If a bibliophile decides to pen down the success story of Princess Abiodun Folashade Odumosu, it would be a mixture of sweet and sour stories. Odumosu looks fierce and strong but deep inside, she is a soft angel in human form. She is a testimony that prayers, consistency, and patience are virtues anybody can employ to thrive excellently in anything they do.
Despite being a celebrated socialite of a high note, the Oke-Ijemo, Abeokuta princess does not joke with her work. A thoroughbred entrepreneur, she learned the rudiments of doing business from her late mother, a princess from Ogbomosho, Oyo State. The Sociology graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University serves as an inspiration to many, she has her hands in many sectors of the economy from Oil and gas, clearing and forwarding, real estate, consultancy, shipping, manufacturing, bureau de change, and a host of other business chains. She has conquered all the sectors she found herself in so much that she’s perceived to have the Midas touch as anything she touches turns to gold.
Today, she is one of the top players in the nation’s business firmament and her exciting journey would certainly inspire anyone who wants to succeed in the industry.
In our present-day society, most women allow fame, success and sometimes stardom turns their heads. Deviating from that norm, the pretty business tycoon recognises that only God is the unseen hand behind her success story and she submits absolutely to His will.
Last week, the billionaire businesswoman was conferred with the chieftaincy title of the Yeye Akogun of Lagos.
Although details are still sketchy, Society Rendezvous gathered that she is currently expending millions of Naira on a new investment she would be unveiling very soon. Sources further disclosed that the new Yeye Akogun of Lagos is a workaholic who owns over 12 different companies and is currently setting up another manufacturing company that will shock many. The new company will accommodate a larger workforce which will create employment. She is still keeping it a secret but before the end of the first quarter of this year, she will make it public knowledge.
