from, dead or alive. These are discussion for another day.

      Semyon Kirlian

      He gave  humanity a secret of radiation from which Quantum Energy Minerals are  contributing their  quotas  to human health and may lead physical surgery to  psychic surgery in  future.Before I proceed to  Semyon Kirlian , food and health, Bill Gates, disease and health, I would  like to  briefly  mention Psychic Surgery.  With advancements in the  knowledge of radiation and emergence in surgeries of surgeons called and annointed to practise it on earth and endowed with  the relevant psychic gifts, the face of medicine will change.

        It is  refreshing to  reflect on the saying of a Wise One in the 1920s that…”Men, Your Master Pieces Are Yet To Come”!. Psychic Surgery is one of those master-pieces. About then, or before then, laboratories of today should have become absolute, all their equipment and re-agents a waste of energy in research and money in productction. Imagine yourself  to be seated in your doctor’s clinic.You do not need to take your clothes off. He  looks you up from head to toe, studying energy output in your various organs and how their  radiations harmonise or blend or hurt, injure or disintegrate  one another. If  an organ is not bringing up the full  strength colours,this organ is weak or sick, dominated or tormented by others organs. This doctor will not give you injections or pills. He would tell you which foods you should stop eating and then ones you should eat.All organs have their special clours,and these are linked to corresponding colour centres in the cosmos controlled by certain cosmic bodies. Nothing is an accident or decoration in the sky. Everything is inter-related, one huge family in the  household of God.

    In 1930, Semyon  Killian  lifted a veil on this subject. I will  soon come to him. Meanwhile, let us visit a Psychic Surgeon in his surgery who,shall we say, is about to perform  Uterine Fibroid Surgery or Glaucoma Surgery.The patient lays on the surgical bed.  There stands the surgeon, his knife in his hand. The patient is fully dressed, perhaps, her shoes probably on, and reading  a book.  The surgeon  is seeing  the projected astral body of his patient and the astral prototype of his surgical knife. In the astral body of his patient, he is seeing the uterine fibroids he wishes to remove or the  glaucoma he plans to eliminate. The astral knife goes to work on  the astral prototype of the   human body . In no time, his work is over. The patient feels no pain. No blood is let. The patient settled the bill and heads home. Hours or days after, she feels a dull pain  in the  womb or eye, but it is nothing to worry about. The uterine fibroids or the glaucoma is gone, and healing is taking place. Isnt this the way some  persons today imperil the astral bodies of subsceptible persons in the diabolical attacks of so-called witches?Haven’t American surgeon Norman Shealy and  journalist turned  spiritualist Caroline Myss demonstrated it in their clinical practice and shared their experiences with us  in their 1988 book,The Creation of Health?

    I check the internet  for the  work of Semyon Kirlian  on  the life force or radiation in foods which I picked up from some books in the 1990s. A  report says:

    “Semyon Kirlian, a Russian researcher, studied the life forces or radiation in foods through a technique called Kirlian Photography or Biofield Analysis. Here is a summary..

     1. Food radiation: Kirlian discovered that all living foods emit a unique, luminescent radiation or biofield, which he believed was an expression of their life force.

     2. Energy patterns: He observed distinct energy patterns around different foods, indicating their vitality and nutritional value.

    3. Biophoton emission: Kirlian found that living foods emit biophotons, low-intensity light particles that convey information about the food’s energy state.

     Classifying foods

    Kirlian categorised foods into three groups based on their radiation patterns:

    Lesson  from Kirlian

    His work  teaches us  many lessons, inclamong them…

    1. It is not the physical  food that our  bodies use to maintain their health,but the radiations and bio-forces. Food with vibrant life force give radiant health and those with weak life force, meso health, as Leslie and Barbara Kenton’s, too, explained in their 1999 New Raw Energy.

    2. What health can we expect therefore, from  iced fish, long-stored grains such as rice and corn, foods such as bread, noddles, margarine or butter and  cube sugar, not to mention fried plantain, burns and meat pie from white flour?

    3. To build radiant health or emerge from any disease condition, we should eat more of those foods with vibrant life force. 

    Bill  Gates

    He is neither the President nor Government Business Leader in any country, but, arguably, he holds the destiny  of humankind in his palms.  I do not wish  to believe all the negative stories I hear or read about him, many of which are sticking like  mud  on the  wall. Nevertheless, he appears worst than   those  fellows who chemicalised food and water, making us all live today in an ocean of toxins. He gives us genetically modified seedlings to give us more and cheaper food to eat. The  result  is that he has  sentenced humankind into  life of disease and short earth-life spans which must be making attainment of the purpose of existence difficult or impossible. Some people say that, inadvertently, he works against The Will of God as a servant  of Lucifer, The Fighter Against  God.

    From the computer world, he has moved into the world’s of vaccines and Genetic Modified Organisms( GMOs), through which all kinds of food are re-designed from the way God, through the forces of Nature, gave them to humankind. Bill Gates’ GMO business, which he is gradually selling to Nigeria, is a version of the human slave trade which was abolished in the 19th Century, 200 years ago. Although the form of the trade is dead, its content is resurrecting in newer forms. The wild rush of young Africans to Europe, the United States and Canada is seen as the second slavery. The  third Slavery is what  Bill Gates is bringing with GMO Foods. Soon after,The Fourth Slavery will come through GMO foods which reduces fertility and depopulates. The Fifth Slavery may witness monumental health troubles from GMO foods and cause too much devotion to physical survival with little or no time for the purpose of existence.

