    Popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has expressed gratitude to her family, friends, and the legal team for helping her with tax issues with the Lagos government

    The Yoruba actress-turned-activist had earlier cried out about the excessive taxes levied against her for over a year.

    Taking to her Instagram page, Iyabo Ojo shared the good news with her followers and thanked everyone who played a role in resolving the matter.

    She extended her appreciation to God for consistently coming through for her and ensuring a positive outcome.

    Iyabo also thanked her fans and loved ones who reached out to her, expressing her deep appreciation for their constant love and support.

    She wrote: “Appreciation post: I want to first start by saying a very big thank you to God almighty for always coming through for me.

    “Secondly, I would like to thank the LIRS boss himself Mr Ayodele Subair….. for looking into my personal income tax, adjusting it, and giving me a better payment plan, I’m so grateful, sir, also to Director Jimi Aina, I say thank you too, and God bless you.

    Linda Ikeji is a real-life bully – Iyabo Ojo blasts Laura

    Popular Nollywood actress and reality star, Iyabo Ojo has reacted to the online allegations of socialite and Real Housewives of Lagos star, Laura Ikeji, over the ‘bully’ trademark levelled against her.

    Laura Ikeji called out Iyabo Ojo for attempting to fight her with a bottle during the RHOL series.

    The Nation reported that pregnant Laura Ikeji took to social media during the season 2 finale of the famous series to blast Iyabo Ojo, alleging that Ojo persistently tries to belittle and harass her.

    Iyabo Ojo was later seen in a short clip confirming that she is indeed a bully if she is seen as one.

    She appeared to admit that she bullied Laura on the reality show and that she could decide to bully a person she doesn’t like.

    Shortly after Iyabo Ojo’s clip went viral, Laura Ikeji shared a post where she talked about being bullied.

    According to the pregnant mum-of-two, the worst thing a mother can experience is seeing their child being bullied and she knows it would crush her if it happens to any of her kids.

    Laura also added that a person can decide not to like someone and that is fine but they are not allowed to bully them.

    She said: “The worst thing that can happen to a mother is to see her child being bullied. I know it will crush me to see that happen to any of my children. It is ok NOT to like someone, It is ok to keep your distance but pls I’m begging u, it’s not ok to bully anyone. Nothing about bullying is cool. Let’s do better.”

    In a rebuttal, Iyabo has taken to her page to drag Laura together with her sister Linda Ikeji.

    According to her, Laura is playing the victim even after threatening to slap another housewife in season 1.

    According to Iyabo, Laura took off her wig and slippers and was ready to beat up her fellow housewife.

    She wrote: “Laura!!! you’re playing the victim, mogbe. abi no be the same Laura way talk say she will slap one of her fellow housewives in season 1, abi no be you almost turn Jackie Chan, comot wig and slippers say she go beat person, mama, even talk say you fit take one hand beat another person pikin please, where was this same energy and write up in season 1 …. oooo ok, you are now born again, i see,

    “Laura I put it to you that your sister is the real-life Queen of bully, I guess I learnt from her, do you know how many times my kids have read a lot of rubbish that was written about me by your sister way back even, before social media, do you know how many lives your sister has bullied in real life through her media platforms, where was this same write up and energy then, you didn’t know then that people’s children will one day grow up and read all those rubbish, dragging and insults written about their parents, do you know how many homes got destroyed through your sister.

    Reality star, Laura Ikeji has dragged actress Iyabo Ojo over their messy fight at the finale of the Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOL) Season 2.

    The influencer and fashion entrepreneur berated Iyabo Ojo for constantly getting on her nerves and trying to bully her.

    She claimed there had been an altercation between them in the previous season for which she continuously apologised because she brought up the issue repeatedly.

    According to Laura Ikeji, the respect she had from her former idol has diminished to zero and she has withdrawn every apology she made in the past.

    “Initially I didn’t understand the dislike, she explained in Dubai last year and I apologized, she brought it up again and I apologized, kept on apologizing oooo, same way the other lady apologized to her for something I didn’t even think needed an apology. We all did that because of the age gap and very much the respect we had for her. We are Africans and we are very respectful.

    “Funny thing is that I used to really like her. I communicated severally. I attended her event, stayed so late, even though I wanted to leave I didn’t want her to complain. I stayed there till after midnight but she still disliked me? Lol.

