    EFCC arraigns Cubana Chief Priest Wednesday

    The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will on Wednesday arraign socialite Cubana Chief Priest for alleged naira abuse.

    The commission filed a charge against him at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi.

    Cubana Chief Priest will be arraigned before Justice Kehinde Ogundare at 9am.

    EFCC on Sunday said many celebrities are being probed for their illegal use of the nation’s currency.

    Cross-dresser Idris Okunneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, was convicted Friday following EFCC’s prosecution of him for naira abuse.

    He was jailed for six months.

    The agency hinted that many more people under investigation might be arrested and made to face the law.

    Celebrity barman, Pascal Chibuike popularly known as Cubana Chief priest has drummed support for social media activist, VeryDarkMan.

    Taking to his Instagram page, he noted how an activist has to pass through such a process because the end justifies the means.

    He noted that this is what VeryDarkMan has always wanted because he is ready to prove a point regardless.

    Hailing him, Cubana Chief Priest described him as the only man he knows who comfortably rejects money.

    He expressed hope that they would meet at the top, noting how great people have passed through such a process and become stronger.

    Throwing shades, he stated that his Pastor is the one who gives to him and not the other way around.

    He also pondered on the significant investments made by friends and well-wishers in extravagant wedding ceremonies, only to witness these unions crumble over time.

    Taking to his Instagram page, the Imo-born businessman outlined a new course of action he intends to follow when it comes to attending weddings.

    In a clear departure from his previous approach, he implied that he would no longer be a casual guest at just any wedding.