    In GMO foods,the genetic structure of the seedling is re-structred to make it more productive and  grow  much bigger. Thus, it may be possible to have tomatoes which are as big as coconut or a chicken as big or bigger than a turkey. What is done with GMO foods and animals is that the radiations in them which nature develops and combines in certain  ratios over a span of time and under certain natural conditions have been altered or deconstructed. Obviously, structure produces funtions. So, man-made unnatural structures cannot produce the same funtions in the human body that nature-made natural structures are meant to perform. Since man cannot be superior to God who created him, we cannot expect the human body to remain what God intended it to be or to perform the function for which it was produced. This function is housing on earth for the Human Spirit in the course of its experiencing here. Through the radiation of the blood, the spirit controls the body. Thus, if GMO foods, like foods with  weakened life forces, produce weak blood radiation, only weak entities would be able to function in the body through such devitalised blood radiation. This is one of the secrets of BI-POLAR mental health which many persons, including some psychiatrists, mistake for insanity.  In BI- POLAR mental cases, an earth-bound soul has merely, through the blood radiation  taken over a portion of the brain, not all of it, because, were this to happen, the original inhabiting soul or owner of the physical body, would be crowded out and would depart from the body. Once the blood radiation can be improved upon, Bi-polarism disappears.

    The Third Slavery goes beyond this. In it, Bill Gates  are distributing GMO seedlings to Nigerian farmers. Akwa Ibom farmers are rejoicing over GMO cassava they call Give me Chance or Help Me Train My Chiid. Give Me Chance derives its name from growing so big in the soil that it displaces everything else. In the market, GMO or Give Me Chance yam fetches more money, for which reason it is called Help Me Train My Child because its makes school fees easier to pay.  It would not be  laughing matter in the next farming season. The seedlings of this yam does not reproduce itself like the natural seedling. With their natural seedlings gone, the Akwa Ibom farmers would approach-Bill Gates to buy Give Me Chance seedlings. When this happens with many crops, a country like Nigeria will depend on Bill Gates for foods. This would be food slavery. He will sell seedlings at exhorbitant prices. What can we do after we have  sold our God-given food crops for a pot of pottenge?

    The nation’s troubles would just be starting. GMO food genetic structure will not support the human genetic structure and  radiations needed to support its union with the soul or spirit of man. Can the engine of a Volkswagen or Beetle 1500cc power an aeroplane? The health of the body will ebb, longevity will decline as diseases become more ravaging and death would become two for a Kobo as we say in Nigeria.

    It is possible Bill Gates do not know this is where matters are heading. He may only be seeking to make more money, or helps his race  maintain its colonial hold on other countries with an old content in a new wine bottle. I  believe that  humankind will survive Bill Gates. Have they not survived the purveyors of chemicals in foods, air and water, even if at a colossal price?

    Radiation, health, Bill Gates and diseases

    Since my teenage age, about 60 years ago, I have hated to share clothes, shoes, towels, bath soap and other personal effects.  I did  not really know why, until about 1977 when I began to learn  about RADIATION, especially radiation of the human blood. Even then, all I knew about RIADATION was that  EVERYTHING radiated and was RADIATION covered on the outside by dense or coarse cross matter to make  it  tangible to physical life. In other words, my body is a coarse covering for my essence which  is not physical. So is yours or of the dog or goat you see in the street every day.  I became more aware of what radiation could be about when I reared rabbits, pigs and native chickens in the 1990s.

    Rabbits

     I farmed my rabbits in galvanised iron cages in the  backyard of my  residence in Lagos. The floor of the cage was made  to let urine and poop to  easily  drop to the earth below. Sometimes,  tiny baby rabbits do drop as well from the side mesh.  This  may offer the inexperienced rabbit farmer  his or her first lesson in  INTRODUCTION TO RADIATION. If the uninitiated farmer stupidly picks the fallen babies rabbits with bare hand and returns them to the safety of the cage,he or she is likely to find them dead soon after for the mother rabbit would reject them. Why does it do this? Something from the hand of the farmer who picked  these rabbits babies and put them into the cage had rubbed on them, coated or enveloped them. The mother rabbit detected this through whatever faculty. What it detected is HUMAN RADIATION!

    Human radiation, like plant or animal radiation, is an interesting subject, like the radiation of precious stones which are making the waves today as QUANTUM ENERGY in all sorts of gadgets to promote human health  in health or states of disease.

    Pigs

    On the pig farms of that decade, I, also, encountered RADIATION experience. The pig farmer itches to make money from this animal which proliferates like the rabbit. A female pig, known as a sow, may produce a litter of about 8 or 10  piglets or more.  It is allowed about three months to wean them off breast milk before it is prepared for mating by a boar, the male pig. The mating and the next round of birth takes about three months, three weeks and three days. The due date is written on the wall of the pen to enable the pig farmer to remember when to generously load food for the pregnant sow. If the piglets drop and the sow is hungry, this could  be a financial disaster for the farmer, for the hungry pig mother  could eat all of its young ones especially if they came  in the night when no  one was around.  That is not where we are heading. Where we are going is  that,if  one sow produces only two or three piglets, which the farmer may consider a waste of his time, energy, feed cost e.tc, and the farmer wishes to quickly return the “unproductive” animal for mating, how would the piglets be looked after if they are not sent to a foster pig mother? A frustrated  farmer would put these piglets among the piglets of a productive  pig mother whose piglets are close in age and size. The foster pig mother would not  complain if the farmer can deceive it. If  the farmer stupidly picks the piglets with bare hands,the foster piglet mother may not complain as yet. To breast feed  its piglets periodically when they grumble for breast milk, the mother pig lays on one side of its body to expose two long rows of breasts which may number about 10 or more, depending on breed and genetic. All the piglets would rush all over it,jostling and  pushing, some greedily abandoning reproductive breast for another from which they push away the weaker piglet. Soon, the amazing happens. When the mother pig feels the mouth or suck of a piglet not its own,it rises, pushes away the alien piglets and, if they would not stand away, bites or kills them! It has smelled, like the mother  rabbits, human hand on them! Wise farmers do one or two things to deceive the foster pig mother. They rub their hands on the body of the mother pig for some minutes as if they are caressing  it. Then, with  the bare hands, they do the same  for the alien pigs. Another method  is to wear a cellophane  hand gloves and caress both mother and piglet before the transfer. When this is done,  the foster  mother nursed  the “foreign” pig to term!

