Wike’s Incandescence Prevails Amidst Political Noise, Court Ruling Affirms Assembly Leadership

A Reply to Ikenga Ugochinyere and Deji Adebanju

    By Dr. Dauda U. Adamu

A recent political drama unfolding in Rivers State has once again proven that efficiency and brilliance prevail over sentiment-driven noise. The events surrounding Bar. Nyesom Wike, Deji Adebanju, and Ugochinere have highlighted the stark contrast between robust leadership and what can only be described as political posturing.

Ugochinere, who previously alleged wrongful imprisonment by Bar. Wike attempted to capitalize on the Rivers State situation, bringing his grievances into the fray. However, the core issue became a clear demonstration of Wike’s incandescent personality against a backdrop of what can be described as mere “noise.” The desire for perceived “freedom” by the anti-Wike detractors in Rivers State and beyond ultimately proved insufficient against Wike’s strategic and decisive approach.

The appellate court’s recent ruling has definitively affirmed the Mr. Martin Amaewhule-led Rivers State House of Assembly, effectively ending the Ugochinere narrative. This decision underscores the difference between incandescence and dimness, solidifying Wike’s position and leaving his opponents in a state of total disappointment.

Deji Adebanju’s criticism of Wike is rooted in personal disappointment after Wike declined his request to become PDP National Publicity Secretary. Adebanju’s accusations of land-grabbing and the rendering of directors redundant in the FCDA are baseless. Wike’s actions were aimed at curbing land racketeering and corruption within the FCT administration. There are reports where directors of land and legal matters were allegedly involved in illegal land allocations and collusion with land grabbers, forcing Wike to engage senior advocates of Nigeria (SANs) to reclaim misused land. Wike’s decision to engage Senior Advocates of Nigeria is what Adebanju, who has always portrayed himself as a human rights activist, refers to as rendering directors redundant. Adebanju’s narratives are not only misleading but also side with the oppressors. That is the kind of activism Nigeria now witnesses.

Nigerians should distinguish political fiction from constitutional fact. Wike has a good heart and his committed to the good of the common people, though sometimes misunderstood, are ultimately for the public good. Nigerians will continue to recognize Wike’s incandescence and support his endeavors, regardless of the “noise” from his critics.

Barister Nyensome Wike, may God bless you and keep you strong by the power of His name. I deeply admire your unwavering dedication to the common people, even when faced with manipulation and misunderstanding. Your recent victory in the Supreme Court regarding Rivers State is a testament to your integrity. Let your critics continue to have their Arise TV, you have us, the real common people.

These companies cater to different aspects of the maritime and energy industries, reinforcing Nigeria’s position as a hub for oil and gas exploration and trade. His investment in these sectors has not only contributed to Nigeria’s industrial development but has also created numerous employment opportunities for thousands of Nigerians.

Additionally, his work with Neconde Energy Limited has played a pivotal role in the exploration and development of oil and gas assets in Nigeria, reinforcing the country’s energy security. Neconde Energy Limited, an independent oil exploration and production company, has been instrumental in reviving dormant oil fields, increasing crude production, and optimizing Nigeria’s energy resources.

His strategic foresight has enabled Neconde to leverage partnerships with both local and international stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and sustainability.

While his business accomplishments are remarkable, it is Azudialu-Obiejesi’s philanthropic endeavors that set him apart as a leader committed to social impact.

Through the Obijackson Foundation, he has provided scholarships for over 200 students, ensuring that children from underserved communities receive quality education. His vision for educational empowerment extends beyond financial assistance; he actively promotes skill development and vocational training to prepare young Nigerians for the evolving job market.

His support extends to healthcare initiatives, including the establishment of the Obijackson Women and Children’s Hospital, a modern medical facility that offers treatment to those in need, regardless of financial status.

The hospital provides state-of-the-art medical services, with a focus on maternal and pediatric care, making a tangible difference in the lives of many Nigerians who previously had limited access to healthcare facilities.

Through regular health outreach programs and community-driven initiatives, Azudialu-Obiejesi continues to bridge the healthcare gap in Nigeria, ensuring that vulnerable populations receive quality medical attention.

Azudialu-Obiejesi’s dedication to philanthropy was further demonstrated during the Dennis Memorial Grammar School (DMGS) Old Boys Association Class of 1978 Reunion Gala Night, where he pledged an annual commitment of N6,060,015 for life and health insurance schemes for his classmates and their spouses.

