Tinubu urged to ignore calls to remove Women Affairs Minister

President Bola Tinubu has been urged to ignore calls to remove Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim.

The call was made by protesters who stormed the Civil Service of the Federation and the Ministry of Women Affairs, calling on Tinubu; Head of Service, Didi Esther Walson-Jack to ignore the call to remove Suleiman-Ibrahim.

Some aggrieved civil servants had staged a protest, accusing Suleiman-Ibrahim of neglecting their welfare.

But, Director of Public Enlightenment, Centre for Accountability and Public Engagement, Emmanuel Lawal said the call to remove the minister was “politically motivated.”

According to him, the demonstration was not only an embarrassment to the Federal Government of Nigeria but also to the office.

Lawal charged the minister to press ahead with her reforms which are in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu.

He said: “We have come to show you solidarity and assure you that as Nigerians, we are not unaware of sinister plots both from your home state of Nasarawa and even at the centre where you currently serve as a Minister of the Federal Republic.

“Having gone through your impressive records in both private and public service, it is noteworthy that you have lived a life worthy of emulation and inspiring to generations.

“We note with regret that some persons have now allowed themselves to be used against you, inciting workers, indeed civil servants, instigating protests and causing public embarrassment to the government and good image of Nigeria.

“We are not unmindful of the grand plot to castigate you, tarnish you before the public and destroy your hard earned reputation and unblemish record of service.

“As concerned citizens, we see far. We know their plans and we are here representing millions of Nigerians who appreciate your contributions to nation building and convey to you this solidarity and strong message of support.

“We assure you now and always, that as citizens, we are prepared to stand by you, correct the wrong narrative and face the enemies of our performing Hajiya Imaan Suleiman -Ibrahim.

“We stand solidly behind you and our coming out today is a testament of your good deeds and commitment to serving our nation with candour, sincerity and purpose.

“We hope and wish you remain as committed as ever in discharging your duties to the nation while ignoring the scheming of the blackmailers. They can never succeed with us behind and beside you.”

APC chieftain hails Tinubu’s economic reforms

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. George Agbakahi has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s economic reforms, saying the country is faring better under his administration than when he took office in 2023.

Assessing the president’s performance, Dr. Agbakahi, said  the economy had shown significant improvement, with inflation reducing to 21.30% and foreign reserves increasing from $34 billion to $43.6 billion.

He attributed the progress to Tinubu’s bold decisions, including the removal of fuel subsidies and unification of foreign exchange rates.

“The economy is doing very well, and by 2027, the election will be predicated on the president’s performance which is positive,” Agbakahi said.

He highlighted the increase in revenue allocation to states, citing the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) sharing N9.5 trillion to states in 2024, compared to N3.2 trillion previously and foreign reserves increased considerably from 34 billion dollars in. 2023 to 40.6 billion dollars in 2024.

This, he said, enabled states to pay off 1.85 trillion Naira debt, and engage in massive and incredible infrastructural development as well as payment of 75,000 Naira minimum wage. “Some states are even paying more than the minimum wage, the latest being the governor of Imo state, who graciously increased the state’s minimum wage to 104,000 Naira monthly.”

Agbakahi, Southeast leader, Tinubu Support Organization(TSO), also commended the president’s initiatives in agriculture, education, and infrastructure development, including the construction of major highways like the Calabar-Lagos Highway and the Badagry-Sokoto Highway.

On security, he noted that the current administration has made significant progress in tackling Boko Haram and other security challenges, with the recent arrest of major kingpins and the surrender of over 124,000 terrorists.

Agbakahi, however, acknowledged that some challenges persist, particularly in the Southeast, where the sit-at-home order is gradually going down. He expressed hope that the government would find a way to resolve the issue of Nnamdi Kanu and other security concerns in the region.

Overall, Agbakahi described Tinubu’s ambition and commitment to development as commendable, saying the president’s efforts would likely be rewarded in the 2027 elections.

  • Tinubu: Stretching for Nigeria, even on leave

Tinubu: Stretching for Nigeria, even on leave

The past week might have appeared unusually quiet on the surface regarding President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s public engagements, but that calm was by design. Nigerians were well aware that the President is in Europe for part of his statutory annual leave. Yet, true to his style, this was not a week of total silence or disengagement. Even while away from Abuja, Tinubu remained firmly in control of the wheel of statecraft—directing policies, consolidating foreign partnerships, and unveiling programmes that touch the lives of millions.