    Again, this is evidence that the human body produces something many of us are not much aware of but which, nevertheless, is crucial for our existence and health.

    Chicken

    When two hens are foraging with their young ones in a limited space, the tendency exists for the young ones to mix  up. However, when the hens separate, each one can tell which  strayed  into the ranks of its own. These ones are often picked until they leave the fold.

    The cat

    I cannot forget my experience with a mother cat. It had its kittens one night near the entrance door of my house. I was careful to not disturb it and the kittens. My gardener was too excited when he saw the kittens without their mother. He took them away for nursing and sell whenever they grow up. I warned him to return them lest the mother cat get offended and violent.  He did. When the mother cat return, it walked away from the kitten. It must have smelled the hands of my gardener on them!

    Stale house

    Permit me to offer one more example before I proceed. If you leave in a big house of many rooms, some of which you rarely visit, you are likely to find them to be stale or deteriorated. This is because they need something from human presence to keep fresh. That stuff is RADIATION. That is what the cat, like the dog, comes to you for when it lurks around you or sit in your couch. That was what the Bible reports that the woman with the issue of blood tapped from the garmet of the Lord  Jesus, to heal her bleeding of several years which could be bleeding uterine fibroids or endometriosis! Please, permit again that I  digress a little once more, for this is an interesting subject, and I am remembering many things. Snail farmers do not touch snails’ eggs with bare hands, otherwise they may not hatch. Rather, spoons are  used to scoop them from one point to another. Have we wondered why some plants cultivated together do not thrive, or one does  but the  other is stunted, and those not antagonistic of each other jubilantly grow luxuriantly? What about the placenta of a new born human baby? Why do parents of old hide them to  bury in the earth when no one else can find them? In city hospital today, placenta is mingled and  deposed anyhow. Yet this is a bundle of radiation to which every newborn is linked for sometime!  In the Europe of old, a plant was grown on the site where a baby’s placenta was buried. If as an adult the child was out of town, the performance of this plant was said to inform his or her parent about his or her well being. In Africa, the placenta may be an object of diabolical practice to harm its owner since they are connected by waves of radiation through which negative energy may flow either and tither. The use of human parts for rituals is also tied to the manipulation of human radiation. Nor can we separate human radiation from the practice of using the bath water of corpses for whatever purposes public mortuary attendants sell it for. In polygamous homes, there are stories of wives or other persons taking the personal effects of their “enemies”  to traditional medicine men. A few years ago, dust bins scavengers hunted used menstrual pads for diabolical ends.

    Used clothes

    As I stated earlier, I disliked exchanging clothes and other personal effects with anyone since my teenage years. Let, I learned this must have come  from a knowledge of its possible detrimental effect acquired long,long ago. As the encounter of the woman with the issue of blood with the lord Jesus made us to realise, human radiation suffuses our clothes and link us with them, even when we put them aside, though for a limited time. This is why I advised that imported used clothes should not be worn by persons who love themselves, and should not be bought  for children. We do not know what diseases  their owners  suffered from or are still suffering from, and  which negative karmaic misfortunes are governing their existence.

    Across The RADIATION BRIDGE from the owners of these clothes, all sorts of energy can be transported to the new owners until, over time,the bridge break down.

    Kissing

    In the same manner that clothes may transfer hostile radiation and misfortune(s), kissing may also be inimical, especially as it is involves the exchange of body fluids infused with PERSONAL RADIATION. For the same reason, men who sexually jump on just about any woman and women who do likewise may be imperilled because an exchange  of radiations is involved in the act. If the radiations are not homogeneous and  complementary, one may suck up the other, antagonise or annihilate it, causing illness,social and economic mishaps, among other negative harvests.

    I gave kissing a second thought about the age of 26 after an experience with one  woman. Whenever the subject came up and we young ones  berated the frozen look  of my maternal grand mother as belonging to an uncivilised generation, I knew within me that she was right. Ordinary, the mouth was supposed to be warm and a deep kiss exciting, relaxing, erotic and all of that. On the day in  question, I encountered a cold, bitter mouth. I couldn’t tolerate the saliva, but I forced it down to not embarrass her. There were eruptions of disagreement in my stomach and gut. I pretended a trip to the loo to ease my bladder. I rise  my mouth and even gargled, but it was too late. Literally speaking, I had swallowed her and she had swallowed me.  When she was gone,I gulped two glasses of Andrews Liver Salt solution to clean up. If this could help, I did not  know. Early this week, I asked Artificial intelligence (AI) about the human mouth genome, that is the population of different germs therein , all vibrating and radiating against one another.