This initiative highlights his deep-rooted values of camaraderie and community support. His generosity has gone beyond monetary contributions; he actively participates in mentorship programs, offering guidance to young professionals and entrepreneurs looking to make their mark in various industries. His personal approach to philanthropy reflects his belief that true leadership involves giving back to society and fostering an environment where others can thrive.

By ensuring that his former classmates and their families have access to healthcare and insurance, he has set a powerful example of lifelong commitment to friendships and shared responsibilities.

His contributions to education are evident in the establishment of Gonzaga Jesuit College in Okija, a school founded by him and his wife with the aim of fostering intellectual and moral excellence among young Nigerians.

The institution stands as a beacon of educational empowerment, preparing future leaders to contribute meaningfully to society. Gonzaga Jesuit College is built on a foundation of academic excellence, character development, and ethical leadership. Through a robust curriculum and state-of-the-art learning facilities, the institution equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to compete on a global scale.

The school’s emphasis on discipline and holistic education aligns with Azudialu-Obiejesi’s vision of nurturing well-rounded individuals who will play pivotal roles in Nigeria’s future. His commitment to education extends beyond his personal institutions; he continues to collaborate with government agencies and international organizations to promote policies that enhance learning opportunities for Nigerian youths.

Azudialu-Obiejesi’s approach to business is guided by principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability. He has ensured that his enterprises not only achieve commercial success but also operate with a strong sense of corporate social responsibility.

His leadership style balances ambition with empathy, setting an example for ethical entrepreneurship in Nigeria. He places a high premium on ethical business practices, advocating for policies that promote fairness, innovation, and sustainable development. His companies have been recognized for their adherence to corporate governance standards, reinforcing investor confidence and industry credibility.

As a thought leader, he has also used his platform to engage in discussions about policy reforms, economic diversification, and energy transition strategies that can drive Nigeria towards a more sustainable and resilient future.

The Businessman of the Year award from Telegraph Newspaper further solidifies his status as a visionary leader. This accolade follows his recent recognition as The Capital’s Oil and Gas Personality of the Year, reaffirming his impact on the industry and his unwavering commitment to economic growth and social development.

These accolades are not just personal triumphs; they serve as a reminder of the power of dedication, hard work, and an unyielding commitment to excellence. His journey serves as an inspiration to aspiring entrepreneurs, demonstrating that true success is measured not only by financial prosperity but also by the positive impact one has on society.

Azudialu-Obiejesi’s influence extends beyond business, as he continues to inspire through his dedication to uplifting communities and fostering sustainable development. His story is one of resilience, innovation, and benevolence, making his recognition by Telegraph Newspaper not just an individual achievement, but a celebration of leadership that drives positive change in Nigeria.

With a legacy deeply rooted in enterprise, philanthropy, and nation-building, he remains a formidable force in shaping Nigeria’s economic landscape and improving the lives of countless individuals.

As he continues to push the boundaries of what is possible, his story will remain a blueprint for those who seek to combine business success with meaningful social impact.

  • Open letter to Nigerian billionaires

    Open letter to Nigerian billionaires

    • By Gbenga Omole

    Dear Sirs,

I write to you with deep admiration for your remarkable achievements in business, finance, and industry. You are the titans of our time, individuals who have harnessed opportunity, resilience, and ingenuity to build vast empires. Your wealth is a testament to your hard work, vision, and ability to navigate the complexities of our nation’s economic landscape. However, as history has shown, true greatness is not measured by the size of one’s bank account but by the lasting impact one leaves on society.

Across the world, the most revered names are those who have used their wealth to uplift their communities. In America, people like Rockefeller, JP Morgan, Ford and more remain alive decades after their death because of their contributions to their country. These men contributed to their countries more than politicians. They are the makers of modern America.

We have a few examples in our country. In Nigeria, we remember and celebrate great men like Chief Gabriel Igbinedion, and Adeleke—not merely for their affluence but for the enduring institutions, schools, and infrastructure they have contributed to. Their contributions to education, healthcare, and economic development continue to shape lives long after their passing. But, we need more billionaires to contribute to our country. It is clear that we cannot leave the development of our country to the political class alone. The Adenugas, the Otedolas, the Dangotes and the Rabius must help out.

