For the last 12 years, Tolulope Onipede has given her all to the banking career while maintaining an impressive relationship with God and humans.
Her growth in the world of banking, where she holds sway at the Segun Agbaje-led Guaranty Trust Bank, is nothing short of the result of dedication and sheer hard work. From being a Brand Management and Campaign Manager to Corporate Communications Manager and now Head of the Corporate Communications arm of GTCo, Onipede has proven her worth as a needed hand in the growth, development and success of the bank.
Those close to Onipede say she does not do her things in half measure – especially when working on any project or role – such that the previous positions she has occupied were left with distinct performances.
Now, aside from working hard for the success of GTCo, Onipede’s brilliance and intelligence have been called upon by the members of the Association of Corporate and Marketing Communication Professionals in Nigerian Banks, ACAMB.

She was recently elected as one of the new Executive Committee to pilot the affairs of the association for the next two years.
To this end, Onipede would work as the second Vice President of the association in hand with First Bank’s Oze K Oze, who sits as the first Vice President and Polaris Bank’s Rasheed Bolarinwa, who is the newly elected President.
Onipede’s emergence has been described as a rising star that continues to illuminate anywhere and everywhere she goes.
Those who should know disclosed that she has begun strategising and developing plans to help take the professional association to another height alongside her team while still in full charge of her role at GTCo.