    Origin of radiation

    If the Lord Jesus Radiated through His  Garment and later transfigured in Gethsemane,the origin of Radiation must be God. He is THE LIGHT of the worlds.  Light radiates. Actually, everything which exists were contained in the Radiations of God. We the human species, were Sparks of light  in His Radiations. Sparks from firewood fire  soon die out. We were mantained and brought to the earth to develop our Sparks into living flames of human spirit specie for  which He  created the worlds of the human spirits, PARADISE.

    In our downward journey, we were wrapped in different materials, each one corresponding to every world or realm of existence we journeyed through. On earth, we took on the covering of the earth, gross matter. With this covering,we became  EARTH-MEN. When we drop the earth body upon its death, we the  human spirits, together with the other coverings, are known as  HUMAN SOULS. When we drop the last of all of the other coverings and enter Paradise as spirit flames, vibrating and radiating at the highest volatages for our species, we are known as HUMAN SPIRITS and Paradise as the spiritual Realms or spiritual worlds.

    A departing human soul, vibrating and radiating, is not a GHOST, as is often  assumed. What people call a GHOST is an  intermediate covering  between the earth covering and the next gradation of material  covering. Some person call it THE ASTRAL BODY. As the SOUL moved away from the discarded earth-body, it drags out  along  for a while the ASTRAL BODY. This body was the body on which the blue-print of the Soul body was made for the earth-body to grow  after as a look-alike. This is the body which is often impacted in dreams and reflects its damage later on the earth body through a process of Radiation. Without the soul, the Ghost body has no life. It soon fall apart and disintegrates.

    Human radiation

    As started, the Human Spiritual species  originates from the Light Sparks in the radiation of God. They are not God, bear no content of Him except that they are Sparks from  out of His Radiation. Coming from the Radiation, they, too, radiate. In fact, everything radiates. ..tress, rivers, the earth, plants, the sun and the stars, animals, Nature beings, elemental beings e.t.c. Before the spiritual species became Earth- men, a species of Animistic beings developed the lifeless Void at God’s command into  life-supporting realms. These beings glowed (Radiated) through the material overings,animated them and moulded them into forms, such as planets, solar systems, galaxies e.t.c. The glowing through an animation made them all come alive. Coming from worlds higher than these Animistic forces and imbued with more power, the human spiritual species as well glowed through these material forms which embodied them.

    Thus, the radiation of the body of the earth-men, that is you and I, encompasses the glowing through each of its cloaks. The radiation of each cloak glowed through is transformed and radiated to the radiation combination or product of which is similarly transformed. The final covering, the earth body, animated by the animistic forces, also radiates is existence into the universe as its own peculiar signature tune. It maintains its radiations through the  ingestion of the right kids of foods and drinks and by absorbing cosmic and other radiations. It  blends them  into one harmonious whole from which the blood is composed . The blood, in turn, produces the radiation which offers the in-dwelling human spirit, that is, you and I, a bridge across which its manifest in the physical world. The blood radiation changes with every change in the blood composition which, in turn, causes changes in the temperament. If its radiation is too low or poor, the spirit cannot work with it or in it and the body just fall away in death for the spirit or the soul to go its way. Sometimes, the blood radiation is so poor that it permits earth-bound soul to enter the body through it, push the owner-soul aside and take over some parts of the brain in a disease type called POSSESSION and also  manifest as BI-POLAR (Split personality) mental disorder. This is not lunacy or madness as many persons, including  even  unknowing psychiatrists imagine, and is easily curable with restoration of the blood radiation to normal.     Can Dangote, Otedola and Emelu defeat malaria for Nigeria?

    Last month, the Federal Government literally drafted some Nigeria’s financial top notchers into the country’s war on malaria which kills between 150,000- 200,000 persons every year, according to the World Health Organisation. Many of the victims are children under the age of five years and pregnant women.

    Adult men and women, too, give way.These cases may not include those of leukemia, some of which are said to be caused by many damaging hits on red blood cells by Plasmodium Falciparum, the malaria parasite. Nigeria’s malaria sky line is frightening to doctors and lay persons alike, but offer interesting challenges to the business community. Nigeria’s 2024 population estimated by the United Nation(UN) at 213 million or 2.6 per cent of the world population of 8 billion persons account for about 25 per cent global malaria cases.

    For several decades, this has made Nigeria a “beautiful bride” of the world malaria market which drains between 120 million- 180 million USD every year from the national budget. The money is spent on such things as mosquito nets loans and foreign pharmaceutical medicines, the raw materials of which abundantly grow in Nigeria. What Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola and Tony Elumelu have been brought into a Nigerian malaria community to do is still unclear. Is it to help the government find more money to pump into the war on malaria? Is it to use their business acumen to block leakages in the malaria budget? Is it to reduce reliance on foreign pharmaceutical drugs by encouraging their production in Nigeria? Is it to stimulate local plantation, cultivation of the raw materials, which abundantly grow here and , thereby, kick start a huge Nigerian plants medicine industry which would conserve foreign exchange, create jobs, improve the government’s personal and company income tax returns and encourage us all to drink anti-malaria herbal teas every day so we do not come down with malaria? How well will this venture affect Nigerian traditional medicine ( NTM).

    Artemisia. I asked the question about NTM for about four main reasons 1.For centuries, our forbears lived with Female anopheles mosquito, which sucks blood to mature its eggs and, in the process, injects its saliva with the malaria-causing plasmodium Falciparum parasite into the blood stream.There must have been plants medicines which help our forbears to survive antics of plasmodium Falciparum. Those plant medicines are still growing abundantly in Nigeria today, almost, completely forgotten by the Western trained medical practitioner or unknown to him or her. Yet these plants medicines have been well researched abroad and home, and found to be as affective against malaria fever as they have been for centuries.The question arise. 1.

