Sharing the reason for setting up a record label, Osademe said: “I decided to set up a record label because I love music and I want to be of help to the too many talented singers in this country. It has been a long-time dream, my father made music, but he did not go far, it has been my dream to own what can help music go far (which is a record label)”.

It is a well-known fact that after artists hit stardom, they tend to abandon record labels that helped them achieve their dreams, however, Osademe responding to how the situation will be managed said:

“An artist that gets all he or she is supposed to get from the label in terms of well being and good publicity and promotions that decide to leave should face the law and do whatever the law says is needed for him or her to terminate the contract, I feel it’s all greed but there is always solution where there is law.”

The CHE boss explained that the label has an artist currently under its management noting that there is room for more as they are about to take over the industry.

Describing some of the skills CHE looks forward to while scouting and picking talented artists, Osademe said “I look at everything when signing, your look should be sellable, your character is going to be of good help since we plan on making you a public figure”.
