  • Five ‘red flags’ in a new relationship

Five ‘red flags’ in a new relationship

When starting a new relationship, there are things or actions one needs to carefully observe to know whether your partner is fully into you.

Here are five red flags to note:

    Boring conversation

It’s important to always have lively conversation. They should be your friends first in the talking stage. And the only way to achieve that can be from the frequent conversation When the conversations goes like “Hey” “How are you?” “Fine” “Have you eaten?” and you have nothing else to say. When conversations are boring, it’s a sign there is a huge lack of compatibility and commitment.

Conversation shouldn’t always be about S3x

The s3xual attraction between the two of you is important, but if that is the driving point of your interactions with each other, then you need to jump ship. If, on the first interaction, they are solely focused on having s3x with you, the most likely thing is that it’s only s3x they are interested in. Plus, introducing s3x so early might cloud your judgment; if the s3x is so good, you might ignore the other red flags.

    Describing ex as villain

Everyone else is a villain in their story. When they talk about their exes or family and friends, is everyone else wrong and they are perfect? This is a sign that they lack emotional intelligence and evade responsibility. Be on the lookout for people who talk about how good they are; this is a form of emotional manipulation. Look at how they treat others, like drivers and waiters—are they always complaining?

    Indecisive

Whenever they are indecisive. You don’t even know if they like you or not. Today they call you for hours, but you don’t hear from them for the next two days. You can tell them how you notice they are indecisive, if they don’t change but make a lot of excuses, just leave them alone

    Faking busy

Even if they spend all their day saving lives, they should never be too busy for you. This is the stage where you both want to talk and get to know each other. If they don’t talk to you often and their excuse is that they are busy, just know they are not interested. We are on our phones almost all the time, and if he or she can’t pick up the phone to call or reply to your texts, call it a quit

  • Four reasons you need to start creating content for your small business

Four reasons you need to start creating content for your small business

    By Akanimoh Asuquo

Research as of January 2020 showed that the total world population stood at 7.75 billion, smart mobile phone users are about 5.19 billion, internet users 4.54 billion, and active social media users 3.80 billion.

Statistics also show that every minute, about one million people log on to Facebook, 3.8 million searches are made on Google, 4.5 million videos are viewed on YouTube and 347 thousand users scroll on Instagram and other platforms.

Social media has become an effective tool used for modern information dissemination across the globe.

It has become a lucrative platform for creative entrepreneurs to thrive.

Brands and businesses now leverage social media platforms to double sales, promote products and services for visibility, as well as communicate with both existing and potential customers.

This is made possible through effective and consistent content creation.

Every business online uses content to showcase its products and services to both its existing and potential audiences.

It is on this background that I want to share with you four reasons you need to start creating content for your small business online in this digital age.

    1. Business awareness:  One of the reasons every business needs content creation to thrive is brand awareness – to be known to as many people as possible who are online.

The goal of every business is to double sales and be visible online and this can only be possible through content that brings your business to the eyes of people online.

The success of any business or organization is determined by its ability to project itself to the public.

People need to know what you are doing if they will ever purchase your product or ask for your services.

To create awareness about your products and services, you need to create content about them. With content creation, people will know what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how you are doing it. It will protect you in the face of over 5 billion people using the internet today which is about 63% of the world’s population.

Well-written content is the easiest way to reach more people. Traditional forms of advertising or the use of word-of-mouth advertising can’t do in 100 years what engaging and valuable content can do in 1 year. Try it out and come and share your testimony with me.

    2.  Target customer attraction: It is through consistent content creation that you attract your target customers who will later buy from you.

Everyone is not your target customer. You need to differentiate between an audience and a target audience or customer.

An audience is someone who reads your content while a target audience or customer is someone who reads your content and needs it to solve a problem in their life.

Creating good content will help you separate your audience from your target customers. Then you can concentrate your energy on building relationships with your main customers.

    3. Content nurtures your customers:

It is not enough to attract your target audience, there’s more work to be done after you’ve attracted them.

You need to feed and nurture them for a purpose. It is at this stage you develop the KLTV factor as a brand or business. KLTV stands for ‘Know, like, trust, and value.’

People don’t buy from those they don’t know or trust. They buy from people they know, like, trust, and value. Content gives you the platform to establish this with your audience.

So, as a business-minded person, you must leverage content to nourish your audience and develop a rapport with them through written content that solves their problems and answers their questions. This will enable them to know you, like you, trust you, and value you.

    4. Conversion of audience to customers:

After you’ve nurtured them with your consistent content, they now know, like, trust and value you, what follows is that they’d graduate from the mere audience to people who can confidently buy from you without fear – conversion – you will double sales.