    I believe Nigeria’s malaria policy makers are ignoring them because of the money they can make for themselves from foreign pharmaceutical drugs, mosquito nets and vaccines into which I suspect they are pushing Dangote, Otedola and Elumelu.This civil servants are smart aleces. They have hooded their intentions and direction by bringing together on their tray three iconic Nigerian business men and money bags from three of the major Nigerian nationality. 2. I suspect the Nigerian malaria policy makers wish to fester their nest by not factoring into their plants Nigerian traditional medicine ( NTM) ways and means of challenging and defeating malaria. One clear indicator of it is the ant -malaria plant called ARTEMISIA. According to google, Artemisia grows very well in Plateau, Kaduna, Adamawa, Taraba and Niger states among other states. Folklore medicines in these states used Artemisia as a whole plant for malaria treament alone or in combination with other whole plant medicine such as Dongoyaro, bitter leaf, phyllantus ( chanca piedra, pawpaw leaf, awopa bark, karella, balsam pear. etc.).

    The Chinese,too, were using Artemisia for malaria. By 1980, they extracted from it an active ingredient named ARTEMISININ which they introduce to Nigeria. The Nigerian health industry swallowed it line, hook and sinkers till this day. According to google, several countries export Artemisinin to Nigeria and struggle for pelatable shares in the juicy market.say goggles: “Nigeria imports Artemisinin-based Combination Therapy (ACT) malaria medicines from various countries. Here’s a breakdown of the top exporters and estimated prices: *Top Exporters to Nigeria (2020):* 1. China: 43.6percent market share 2. India: 31.4percent 3. Kenya: 12.5per cent 4. Ghana: 6.2 per cent. 5. United Kingdom: 4.3 per cent”. 3. The third plank of this column is the worrisome discoveries that Plasmodium Falciparum is mutating and developing resistance to Artemisinin. This is not surprising to naturalists although shocking to intellectuals.

     By intellectuals, I do not mean academics,who are often referred to as intellectuals, because some academics are not intellectuals but naturalists. By intellectuals,I mean persons who rely only on their intellect on whatever they do, not realising that the intellect is a mere perishable product of the perishable brain, whereas all that is natural, that is from nature and the uncompromise human spirit, is imperishable. Artemisinin, as an isolated chemical from the several chemical substances of ARTEMISIA, is an intellectual work. What the intellectual who isolates other plant chemicals for medicine do not realise is that everything which exists and we can see is radiation in its coarsest form. What we observe as external forms are mere coarse husks. The living essence is radiation which is intangible to human vision.

     Thus,in a medicinal plant, there are many radiations  which Mother Nature meticulously blended over a period of time and under special circumstances to work together without creating harm for themselves or in their consumers. When this holistic harmony is disturbed through isolation, the unnatural radiations thus produced may attack or even disintegrate one another in the drug that they have now become and in the bodies of the users. Moreover, as Mother Nature did not form these isolates to fight any germ or parasite, the latter are able to resist them through ADAPTATION or MUTATION of their systems. Nothing which is living wishes to die but to keep living and this they do in hostile environment. On the other side of the coin, they cannot escape annihilation from the plant medicines Mother Nature gave to man for protection against them. Nothing which exists is without defence when it is attacked. These are some of the lessons Dangote, Otedola and Elumelu must arm themselves with when they begin whichever work the government has given them to do in the WAR ON MALARIA. My suggestion is that they tread the route of Mother Nature. In the pursuit of my passion in Alternative Medicine, I have worked with several effective whole medicinal plants some of which have scientific validation and about which I would soon speak.

    Meanwhile,here is some evidence that Plasmodium Falciparum is resisting Artemisia and that this may cause more unnecessary deaths in Nigeria.     A MONEY LOT is the image their names conjure when you see or hear of them on a private or public bill, Aliko Dangote, the Nigerian business octopus, who owns one of the world’s biggest crude petroleum oil refinery on earth, has just yielded first place as Africa’s riches man to South Africa’s Johann Rupert whose net worth is $14.1 billion. Dangote may soon over take him through his petroleum break through in Nigeria. Dangote has just released 50 million litres of refined petroleum into the Nigerian market. I imagine that his profit per litre would be about 100 Naira or #50,000,000,000 ( 50 billion Naira) or 31 billion dollars in one month. Google estimate Femi Otedola net worth at about $1.2 billion, Tony Elumelu at between. $1.4billion to $1.98 billion.

    They can eliminate malaria cases and reduce malaria deaths if they help Nigeria to stage an Alternative Medicine revolution which uses Nigeria’s indigenous anti-malaria plant medicines to fight malaria. I am 74 and have not had malaria attack in more than 40 years that I have been taking these herbs as tea or salad. I am genotype AS, no doubt. Genotype AA members of my family are also malaria-proof. When I lived in Ikeja, I grew more than 100 herds of lemon grass in my house from which my wife made breakfast tea for us all and made gifts to our friends and neighbours. Malaria in one year kills more Nigerians than COVID-19 killed in four years, and does not receive as much public attention as COVID, Cholera or M- POX. So, all we hear always are the yearly WORLD MALARIA DAY or WEEK or trending upcoming vaccines and the importation of mosquito nets to be distributed free but which ends up in the retail markets. It is possible Dangote, Otedola and Elumelu have been recruited into the anti-malaria Army to raise more money,lots of it,for this unending war. UNENDING WAR. If Nigeria’s war against malaria appears unending and her citizens are dying needlessly, it is probably because the government’s army is using the wrong methods and weapons. I come from the appreach of Mother Nature that NEITHER DRUGS NOR INJECTIONS BUT THE RIGHT KINDS OF FOODS AND DRINKS BRING LASTING HEALTH.