    “But all that is gone, like I said in the show I have 0 respect for you. You don’t like me, I have the utmost dislike for you and you will see that if I ever return for season 3. I will show you the crazy side of me you have been evoking.

    “I wont be pregnant, I won’t shy away from the bottle you carried at the finale. We will fight till one of us can’t fight anymore.N like I told you I have withdrawn all my apologies hun. N next time you want to fight a pregnant woman come correct, leave the noise. Peace and love,” she wrote.

    Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has said that she is ready to foot medical bills of controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo.

    Recall that the two personalities have been at loggerheads for weeks, particularly over Iyabo’s support for late singer Mohbad and his wife.

    Iyabo shared on her Instagram that she wanted to self-fund Olunloyo’s admission to a psychiatric hospital, but she’s unsure of the journalist’s whereabouts, causing hesitation.

    She asked members of the public who knew where the journalist was to contact her so she could assist her.

    She wrote: “Attention: please, as a good citizen of this great country Nigeria, and also an advocate for mental health awareness, I’m deeply worried about the level of pseudologia fantastica, mythomania, and morbid lying our dear Aunty Kem, Kem has been exhibiting over the years, it’s getting worse, before she declares that all the chickens are dogs, and that she is a witch and flies, on social media. ejor ni to ri Olorun, I’m ready to foot her medical bill in any psychiatric hospital anywhere, please anyone who knows the whereabouts of my darling, beloved Aunty Kem Kem should please inform me ASAP….. she needs urgent help, Aro or Yabaleft is seriously waiting for her too, thank you in advance.

    Popular actress, Iyabo Ojo has reacted after being called out by her colleague, Lola Alao.

    Alao noted Mercy Aigbe, Toyin Abraham and one Sharon pleaded with her privately not to call out the actress but she didn’t listen.

    She revealed how Iyabo visited her in Canada and helped advertise one of her clothes, which has led to daily orders from people across the globe.

    Appreciating her, Lola praised Iyabo for boosting her sales as she bragged about her, calling her a blessed child.

    “I brought Iyabo Ojo’s issue to you. Although Toyin, Mercy, and Sharon have begged me that I shouldn’t do it, if I don’t it wouldn’t be good because Iyabo stressed me.

    “I was in Canada when Iyabo Ojo came to promote a cloth for me. Since Iyabo advertised the clothes, I haven’t had rest of mind.

    ” People have been calling me from London, America, and Canada. They said they wanted the specific clothes that Iyabo Ojo wore. How many of you have younger sisters who would be advertising clothes for you and it would sell out? I appreciate you, I love you. I have had sleepless nights because of orders.     Reacting to it, Iyabo revealed that she was scared upon seeing the video and was questioning what she did to Lola. 

    She appreciated Lola for recognising her impact and also expressed her love for her.

    Iyabo Ojo calls out RHOL crew over alleged promotion of intentional violence

    Popular actress and reality star, Iyabo Ojo, has called out the alleged biased acts of the producers of The Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOL) of intentionally promoting violence rather than peace among casts and viewers.

    She made the accusation in an Instagram post on Friday after celebrating one of the show’s cast members, Dr. Rommel Asagwara, who was recently criticised for altercation with another cast member, Faith Morey.

    Iyabo defended Rommel, claiming that the producers edited out parts of the conversation in order to disrupt the peace. 

    She stated: “I have tried to hold my peace so that everyone can enjoy the show. but at this point, I think the production team of The Real Housewives of Lagos season 2 is taking the peace.

    Iyabo Ojo sues Lizzy Anjorin, demands N500 million

    Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has sued her colleague, Lizzy Anjorin over alleged defamation of character.

    In a recent update via her social media page, Iyabo shared a letter from her lawyers suing Lizzy for libellous publications on social media.

    Recall that Iyabo and Lizzy have been at loggerheads for a few days, where the latter indirectly took a swipe at Iyabo over Mohbad’s death.

    Lizzy Anjorin also made other allegations against the mother of two regarding dating singer Naira Marley, the actress’s daughter and lover, Paulo.

    She also claimed the mother of two is the brain behind faceless Instagram blog, Gistlover.

    In the letter issued by Iyabo’s legal team, Lizzy was ordered to issue a retraction, an apology and payment of damages in the sum of N500 million for her libellous publication against the actress online.

    Lizzy was also given 14 days to respond to the demands or face a N1 billion lawsuit.

    Sharing screenshots on her page, Iyabo wrote: “14 days is round the corner. Saga activated.”