Every business wants to make more money daily. And I am sure no business wants to do otherwise.

Now, you need to understand that before anyone will buy from you, they need to know you, like you, trust you, and value you. Once these 4 things are achieved they will buy whatever you sell to them no matter what it is. They will become your customers and even beg you for their money.

However, you must understand that sales don’t happen overnight. You don’t just start selling immediately you start creating content, it takes time and consistency.

  • Six ways to increase your visibility on social media

Six ways to increase your visibility on social media

    • By: Akanimoh Asuquo

The goal of every intentional social entrepreneur is to double sales and cash out daily.

While this is possible, it is important to know that this cannot happen by chance without deliberate action mapped by you.

Visibility is strategic and it must be well thought-out by the one who needs it.

To function effectively, sell or make profits online, being visible to a number of people in the social media community is very important. In fact, without this, your content goes nowhere.

And if your sales content is not seen by many eyes, selling becomes difficult.

Remember it is the higher the number of prospective buyers, the higher the chances of selling.

Therefore, to achieve this, your visibility is of paramount importance for maximum results.

Having a good social media presence across your desired social media platforms is an excellent approach to raising brand awareness, building a following, and sales driven conversions in the long run.

In this article, I’m going to share six ways you can increase your followers or visibility on social media.

1 Optimize Your Profile: Social media profile optimization is very important in order to reach wider and heterogeneous audiences and convert them for business in the long run.

    (a) On your profile, you have to clearly state on your ‘bio section’ what you do – the services you offer in simple and clear words. This will help whoever visits your profile to know what you do.

    (b) Good photographs on your profile picture and cover photo for a platform like Facebook have the tendency of drawing traffic to your account or page.

    (c) About Me: About me is where you tell your visitors about yourself – what you do currently, past experiences, certifications and locations. Some of us have a lot of degrees that do not have any business with what we do online. It is important to clearly add the certifications that boost you as an authority in your bio before others.

    (d) Have a pin-post: This is the first post anyone sees immediately after your profile photo, cover photo, your bio, about me. Content on your pin-post should be your name, what you do, what you’ve done in the past, and importantly, how anyone can get in contact with you.

Again, pin post could also be any content you consider important that virtually everyone will gain value from reading it. This therefore means that, once in a while, your pin post will change since one of the criteria for visibility is quality content. It means that so far you will keep dishing good content, once in a while your pin post will change.

2 Share Quality Content: By all means, please build competence in your craft. Competence will enable you to share practical and result+oriented content that people will love to read and learn from.

Social Media or brand visibility rests more on your daily content. Nobody rejects value. Once your timeline is loaded, visitors will stay.

People want to read, and learn from you. People love to learn especially something relatable, new or an old thing in a new perspective.

    1. Use Hashtags: Using hashtags on your posts on social media is a great way to grow your audience and reach. Hashtags are used primarily to categorize content and make it easier for people to find. Hashtags are to social media what keywords are to web content. It helps people to see your content.

4 Stay Consistent: This is the meat. Social media visibility needs consistency. It takes time to be visible and for people to trust your delivery. Part of the reason some people find it hard to be visible is inconsistency. Starting is not always easy, but consistency always pays. From personal experience, it is not always easy at the start. You will need to build trust through daily content distributions on your social media handles and relevant groups on a platform like Facebook, Linkedin, among others.

Please stay consistent and don’t forget to share what people want and hot what you think they need.

5 Leverage Comment Section of Big Accounts: This is one way of growing visibility rapidly. Verified accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, among others. They have the audience you need. One way to buy the minds of their audience to your timeline is leaving constructive comments on these big accounts. It’s a good strategy that helps.

Or, haven’t you seen a comment on a post that has over 15K likes and replies? That’s it.

6 Join Big Communities of Like-minds: This works more on Facebook. Join groups that share what interests you. These groups or communities have different people from different backgrounds and understanding. It’s a place you can shine by contributing meaningfully and draw members there to your home (timeline).

These are just six ways you can increase your followers or visibility on social media.

  • How to generate AI photos using your smartphone

How to generate AI photos using your smartphone

    • By Akanimoh Asuquo

The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) photographs has greeted the world with shock.

Some believe that it has reduced the cost of having to visit a physical photo studio every time to book a session with a photographer.

Photographers on the other hand maintain that AI cannot cover a wedding, birthday party, or burial, among other human interest events.

Whatever the case is, millions across the globe have keyed in to make beautiful and handsome images of themselves that help boost their personalities and general online image branding using this innovation.