    This means that, for Dangote, Otedola and Elumelu to win the malaria war, they must know of, and take actions in respect of 1. THE LAWS OF NATURE 2. MINIMISE or DOWN SCALE DRUGS AND INJECTIONS, and 3. PROMOTE THE RIGHT KINDS OF FOODS AND DRINKS. In this regard, I would invite attention to several herbs and plant medicines in our environment which are natural repellants of mosquitoes and kill plasmodium FALCIPARUM without much ado. FAMILY EXPERIENCE, I say these things not in a vacuum. No Genotype AA person in my family has been to hospital for malaria treatment in the last 25 or 30 years from mosquito bites indoor and outdoor. We may have mosquito nets on the windows of our house, but we do not sleep under mosquito nets.  In church and in the mosque, we acknowledge the Almighty Creator to be PERFECT, WISE and BENEVOLENT. Perfection means nothing was left to chance. That is also a quality of Wisdom and Benevolence. Would the Merciful Almighty Creator have placed us in a Mosquito-riven part of the earth through divine design or our karmaic returns without medicines in nature to protect our lives? What is Nature? It not the rivers, hills, mountains, oceans and seas, the soil and its varieties of vegetation but the living, tangible beings who bring them about in the Will or at THE COMMAND of THE ALMIGHTY CREATOR. Were these “forces” not once visible beings of a different nature from us who now appear non-existent to us because we no longer believe they exist? To the Nature beings close to us in the fields, farms and house gardens belong the GNOMES, NIXIES, ELVES and SALAMANDERS, for example. They are around us. They observe our radiations and, when we are sick, or need certain radiations from foods and drinks which are beyond our reach, they produce plants which we often call weeds to grow around us. Poor us! We often order the gardener to eliminate them and head for the hospital. I will not overstress point however, that winning the malaria war in Nigeria will be far more easier by returning to Mother Nature and this is what Dangote, Otedola and Elumelu should drive from their trenches.

    Therefore, they may wish to advise the government to cultivate these herbs in plantations, set up factories to produce them in commercial quantities in diverse forms( pills, powder,tinctures,oil e.t.c), and get all of us to consume them on daily, prophylactic basis,sick or no sick for radiant health.

    In the circles of women, I self-efface to avoid mistakenly pulling the trigger for a gender war. Unwomanly women or women who are on the way to  becoming distorted souls love and fight gender wars.  One woman I respect  for  been not an unapproachable, gender war monger  was Mrs  Roselyn  Oluyemi,my mother in-law now of blessed memory like her husband, Simon.  She doted over him as he did over her,pay pack and business profit handed over for their joint tasks. Whatever belong to one belong to the other.I admit that there is no perfect woman or man  and that  she had her own  short comings. Probably due in part to her was my successful courtship of her daughter, Dayo.

    In those days, I worked about 17 hours a day,from,say,  10a.m to  3a.m from Sunday to Friday. On Saturdays, I was oblivious of the body of a woman beside mine. To grandma, as we call her, that didn’t matter when her daughter expressed misgivings. She told her grandpa’s story.

    He was the National sales manager of Lipton Nigeria Limited. He worked almost round the clock and returned home largely fit for only  dinner  before he crashed out. He was the first person I knew to have a perennially warm body which was not due to low grade fever.  Such a persons probably has an  aboundance of animistic energy like children and maidens and hardly fail ill.Grandpa was never ill and passed at eighty something from the departure of his Roselyn. In some health therapies,old or sick persons are surrounded with children, virgins and even plants to jump start ebbing animistic radiations.

    Whenever grandpa crashed out at table, grandma would  loving hold his food-soiled hand  and wash it in the hand washed table bowl before she gently led him, like a sleepy baby, to his room and then retire to hers. This may sound not extra ordinary. It is, however, for a person  like me habitually seeking messages or meanings in events.

    The message or meaning for me in this romantic exercise is of grandma been a womanly woman and a gardener of human souls. I came to this recognition from  a Creation-knowledge on the face of the earth today which illuminates for the earth-man higher spheres of existence and the roles the Female species of this wonderful Creation play over there and which the earth woman is meant to reflect on our terrestial spheres. Actually, this column was meant for publication last Thursday 5 September 2024 as a widow’s mite reminder of yet another FESTIVAL OF THE PURE LILY, a Universe-wide events which is celebrated on earth from 6-8 September every year. 

    This festival reminds every believer in it of the  especial and important role which the female human species was created to perform in creation, and to encourage women to draw strength for It for the performance of their task.Very few women know today that this task is neither marriage nor child rearing. This are extra curricular activities which may even damage the main task. The main task for which woman was specially created is for her to receive, from higher spheres,education about the WILL OF GOD and to educate man about it so that together,why she is acting from above and he is burrowing into dense terrain below, they may jointly ennoble and secure the Earth and other material spheres in peaceful upbuilding in resemblance of Paradise, their home, for the peace and happiness of human kind  and all other creatures to the Honour and Glory of the Almighty Creator and Ruler over all the Worlds.

