    Iyabo Ojo celebrates daughter’s 23rd birthday

    Controversial actress Iyabo Ojo is commemorating her daughter Priscilla Ojo’s 23rd birthday, whom she affectionately refers to as her inestimable value.

    The proud mother of two took to her social media to share a series of videos celebrating her daughter.

    In the first post, Iyabo was spotted dancing and rejoicing with her daughter.

    Captioning the post, she wrote: “It’s your day girl, we just got started… Happy Birthday, Queen @ its priscy.”

    Flooding her timeline with more photos, she wrote: “Happy birthday my jewel of inestimable value, my world, my best friend @its.priscy May you continue to grow in strength, power, success, long life, great health, prosperity, wisdom and happiness. You are the best. I am so blessed and proud to call you my daughter … it’s your day girl, so let the party begin… we are about to paint Lagos blue @itsadenimaffair. Big P is 23 yeeeppeeee.”

    Popular actress, Iyabo Ojo has penned down a note to her late colleague, Sisi Quadri.

    The Nation reported that the comic actor passed on yesterday after an undisclosed illness.  

    Taking to her Instagram page, Iyabo admitted that though she wasn’t close to him, she loved his craft as he was so funny and talented.

    She stated that she particularly appreciated his efforts for Toyin Abraham as she revealed that she wrote a movie script role for him and insisted he be cast.

    Iyabo disclosed that she told her production manager a day back to reach out to him, and unfortunately, she got the news of his demise from Toyin Abraham.

    Noting how life is short, she told him to rest in peace and prayed for his family to have the fortitude to bear the loss.

    Iyabo used the opportunity to appeal to the industry to open a health support account for actors and crew members so people can donate to colleagues who need medical support.

    She wrote: “We weren’t close, but I loved your craft and you were indeed so funny and talented, I appreciated your support for @toyin_abraham, and I wrote “The Inlaws episodes 2 & 3, and I insisted a role be written in your name, and given to you to act .. yesterday I told my production manager to get in touch with you today …… been busy all day, and boom, I got the shocking sad news from Toyin ……. life is indeed so short

    “RIP Sisi Quadir. May God grant your family the fortitude to bear their loss.

    “Can our leaders in the industry open a health support account for actors & crew members so that we can always put little tokens into it, that will come in handy when members need medical support, it can be used to support them.

    “The industry is large…. we plenty, a collective effort will go a long way just a suggestion …”.

    Actress Iyabo Ojo has slammed an internet troll for tagging her desperate towards her partner- cum- music producer, Paul Okoye.

    The mother of two shared a beautiful loved-up art piece someone had made for them.

    Captioning the post, Iyabo Ojo professed love for Paulo as she wrote, “Forever is the deal @paulo2014.”

    However, a troll claimed the actress is desperate for Paulo as the latter rarely professes love to her on social media or reciprocates her gesture.

    The troll urged Iyabo Ojo to be cautious and take her relationship with Paulo slowly.

    The troll wrote: “This woman is so desperate eh, every time forever is the deal where by this man has never said this for once. Nne biko slow down ok. Na Igbo man you are dealing with o, na man suppose dey do all these obey wey you dey do, na wa o. Forever no, eternity ni

    Unbothered by the comment of the troll thespian reemphasised her statement, adding she can go and k!ll herself.

    Iyabo Ojo doesn’t get rubbished by gistlover, says Portable

    Award-winning singer, Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable, has questioned why the controversial Instagram blogger, gistlover, hasn’t criticized notable actress Iyabo Ojo. 

    Portable addressed this on his Instagram live, expressing concern over the blogger’s involvement in his family matters. 

    He noted that gistlover has refrained from posting anything negative about the actress and asked Iyabo to share the blog’s address with him.

    He vowed to take legal action against the blog for its perceived negativity about his achievements.

    In another part of the video, he advised his wives to refrain from using social media platforms, highlighting how his family and personal life were not of interest to anyone when he was still emerging in the industry.

    In his words: “I have observed, I noticed Gistlover doesn’t post bad about Iyabo Ojo and when Gistlover posts about others, you dance. Tell Aunty Iyabo to DM me and give me the address of Gistlover.

    “If I know the address this morning, by night, the owner of the blog would be dead in prison. Pls don’t post bad about me, when you post bad about me, I use it to blow.

    “Stop posting my home, when I was still struggling, no one posted about my home. All my wives leave social media for now.”

    Controversial actress Iyabo Ojo has warned against disturbances from anyone for the next three days following the final defeat of the Super Eagles on Sunday.

    Despite her mood, she declared Nigerian goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali her hero.

    The Nation reported that the Super Eagles were unexpectedly defeated  2-1 by Ivory Coast in the African Cup of Nations final.

    Iyabo Ojo reacts to Lizzy Anjorin’s alleged theft case

    Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has responded to allegations made by her colleague, Lizzy Anjorin.

    Anjorin had previously claimed that her co-worker was responsible for the gold theft incident that she was involved in at the market.

    The Nation reported that Lizzy was accused of failing to pay for goods she purchased at a market in Lagos Island.

    Anjorin further accused Ojo of orchestrating the incident with the help of some of her supporters, citing their unfriendly relationship as a motive.

    When questioned about Anjorin’s accusations at a recent event, Ojo provided her response.

    The mother of two questioned how she could have set up her colleague when she didn’t know of her movement or made the payment transfer on her behalf.

    Iyabo Ojo said: “Did she announce to me that she was going to the market? No. Was I the one who did the transfer? No. Do I know her movement? No. So how did I set you up, baby?”

    Actress and reality TV star, Iyabo Ojo has announced her absence from the Real Housewives of Lagos forthcoming reunion. 

    Surprising fans of the show, the mother of two said her decision was backed by the wishes of loved ones, especially her children and husband. 

    Iyabo Ojo took told fans on Instagram not to expect her on the reunion despite being an active cast member of the show.

    She wrote: “After a lot of back and forth, I choose to listen to my family, loved ones, most especially my man and my children, and also the brands I work with, so I will not be attending the RHOLagos2 reunion”.

    This was right after she made a statement that she can bully someone if she doesn’t like the person, denying being a bully.

    She asserted that hardship, acute depression, insomnia and drug intake are the vices causing insecurity, irrational behavior and mental health in the society.