While some make their AI photographs with just their smartphone or laptop with a steady Internet connection, others have continuously paid handsomely to have these beautiful photos.

In this article, I want to show you how you can make your AI photos by yourself without having to pay anyone a dime.

Read Also: Google announces ‘AI first Accelerator Program’ for African startups

However, note that it is not free as you’ll have to make certain weekly or monthly subscriptions to enable you to activate the service.

Below are the steps to making your beautiful Ai photos by yourself:

    1. Download the App: The first step to making your AI photos is to download and install the application on your phone. So, go to Play-Store or IOS store for iPhone users and download the application.

You must understand that there are different AI apps. For instance, we have Remini, among others.

So, download any of your choices. After downloading, install the application.

    2. After installing, you’ll be required to fill in what service you want the app to perform for you. The app does more than generate AI photos.

    For instance:

    (a) Do you want to use the app to blur your already existing photos?

    (b) Do you want to use it to revive your old photos taken years ago?

    (c) There’s also a question if you want to use the app to generate AI photos, among others.

Please click the option that has my (c) question – AI photos.

    3. After that is done, you’ll be required to subscribe for either weekly, monthly or unlimited.

I take that you already know what a weekly or monthly subscription means. So, let me explain only that of unlimited subscription. If you’re picking an unlimited subscription package, it means that you’ll subscribe for life. You will not be required to subscribe again.

You can use it the way you want, unlike the other two packages where you’ll be required to renew your subscription after a week or month as the case may be.

PS: Understand that you can only use your ATM Master card for the subscription. That’s the only card that’s accepted.

    4. After the subscription is done, you’ll be required to pick your gender – male or female.

    5. Once you’ve picked your gender, you’re moving closer to generating your photos. You’ll be asked to upload from your gallery, eight (8) of your already existing photos – preferably, a selfie or portrait.

The purpose of these photos is primarily to use your face in whatever style Ai wishes to give you.

    6. After that is set, you will also be asked to pick from different styles, and backgrounds, a model photo.

What a model photo means is, a photo, background or environment you’ll love your about-to-be-generated photo to look like.

Once you’ve picked that, with your Internet connection, give Ai a few minutes and your photos are set.

Download them to your gallery for use.

PS: Note that you can only generate Ai photos for six people daily. Once you’ve completed six, you’ll have to wait for the following day.

  • Five unspoken challenges faced by women with large breasts

Five unspoken challenges faced by women with large breasts

While society often associates having large breasts with beauty and femininity, the challenges faced by women with big breasts often go unnoticed and unacknowledged. Beyond the superficial stereotypes, these women often encounter physical, emotional, and social difficulties that can impact their daily lives.

This article aims to shed light on the challenges faced by women with large breasts and promote a more inclusive understanding of body diversity.

Here are 5 challenges faced by women with large breasts:

    1. Physical Discomfort:

One of the most immediate challenges experienced by women with big breasts is physical discomfort. The weight of larger breasts can lead to chronic back, shoulder, and neck pain, as well as indentation from bra straps and discomfort during physical activities. Finding well-fitting bras and clothing that accommodate their unique proportions can be a constant struggle, often resulting in limited options and higher costs.

    2. Emotional and Psychological Effects:

Women with large breasts may also face emotional and psychological challenges due to societal expectations and objectification. Constant attention, unwanted comments, or unsolicited advances can lead to feelings of self-consciousness, embarrassment, and even shame. These experiences can affect self-esteem, body image, and overall mental well-being.

    3. Limited Clothing Choices:

Finding suitable clothing that fits well and flatters the body can be a significant challenge for women with big breasts. Many mainstream fashion brands often cater to smaller sizes, making it difficult to find clothes that accommodate larger busts without compromising on style or comfort. This limitation can result in frustration, exclusion, and a feeling of being unable to fully express one’s personal style.

    4. Exercise and Physical Activities:

Engaging in physical activities, particularly high-impact exercises, can be challenging for women with large breasts. The lack of adequate support can lead to discomfort, pain, and potential long-term damage to breast tissue. This can discourage women from participating in activities they enjoy, leading to a sedentary lifestyle and potential health concerns.

    5. Misconceptions and Stereotypes:

Society often perpetuates misconceptions and stereotypes about women with big breasts. They are frequently objectified, sexualized, and reduced to their physical attributes. These prejudices can lead to discrimination, judgment, and a lack of respect for their abilities and intelligence. Women with large breasts deserve to be acknowledged for more than just their physical appearance.

    Conclusion

Understanding and addressing the challenges faced by women with large breasts is crucial for promoting body positivity and inclusivity. It is essential to debunk stereotypes, embrace