     In this regard, there is no strong gender,and there is no weak gender. Woman and man are to engage in  different activities in which neither gender is superior  or inferior to the other.  It is, therefore, not only a blunder but ruinous spiritual crime   for one gender to abolish its activity and migrate to the other in quest for so-called equality of genders. When I was contemplating the trends nowadays of the average Nigerian woman seeking to abandon womanhood and become like man. I received a picture of how  the motor vehicle battery powers the motor vehicle engine.  The battery is the passive or negative working  store house of power for the engine.

     The engine is the active or positive work horse which drives the vehicle around when the battery powers it. To send electrical energy into the motor vehicle engine, the battery positive pole is connected to a positive terminal from the motor vehicle engine. Likewise, the battery’s negative pole is connected to a negative terminal. In creation, MAN performs rough or dense ACTIVITY  in the dense material world, like the motor vehicle engine.  WOMAN performs passive or negative activity of receiving power  and illumination of the purpose of existence from a higher Order and, like a store house of power, stands behind MAN, not beside or Infront,to mediate it to him.

    I asked an electrical expert what could happen if a negative terminal from the motore vehicle engine is connected to the positive battery terminal or negative battery terminal is connected to the positive engine terminal. It told me:

    “If the ignition switch and the negative terminal of the battery are connected with the positive cable of the engine, it can cause a short circuit. This can lead to:

    •Damage to the starter motor and ignition system

    • Overheating and potential fire hazard

    • Blowout of fuses or circuit breakers

    • Damage to the battery and electrical system

    • Potential for injury or electrical shock

    When the positive cable is connected to the negative terminal, it creates a direct path for the electrical current to flow, bypassing the normal circuitry and safety features. This can cause a surge of power that can damage the engine’s electrical components”.

    By abandoning her activity and taking on the ACTIVITY of man, woman is disrupting or damaging the  STRUCTURE and RHYTHM  of CREATION. In Creation, there is only One God, one POWER and one LAW for all species, animate and  in-animate!. Here are a few ways in which she is disruptive without realising it.

    To be WOMAN and not MAN, the Creator designed her to have a substance from a sphere of existence higher than her orgin. Man does not  possess the special substance. The special substance loosens her body, makes it more supple and more delicate than man’s, so that she can be more psychically sensitive and responsive through more delicates intuitive perceptions to radiations or influences beyond her origin. She needs this nature to be able to beome, as God wanted her, The guardian of the flame of longing for God among human kind.

    When woman abandons her territory or activity and pursues that of man, which is rougher, the  SPECIAL SUBSTANCE will withdraw from her. This withdrawal is a major cause of Infertility, Gynaecological problems, difficult pregnancy, barrenness, premature births, mentral challenges, reproductive system problems etc.

    Withdrawal of the SPECIAL SUBSTANCE may be incomplete as yet in some transforming women and still permit possiblity of pregnancy. However, it does not prevent distortion of the soul which is part female and part male. In this case, the souls which would incarnate in the bodies growing in her womb would be homogenous distorted souls i.e males souls in female bodies or female souls in male bodies.  They exhibit easily observable physical characteristics.  They do not easily understand their environment, are easily disagreeable persons,restless and troublesome and useless entities like the women who bear them, in respect or the expectations of Creation from their existence.

    Sobber reflection may permit visions of  higher spheres and of those wonderous female Beings Who, serving at their duty post as “gardeners” of unconscious human souls gently bore us down step by step from one higher realm to the next lower step untill, finally, we arrive at that sphere, still far away from the earth, where we became conscious of existence enough to evolve into the human form.  Many they are. Wonderous is their beauty. Pure and sublime are they. Without them, we never could have come to this earth, which is the right soil for our immature souls to be planted like a seed in the earth. The earth woman is to look up to them for guidance and strengthening in the discharge of their duties in this wonderful Creation which demands that  each one solidly stand at her duty post as a  GUARDIAN OF THE FLAME OF LONGING BY HUMANITY FOR PARADISE. This means every woman must constantly link up with the human spiritual origin, Paradise, constantly draw values from there which are to be foundations of a Paradise- like- life on earth and, in addition, they are to bring the human specie back home to Paradise after their task on earth is done.

      In this regard, I wore a heavy heart the day I learned that, should earth woman fail in her tasks to help to ennoble earth, she may fail in the attendance duty to take humanity back home. The reason was clear: all of us enjoying our existence today on earth and in other perishable spheres of existence in the Universe may be lost if earth woman is lost, unless, of course, we guide our spiritual loins,strenuously excercise our free will and, through Grace, receive the strengthening to self propel ourselves homeward without the gardeners and the bridge on which we will journey  from here to there. Imagine that you have to cross the ocean which separate two continents and you have no ocean linner, no aircraft and a bridge on which you may make the ardour journey on foot has been broken, damaged or lost.

    This was the game plan of Lucifer against human kind when He diverted the attention of Earth WOMAN from her task  to MARRIAGE, CHILD BEARING and MOTHER- LOVE as the principal purpose of human existence. This is not saying that marriage is not desirable, especially where it supports fulfilment of the purposes of earthly existence, which is not procreation. The Lord Jesus told us no one get married in Heaven. The aforestated  Creation-work, which answers all unsettled questions of human  existence, in all the spheres,tell us it is only on Earth that human bodies developed reproductive organs. It illuminate for us the existence  and activities of female figures in other realms.  The book of revelations in Chapter 12 tell us about Elizabeth, the Primordial Mother or QUEEN OF HEAVEN. She does not belong to our world, but, nevertheless, strengthens a myriad of females Whose activities are important for our spiritual well being and salvation. Among them are Joanna, Cella and Josepher. Innumerable number of maidens  work with them in diverse activities.  They send their Radiations below to MARIA ( not the mother of Jesus), in isles of roses , Irmingard, in the isles of pure Lily, Which  anchors the Purity and Justice of the Almighty Creator in that part of the world and radiates them down to human kind.  Swanhild, in the isles of Swan maidens below , blend radiations of the Isles of Roses( love of God) and those of the Pure Lily and send them downward to human kind whose female representative in the material world  are to absorb and pass them on. It is so that woman on earth would be able do this that the FESTIVAL OF THE PURE LILY was observed on earth  from 6_8 September 2024.

