    She recently took to her Instagram page to discourage people from taking revenge on people who had wronged them.

    Cuppy said she believes in letting divine intervention take its course, assuring that God will always turn things in their favour.

    She wrote: “Remember, no need for revenge…God will spin the block for you! Every, Single. Time.”

    Popular Disc jockey, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy has said her inability to say ‘no’ often led to her worst 2023 experience among other years. 

    The billionaire heiress particularly regretted not saying “No” to her estranged fiance, Ryan Taylor.

    Speaking at a recent function abroad, DJ Cuppy said she had now realised that it’s okay to say “No.”

    She said: “One of the things I have learned is saying no. I had one of the worst years of my life last year because I couldn’t say no. I didn’t say no to opportunities that I should have said no to. I didn’t say no to a fiancé I should’ve said no to. I didn’t say no to taking things on.

    “I was at the BBC; I had a morning breakfast show, then I was DJing, I was planning a wedding, I was in Oxford University. I burnt myself out. And none of us are either good to ourselves or other people when we burnt out. So, we have to deal with that guilt that comes with saying no. It’s okay to say no.”

    The Nation reported that Cuppy and Ryan parted ways in July 2023 barely seven months after their shocking engagement in November 2022.

    DJ Cuppy, the billionaire heiress and disc jockey, revealed that she often receives votes as the worst dressed in Nigeria, attributing it to her less fashion-forward style compared to her younger sister, Temi Otedola.

    She acknowledged the contrast between herself and her sister, emphasizing her preference for a less elegant or glamorous wardrobe.

    Cuppy also expressed her aversion to cosmetics and admitted to rarely wearing false lashes, noting that at times her team has to encourage her to wear more glamorous makeup.

    She said: “I get voted worst dressed in Nigeria every year. I have a sister, Temi, she’s so hot. I genuinely don’t have her genes or her fashion sense. People look at us, they’re like there’s no way we are related, and we are literally three years apart.

    “I don’t care about fashion, I don’t care about glam and looks and stuff. The worst thing about my job, I always say, is glam. My team has to beg me. You’ll see me on TV looking really good and then you’ll just see me in the club looking like ‘oh my God’. I don’t even like wearing makeup, I can’t even lie, I never wear lashes, I don’t do my nails.”

    Billionaire heiress and disc jockey, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has lamented how terrible it is to be single and childless at over 30 years. 

    The 31-year-old via her X account, said:  “Being a single, childless woman in her 30’s is terrible. All I ever do is exactly what I want, all the time.”

    The Nation reported that in December 2022, the Gelato singer got engaged to her ex-lover, Ryan Taylor.

    Taking another toll, she announced in July, 2023 via her social media that she had parted ways with Taylor.

    This happened barely seven months after their engagement.

    Speaking at a recent event, DJ Cuppy, said despite being from a privilege background, her life has been “unpredictable”

    She said: “There is a power in uncertainty. There is a power in not being sure there is also power in failure. Even the biggest, most successful women; they don’t always do well. They don’t always sell out arenas or bestselling books. Failure is inevitable. We will all have failure in our personal lives and in our professional lives.”

    Using herself as an example, she said: “I can stand here and tell you how unpredictable my life has been despite being from a privileged background. Whether it is my failed jewellery line which I started at 28 years old or going to the University of Oxford at 29 and almost failing class.

    “To add the cherry on top, last year I got engaged but now I am no longer engaged but such is life. I know my story is still happening but there is more to come and I am okay with the uncertainty.”

    DJ Cuppy disclosed that her grandma shared a special childhood story about her, saying it reminded her “how much of a heart I still have.”

    Sharing a clip of her and her sisters with her grandmother via her Instagram page, she wrote: “My grandmother shared a special childhood story about me. This is a moment I will cherish forever, it reminds me how much of a heart I still have. I am and will always be a lover. Btw, my real name is Ifeoluwa.”

    Recall that Cuppy and her ex-lover, Ryan parted ways in July 2023, barely seven months after their shocking engagement in November 2022.
