A resident, Abubakar Suleiman, who spoke with The Nation yesterday, said lack of access to potable water in the community of over 200 people is not helping matters.
“As at Wednesday, four people have been confirmed dead in my community due to cholera outbreak. This happened because my community could not access potable water. We are using this medium to call on the government to do something before more lives will be lost. Similar outbreak occurred in Tsanawa community about a month ago, killing three people,” he said.