    Knowledge of the existence and  SPECIES of the FEMALE activities of different spheres of existence Above our own regions in lower realms of Paradise do filter to us whenever we are between there and the Earth. Some of their activities include nurturing us as faithful  Gardeners in their luminous gardens, as we lay still,unconscious, as human spirit seed germs. As our levels of consciousness grew, they passed  us on to other female Beings who continued tending and caring,that is the “ gardening” until, finally, on earth, we found ourselves in the womb of our mothers. . Even on here, the duties of these faithful female figures towards us are not ended…they are to guide us back home to our own realms in Paradise if we did not become lost on the way.

    So that we are not lost on the way like immature seeds and fruits prematurely blown off the mother tree by great storms, WOMAN on Earth is invested with a sacred duty and great abilities. If the Earth-WOMAN stood aright, she would have so strengthened  her offspring right in the womb with healthy radiations  that they would partake of nothing outside THE WILL OF GOD.

    For this purpose, women in higher spheres incline towards Earth-WOMAN for Anchoraged of THE WILL OF GOD, which they are to transmit to MAN,whose coarser forms does not permit that  he readily receive such  correspondence  as WOMAN whose delicate intuitive nature is specially created for this purpose.  If this Creation-PLAN works well, Earth-WOMAN would become a GATE-WAY for the RESURRECTION of human spirit souls sown in the material spheres on their homeward  journey to Paradise. If the plan became hampered, many souls may be lost. Earth-WOMAN is hampering the plan by trying to become man.

    The examples are numerous and makes WOMAN a DISTORTED SOUL who is neither MAN nor WOMAN and therefore useless in CREATION… women paratroopers jumping down from airborne combact aircraft, women footballers, Wrestlers and Boxers, women in politic and public life e.tc . The Genuine man easily recognises the genuine woman, respect her and despises the woman who cannot earn his respect.  I had an uncle who often had unkind words for women  I was sure to remember whenever a subject like THE PURE LILY, GARDNER and the DAMAGE BRIDGE came up.  He was blessed with one son and five daughters.  Whenever I went to visit  him and he wished to discuss women with me, he would meticulously look  over his shoulders to ensure that no woman was within ear shot and , feeling secure, would whisper…”WOMEN ARE DEVILS!” This would ignite an always unending debate about women and other touchy questions. He loved debate and was quick with Bible verses to defend his positions. Regarding either “women are devils”,the Bible offered him many examples…1. Eve misled Adam,2. Rebecca deceived Isaac to bless Jacob in the place of his beloved Esau 3. Basheba seduced king David and got the life of her faithful husband wasted

    4. Delilah revealed the secret of Samson’s psychic powers and got his life terminated, 5.Salome got John the Baptist  beheaded, 6. King Ahab’s wife, Jezebel, appropriated peasant Naboth’s luxuriant vineyard for her greedy husband after she got him murdered.. 

    I would let my uncle exhaust himself before I took the rudder from him. He was a Catholic, so I would ask him what  he thought of MARY OF MAGDALA( Magdalene),MARY and MATHA and MARY THE MOTHER OF JESUS and Claudia Procula, the wife of Pontus Pilate, who warned her husband to not execute Jesus.

    Silence would fall for some time. I was ever so sure  he would confuse  MARY THE MOTHER OF JESUS with THE QUEEN OF HEAVEN, ELIZABETH, whose image, of a woman holding a child is presented  in THE BOOK OF REVELATION Chapter 12 and has been appearing to  pure humans of our time in images radiated on objects in different countries. 

    Are we saying these women are “devil’s”? Nevertheless, my faith gives me more comprehensive view of  womanhood in higher spheres of existence and the invaluable roles of female Beings over there which make the coming into being on earth of  man, sustains and further it. On a more serious note, I always ended conversations of this nature  with my uncle saying  it was only on earth that it was possible for womanhood to become turn-coats or the devil’s he saw them as having become.

       What we call devil is none other than Lucifer,the Dark, fallen Arch Angel who seek to disturb Order of God Almighty established in His  wonderful Creation to give all His creatures, tranquility, peace, Happiness and joy. The Creation of man and woman  as counter balancing forces is one  of the necessities for that orderliness.  Thus, any-one who seeks to, or actually disturb that  order may be seen in the light  my uncle saw many, if not all, earth women.

    The 2024 World Women Day was not much different,  from those of other years.  In the guise of seeking  equality with men,many women still sought, indirectly, to be men. No one still seemed to be asking the following questions, and perhaps more

    • Is God Wise?

    •Is mankind  as wise as Him?

    •Is there a reason He created man and woman in different forms and Sharpes?

    •If both genders are to not  perform different Creation roles,why did He not just create man or only Women?

    •Why do we always see the genders  only in terms of biological roles, which make women pick up arms against men, and not  in terms of CREATION ROLES,although the genders, as Creatures, are fruits of CREATION?

    •Thus, what, really is WOMAN, and what is Man?