You need to contribute to more than the presidential library of dictators. Now, more than ever, Nigeria stands at a crossroads. While our nation is brimming with potential, many communities remain underdeveloped, with inadequate educational institutions, poor infrastructure, and limited economic opportunities. The government alone cannot meet these challenges, but you, as private citizens of extraordinary means, have the power to change this narrative.

Our public primary and secondary schools, particularly in underserved communities, require urgent rehabilitation. Classrooms are overcrowded, facilities are dilapidated, and teachers lack the necessary resources to provide quality education. Imagine if every billionaire took it upon themselves to adopt and overhaul schools in their hometowns—Nigeria’s education system would be transformed within a decade.

Certain regions lack access to higher education. Epe, a historically rich and vibrant town, urgently needs a private university to cater to the educational needs of its people and beyond. Similarly, Ilesa, another great town, would benefit immensely from an institution of higher learning that can serve as a beacon of academic excellence. By establishing universities, you would not only educate thousands but also create employment opportunities and stimulate economic growth in these regions.

Ijebu-Igbo, a land of industrious and enterprising people, yearns for sustainable development. Good roads, modern markets, healthcare centers, and business hubs can transform it into a thriving economic hub.

Across Nigeria, many rural and semi-urban areas lack basic infrastructure, discouraging investment and slowing progress. A well-planned intervention in these areas—whether through road construction, provision of clean water, or electricity projects—would significantly uplift entire communities.

Our hospitals are overcrowded, underfunded, and ill-equipped to meet the healthcare needs of our growing population. Private investment in healthcare facilities—hospitals, diagnostic centers, and maternity clinics—could save countless lives. You have the means to build and equip world-class medical institutions in your communities, ensuring that people do not have to travel long distances to receive quality care.

Nigeria’s youth are innovative, hardworking, and eager to contribute to society, yet unemployment remains a critical challenge. Business incubators, vocational training centers, and interest-free loan schemes can help young entrepreneurs turn their ideas into thriving enterprises. If each billionaire championed entrepreneurship in their hometown by providing mentorship, funding, and skill acquisition programs, we would see a significant decline in unemployment.

The world will remember you not just for what you own, but for what you build. Your legacy should not be confined to financial success; it should be woven into the very fabric of Nigerian society—visible in the schools you establish, the hospitals you construct, and the lives you uplift.

We often celebrate the legacies of global philanthropists like Andrew Carnegie, John D. Rockefeller, and Bill Gates, who dedicated vast portions of their wealth to building libraries, universities, and healthcare systems. You have the opportunity to do the same and even more for Nigeria.

This is not a plea for charity but an invitation to shape history. Your wealth gives you the power to be architects of a new Nigeria—one where education is accessible, healthcare is adequate, and opportunities abound. Imagine a Nigeria where every region has world-class schools, functional hospitals, and thriving businesses—all because of the vision and generosity of its most successful sons and daughters.

Your name can be engraved not just in corporate boardrooms but in the hearts of millions whose lives you have touched. Let us look beyond personal luxury and invest in a future that will outlive us all.

May history remember you, not just as billionaires, but as nation-builders.
It is time to act and make our world a better place. You must remember that very soon, all of us will pass on and leave the world for our generations yet unborn.

    With utmost respect and expectation,
Snr Apostle Gbenga Omole, Pawtucket Rhode Island, USA.

Group demands investigation into mysterious death of Enugu nurse

The Civil Rights Realisation and Advancement Network (CRRAN) has demanded a thorough investigation into the mysterious death of a nurse in Enugu, Miss Amanda Okechukwu.

The group, which described the circumstances surrounding her demise as suspicious, insisted that it is only a detailed investigation that can unravel those behind her death.

The demand, which was contained in a petition addressed to the Enugu State Commissioner of Police, was signed by the group’s Executive Director, Olu Omotayo.

It demanded a post-mortem examination to ascertain the actual cause of Amanda’s death, expressing concerns that the murder, a grave offence under the law, was being trivialised.

According to CRRAN, conflicting accounts of the nurse’s death suggested a cover-up attempt, urging the police to ensure justice.

The petition highlighted reports that Amanda’s mother initially claimed she was beaten by friends at a party held at a hotel in Enugu on January 31, 2025.

