Ondo State Government has begun search for 160 persons who may have come in contact with the three new confirmed COVID-19 cases.
Two of the three cases have died.
Commissioner for Health Dr. Wahab Adegbenro, who confirmed this yesterday, said the total number of confirmed cases now stood at 28 with four deaths.

Dr. Adegbenro said the figures might increase when the line-listing of contacts of the three new cases is completed.
He said indications from recent cases have shown that there was already community transmission in the state.
