    Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola Oyegbile, popularly known as Portable, is celebrating his son’s birthday today, March 27.

    The singer showers praises on his son, thanking his Maker for blessing him with such a wonderful child, calling him a ‘true blessing’.

    He posted on Instagram: “Happy birthday, my son wishing you a day full of laughter and joy. I admire the thoughtful, strong Boi Ogo Oluwa you are today. You are a true blessing, and I am so grateful to have you in my life may your birthday be as special and wonderful as you are my son. God bless your new age God Son Ọmọ ika.”

    Students agog as Portable visits old school

    Controversial singer Portable has set the atmosphere of a secondary school high as he pays them a visit.

    In the circulating video,  the singer and British journalist DJ Brooke Bailey visited a school which seems to be the singer’s former secondary school.

    In the viral video, Portable Zazu tells DJ Brooke as they drive into the school’s driveway that the students would go crazy when they learn he is the one.

    During the tour of his old school, the singer stopped by his former principal’s office and made a couple of promises to pay back.

    He mentioned that he will install some bathrooms for the pupils and repair some of the roofs in classrooms.

    This new video is another excerpt from a documentary directed by DJ Brooke tagged, “Spending a day with Portable.”

    The Nation reported that Portable took DJ Brooke to his mother’s gravesite.

    Fans never hurt me because they want me to live long – Portable

    Controversial singer, Portable has revealed that his fans love him too much to hurt him. 

    He also spoke about how he withdraws N2-3m to spray on fans to keep them happy so they never hurt him.

    The street-hop singer said that his fans love him because he blesses them and will never hurt him.

    He noted that they might sometimes get rough and spoil his car, but they never harm him.

    Portable revealed that the reason why they do not hurt him is because they want him to live long and continue to bless them.

    “I withdraw like 2 -3 million naira in my car whenever I’m going out so when I spray they don’t disturb me even though they spoil my car, my fans never hurt me because they want me to live long and bless them, even my enemies are benefitting from my goodwill,”  he said.

    Advising his fans, he said that when one blesses his or her enemy, they find it difficult to eliminate him because of the benefit they are gaining.

    I was professional fashion designer before stardom – Portable

    Controversial singer Portable has stated he used to be a professional fashion designer.

    The 30-year-old spoke on his love for fashion and tailoring in the debut episode of the Brooke Bailey Danfo Series.

    Bailey, the Belgian DJ, who flew into Nigeria to interview Portable, was taken on a tour around Sango Ota, Ogun state, the singer’s hometown.

    One of the places Portable introduced her to was his fashion designing studio where he said he learnt it before venturing into music.

    He said, notwithstanding his popularity, he is still a fashion designer and “combines” the profession with his music career.

    “I trained as a fashion designer. I am still a fashion designer, I am still doing it. That is what I learnt, that was my profession before I ventured into music,” he said.

    “Now I combine the both but I am taking the fashion side of things slow and steady. I love fashion designing, even entertainment is connected to fashion in some ways. So when you are doing music, you have to do fashion.”

    Portable hit stardom in December 2021 with the release of ‘Zazoo Zeh’, his hit single featuring Olamide and Poco Lee.

    He has also produced hit tracks including ‘All Eyes On Me’, ‘Clear Azaman’, ‘Neighbour’ and ‘Ogo Forever’.

    Street singer, Habeeb Okikiola Oyegbile popularly known as Portable, has boasted of owning 10 mansions and 20 cars. 

    Portable disclosed this in a recent interview with Brooke Bailey, where he said he has a Range Rover and a G-Wagon amongst others. 

    The singer further made it known that he has 10 mansions and building a hotel.

    According to Portable, he is building his hotel in Ogun State aside from completed and uncompleted buildings having built a market.

    Portable further alleged that the bad roads in Nigeria have spoiled most of his cars as he appealed to the President and Ogun Governor to fix the roads.

    He added that though he might live in the trenches, he doesn’t live a trenches life or a fake lifestyle.

    “It’s the bad roads that spoil my cars. I have bought many cars, I bought a G-Wagon and, a Range Rover, I bought plenty cars. I bought like 20 cars, it’s the road. 

    “This Governor and President should fix Ogun State roads. Let us be able to drive smoothly from Lekki to Abeokuta. I’m building my hotel here. I have about 10 mansions here, both completed and uncompleted. I built a market.

    “I live in the trenches, but I don’t live trenches life. There is no fake life here,” he claimed.

    Why I exhumed my mother’s remains for reburial – Portable

    Famous Street-pop artist, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has revealed why he exhumed his mother’s body from the initial burial ground to another location.

    During an interview with Brooke Bailey, Portable took the show host to where his mum was buried before he decided to exhume her body and place it at a new location.

    Portable noted that when he was asked to go and make supplications at his mum’s gravesite some years ago, he found out that his mum’s family had sold the land she was buried on and was denied access to his mother.

    Portable further said that he was just 13 years old when he lost his mum, adding that growing up with a struggling father was no easy feat.

    He also shared that wanting to stay close to his mum is one of the reasons he went back to exhume his mother’s remains and reburied her at his new mansion, which he is currently building in Sango.

    He said: “This is where I buried my mother, my mother died 13 years ago. I had to rebury her because the initial place she was buried, the land was sold. I removed my mother’s dead body, so I brought her here to be reburied and I also want to build a mansion here to honour her.”

    The incident occurred during their encounter at the famous Computer Village in Lagos, where a video of their heated exchange nearly escalated to physical violence.

    In a follow-up video on his page, Kesari explained that he consciously chose not to engage in a physical fight with Portable to avoid being labelled as a ‘hooligan.’

    Portable engages in physical fight with Kesari

    Controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola Oyegbile, popularly known as Portable recently fought the influencer, Kesari at Computer Village in Lagos State.

    The incident occurred shortly after Portable’s return to Nigeria from the UK, where he had been residing.

    Accompanied by his Zeh Nation crew, Portable met Kesari at a store, and the fight ensued quickly.

    In the viral video, tensions ran high as Portable and Kesari exchanged words.

    Omobewaji Ewatomi, wife of controversial singer Portable, has knocked off a troll for interfering in her marital affairs.

    She tackled the troll for claiming her husband beat her.

    After Bewaji celebrated Portable’s 30th birthday on Tuesday, a troll identified as Agbaje Deborah, accused the singer of beating her.

    In response, Bewaji challenged the user to leave a comment using her actual account,

    She added that the reason she has lived in her husband’s house up to this point is for her children, and everything she gets in his home is a concern for their future.

    Her words: “Olofo you suppose you your real account comment if them born your mama well werey please can you tell us what you are going through in your home too olofo if I stay my husband house till now na because of my children because I can’t be among of you 5 children 5 fathers anything I see in my husband house na because of my children tomorrow werey.”

    Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola Oyegbile popularly known as Portable has celebrated his 30th birthday on Tuesday.

    Acknowledging his growth and career success, the ‘Tony Montana’ hit maker prayed for the year to be filled with love.

    He shared a series of photos, celebrating himself for yet another year.