However, CRRAN’s findings indicated otherwise, stating that Amanda was in her family home from February 1 to February 3, hale and hearty, before heading to her night shift at Raymond Anikwe Memorial Hospital.

She reportedly returned home on February 4, where she was seen washing clothes and cooking before her sudden death.

Omotayo also noted discrepancies in Amanda’s brother’s account, who told the police he found her lifeless body on the bed with a standing fan on her body and a pot lid near the room’s door.

The group questioned why Amanda’s mother, Mrs Chizoba Nwokolo, allegedly refused an autopsy, even after reporting the case to the Speaker of the Enugu State House of Assembly and the Commissioner of Police.

CRRAN further criticised the police for allegedly detaining Amanda’s colleagues and friends for eight days without justification.

The rights group urged the Commissioner of Police to ensure a comprehensive investigation and conduct a post-mortem to establish the truth.

The Anambra state government has concluded plans to launch an initiative known as ‘Homeland Consciousness’.

The initiative planned to be unveiled in Lagos on Sunday, will among others, encourage more citizens of the state to have positive minds and consider investing in the state.

“The Anambra Homeland Consciousness initiative seeks to strengthen the bond between our people, harness our collective resources and create pathways for sustainable development in Anambra state.

“Our homeland is not just a place – it is our heritage, our pride and pride and the foundation upon which we must build a prosperous future.”

The SSA, who denounced insinuations that the event was politically motivated, said irrespective of political divide of the citizens, the state was a heritage they must all seek to enhance through deliberate action that will further open up Anambra for investments.

“This is not about politics, it is meant to take Anambra, our homeland to enviable heights; it is meant to boost our economy, enhance the lives of our people living within and outside the state.”

According to Chiegboke, during the event, discussions will address critical aspects of the state’s progress on economic empowerment, investment opportunities, infrastructural development and the citizens’ role as stakeholders in the Anambra project.

He said: “We believe that through meaningful dialogue, collaborative and strategic planning, we can unlock new possibilities that will drive our state forward.

“We need to channel our resources and investments to our homeland to replicate some of our business ideas in other places.

“We need to build business hubs and create boom towns in our homeland, and possibly, stimulate the influx of foreign capitals.”

He urged well-meaning indigenes of Anambra in Lagos to come together to shape the future for a greater Anambra state.

  • IMO CHARTER OF EQUITY: Thanks to Orlu Zone President Generals for reaffirming Owerri Zone for governorship in 2027

IMO CHARTER OF EQUITY: Thanks to Orlu Zone President Generals for reaffirming Owerri Zone for governorship in 2027

    • But Owerri Zone should be Cautious, guided not to deny themselves this Golden opportunity Governor Hope Uzodimma has endorsed for them
    • By Hon. Amby Uneze KSJI

This piece of article is like a commendation note to a people that have done well. Yes! The president generals of all the autonomous communities in the twelve local government areas of Orlu zone, otherwise called the Imo West senatorial zone have expressed their desire and openness for peace, fairness and justice in Imo State. It is not just an empty expression, it is an expression backed with the zeal, sincerity, action and benevolence. In actual fact, every peace-loving Imolite should all clap for the president generals of autonomous communities in Orlu zone for this bold statement.

Let me not sound immodest if I project the Orlu zone as the pinnacle of development in Imo State. Judging from the happenings especially under the governance of the present administration being led by Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, the long expected political harmony is about to be birthed which would automatically crystalize triumph and jubilation in the State. To toe the good gestures and projections for peace, development and harmonious relationships among the three brotherly zones of the State as enunciated by no other person than the Governor himself, another Orlu Zone unified body, the PGs have reaffirmed His Excellency’s bold move. This is indeed the Orlu Zone example of a good brother.

An American author, H. Jackson Brown, Jr. in one of his classical quotes says “the best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today.” Therefore, both Governor Hope Uzodimma and the people of Orlu Zone are preparing their tomorrow today so that the best would come. Their vision today is to have a smooth political transition that would see the three senatorial zones of Orlu, Owerri and Okigwe seamlessly climbing to the governorship leader of the State as at when due without acrimony, rancour, fighting and back-slapping. That is the way to go: for peace building, fairness, justice and equity.

I stumbled into an art print hung on a wall somewhere with the inscription: “Well done is better than well said”, inspired by the timeless wisdom of Benjamin Franklin. This captivating piece combines the power of words with the beauty of typography, creating a visual masterpiece that will ignite ones motivation and inspire action. This also captures the essence of the Governor’s inspiration when he wisely endorsed the “Imo charter of equity” as its full implementation would remind us that yes indeed his word and action has transcended into reality of enye ndi ebe, enye ndi ebe, ogbu alaa! (Live and let live syndrome).

To continuously put us in the right track of the Governor’s inspired wisdom, I suggest we hang this art print in the office, study, or any space where someone seeks inspiration. Its bold presence will serve as a constant reminder to go beyond mere words and strive for excellence in everything we do. Whether you’re a politician, an entrepreneur, a student, or a dreamer with big aspirations, this print will fuel your drive and propel you towards success.

Back to my rider “Owerri Zone should be Cautious, guided not to Deny Themselves this Golden opportunity Governor Hope Uzodimma has Endorsed for them”, may sound as a wise advice, it is also inspirational to remind the Owerri zone that the ball is in their cut. This is the opportune time to show greater appreciation and support to Governor Hope Uzodimma. As the impending beneficiary of this wise political calculation, Owerri zone political leaders need to ensure that the governor’s support to realize this noble dream is not jeopardized. The governor putting paid to his vow and commitment expresses great sacrifice whose imprints would remain permanently in the anals of history of the State.

Therefore, the leaders of Owerri zone be it the Imo Harmony Project (IHP), the Trinity Owerri Political Consultative Assembly (Trinity OPOCA) or any other sub political groups whose soul aim it is to realize the Governor’s tenet of Imo charter of equity by shifting the governorship to Owerri zone in 2027 should put their houses in order right now. We all agree that power is not given on a platter of gold, it is rather negotiated, grabbed, technically arranged, etc. In a nutshell, the Owerri zone leaders should not cease to massage the ego of the governor, impress him, hail him, be at his side always and NOT to stab him on the back.

At this point, it is necessary to remind us that Governor Hope Uzodimma is not the originator of Imo Charter of Equity.  The Imo charter of equity was conceived by the Imo Elders Council with His Majesty, Eze Cletus Ilomuanya (also from Orlu zone) as its Chairman. The genesis of the charter as initiated by the Elders Council and ratified by the generality of Imo stakeholders has as its purpose: to bring peace, justice, equity and above all, the needed security in the State. Furthermore, the Imo State House of Assembly passed a resolution, endorsing the Charter of Equity “as a roadmap towards political stability, peace and inclusiveness of all the zones in Imo State.”

The governor on his final receipt of the clean copy of the document assured that his administration will work with the Elders Council and other Imo State stakeholders to achieve the principles of the Charter of Equity. He pleaded with all political stakeholders to endeavour to give the Charter of Equity the space to succeed, noting that “it does not in any way go against the tenets of democracy.”

Again, when the document was initially presented to the Governor at the Government House, Owerri in April 2023, he did not only express joy but quickly reiterated that nothing on earth would stop the full implementation of the document.

The governor said, “The charter of equity will remove tension and acrimony. We convinced ourselves. We looked at it, and that charter of equity is happening in other states (including our neighbouring States). They make sure that governorship goes from one zone to the other. I do not doubt that my successor will be produced by the Imo charter of equity.

“The confidence reposed on me is very huge. And I will make sure I do not disappoint Imolites. I am committed to making sure that after me, the next governor will come from Owerri zone (Imo East). Thereafter it will move to the Okigwe zone (Imo North).”

He, however, called on the members of the Imo State Council of Elders to work together to ensure the full implementation of the Charter while assuring that his government would use its machinery to defend the document and ensure its implementation to the latter.

Consolidating the endorsement Governor Uzodimma had given to the Charter of Equity, a congregation of Imo Elders, traditional rulers (NdiEze), leaders of religious bodies, professionals, presidents general of town unions, women and youth groups, etc had an interdenominational service where the Charter of Equity was handed over to God. This special event took place at the popular Ndubuisi Kanu Square.

Already, the implementation of Imo charter of equity started in 2023 with the second term of Governor Uzodimma from Orlu zone. Therefore, going by the contents of the document, by 2027, the Owerri zone gets it turn and thereafter it moves to Okigwe Zone. So longer as governor Uzodimma from Orlu Zone took the first shot, he is duty bound to stand by his talk not to rock the boat. It is no rocket science but a truism. After all, the Governor has not disappointed Imolites. He has remained a hardworking governor judging by quality roads and other developmental infrastructure he has to his credit. His national and international political exposure have also paved way for him to leave a remarkable imprint as well as installing a capable successor from Owerri zone.

The usual fight among the Owerri zone during governorship race ought to be thrown into the dustbin. The time for seriousness and telling ourselves the home truth is now. We should eschew the bitterness that always associates when it is time for governorship consideration: “It mustn’t be an Mbaise, it mustn’t be an Owerri Federal Constituency, it mustn’t be an Ngor Okpala, it mustn’t be an Mbaike. But it must be an Owerri zone person. No matter the sub-zone the Governorship is coming from among these areas, it is an Owerri zone ticket. Therefore, the people of the zone must guard jealously this opportunity that beckons on them.

While still commending the Orlu zone president generals of the autonomous communities in the twelve local governments, it is also important to remind the Okigwe and Owerri zones president generals of autonomous communities to emulate the Orlu Zone by reaffirming and consolidating the decision of governor Hope Uzodimma on the tenet of the Imo charter of equity. Recall that sometimes last year (2024), the traditional rulers of the Orlu, Owerri and Okigwe Zones in their respective communiques had endorsed the Imo charter of equity. In the same vein, the religious groups and their leaders also converged at Ndubuisi Kanu Square (former Heros Square) to stamp the Imo charter of equity by committing it to God.

The entire Imolites and particularly, the Owerri zone will ever remain grateful to God for the person of the People’s Governor, Hope Uzodimma to ensure peace, justice and equity in Imo State by finding his successor in Owerri zone come 2027. To God be the glory.

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ebonyi State, Chief Stanley Okoroemegha, has said that the sterling achievements of Governor Francis Nwuifuru are responsible for the mass defections from the opposition parties into the ruling APC.

Emegha stated this in a statement by his Special Assistant (SA) on Media and Public Affairs, Prince Chijioke Agwu.

Agwu was reacting to a statement by the spokesman of the opposition in the state, Mr. Moses Idika, against the APC Chairman.

The statement reads: “The attention of the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ebonyi State, Chief Stanley Okoroemegha, has been drawn to a statement issued on Thursday by Mr. Moses Idika, who described himself as spokesman of AnyiGaemeya Movement.

“AnyiGaemeya Movement is believed to be a political association of all the followers of the 2023 PDP Governorship candidate in Ebonyi State, Chief Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii(Anyichuks).

“Moses Idika’s statement was a purported reaction to the comment the APC Chairman made on Wednesday while he was receiving defectors from the PDP led by former Deputy Chairman of PDP in the state, Barr. Ifeanyi Nworie, into the APC family.

“At the event, Chief Emegha had commended the latest defectors from the PDP for their wise decision to join APC, assuring them that more defectors were being expected from their former party into the APC for the overall interest of the State.

“He noted that all well-meaning Ebonyians are coming on board to support Governor Francis Nwifuru because of his wonderful achievements in the state. He added that he had been in talks with many leaders of the opposition parties in the state including the 2023 Governorship candidate, Chief Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii, to come and join hands with Governor Nwifuru to move the state forward.

“The APC Chairman was therefore surprised to see how Mr. Idika carefully avoided the issue of defection and attempted to twist the innocent comment just to score some political points.

“For the avoidance of any doubt, the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ebonyi State Chief Stanley Okoroemegha is well-known for his relentless zeal and propensity to woo opposition leaders and members into the APC; an action which has produced undeniable positive results in the fortunes of the party to the chargrin of the opposition in the state.

“Mr. Idika should know that he is just a mere supporter and follower of Chief Ifeanyi Odii, and so, will not always be privy to many of his high-profile political engagements especially one that has to do with other political parties.

“Chief Stanley Okoroemegha will continue to reach out to all the leaders of the state especially those in the opposition flank, to join the ruling party for the overall interest of peace, unity and development of Ebonyi State under the able leadership of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Prince Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, FNIOB, GGCEHF, Executive Governor of Ebonyi”