In many ways, this week offered Nigerians a snapshot of what the President has become known for: stamina, relentless commitment, and the ability to stretch himself thin, always in pursuit of the noble intent of reshaping Nigeria into a model prosperous nation. His lunch with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace in Paris, his directives to crash food prices, his assurances on fixing the health sector, and the unveiling of RenewHER all reflected a leader determined to put substance over appearances.

On Wednesday, pictures of President Tinubu and French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace began circulating, immediately sparking interest back home. The engagement, however, was far from a mere photo opportunity. Tinubu himself, through his verified X handle, offered Nigerians a glimpse into the substance of the meeting.

“Had a productive lunch with President Emmanuel Macron today at the Élysée Palace. We reviewed key areas of cooperation between Nigeria and France and agreed to deepen our partnership for mutual prosperity and global stability,” the President wrote.

This brief yet telling update underscored the continuity of Nigeria’s diplomatic engagements under his watch. France has long been a strategic partner for Nigeria in the realms of trade, security, climate action, and investment promotion. Tinubu’s appearance with Macron reaffirmed his commitment to deepening ties with key global allies at a time Nigeria needs sustained partnerships to meet its development goals.

Such bilateral interactions are not casual. France has consistently demonstrated interest in supporting Nigeria’s energy reforms, counterterrorism strategies, and climate-resilient economic policies. For Tinubu, maintaining the momentum of such partnerships is as important as domestic reforms. It reflects his awareness that Nigeria’s prosperity cannot be achieved in isolation but must be anchored on strategic alliances that expand opportunities for Nigerians in an increasingly interdependent world.

Back home, Nigerians were reminded that even in Paris, Tinubu had his gaze firmly on the local kitchen table. On the same Wednesday, the Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, disclosed that the President had directed a Federal Executive Council (FEC) committee to intensify efforts at reducing food prices.

The President’s marching order, Abdullahi explained, was focused on ensuring the safe passage of agricultural produce across the country’s highways and logistics corridors. Transportation costs have long been identified as a critical driver of food inflation, and the President’s intervention strikes at the heart of this structural challenge.

According to Abdullahi, “The President has given a matching order to a Federal Executive Council committee already handling it, on how we are going to promote safe passage of agricultural goods and commodities across our various routes in the country.”

This is part of a broader vision aimed not just at lowering prices in the immediate term but also achieving food sovereignty in the long run. The President’s food sovereignty plan, as outlined, is holistic—covering availability, accessibility, affordability, and nutritional value of food on a sustainable basis.

Beyond transportation, other complementary programmes such as the Farmer Soil Health Scheme and cooperative reform are in the works. Tinubu’s interest in cooperatives as a tool for mobilising resources and boosting livelihoods signals his resolve to empower ordinary farmers while laying the foundation for a more productive agricultural economy. In effect, the President is pushing to ensure that food stops being a burden and starts becoming a pillar of prosperity.

Another highlight of the week was the President’s strong reaffirmation of his commitment to overhaul Nigeria’s health sector. On Tuesday, at the National Stakeholders Dialogue on Power in the Health Sector in Abuja, Tinubu delivered a message that cut to the heart of the matter: “No Nigerian should lose their life because of power failures in hospitals.”

Represented by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, the President highlighted how outages in surgical theatres, maternity wards, intensive care units, and emergency rooms have too often cost lives. He described the situation as unacceptable and vowed that under his administration, the problem would be tackled decisively.

His plan is ambitious but pragmatic. By decentralising electricity delivery, promoting renewable and hybrid energy solutions, and incentivising private sector participation, the government intends to guarantee uninterrupted power in hospitals and public health institutions. These reforms dovetail with the Energy Transition Plan and the wider effort to end energy poverty across Nigeria.

More than rhetoric, Tinubu’s assurances were also an open invitation to investors. He pledged that Nigeria is open for business in health, energy, and infrastructure, and promised an enabling environment that ensures returns on investment. This is the hallmark of his governance approach—treating social needs and economic opportunities as interlinked. In the long run, it is this fusion of compassion and enterprise that will guarantee sustainability.

The week closed on a deeply human note with the unveiling of RenewHER, the Presidential Women’s Health Transformation Initiative, launched Thursday night in Abuja. Represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, the President described the programme as “an answer to one of the nation’s most critical prayers.”

“There is no greater test of a nation’s character than the care it extends to its women. Maternal health is the heartbeat of every family, the compass of social stability, and the truest index of national welfare,” Tinubu declared.

RenewHER is designed as a national engine of collaboration, working through a newly established Presidential Focal Office on Women’s Health in synergy with the Federal Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Women Affairs, the Nigeria Governors’ Spouses Forum, and international partners.

The initiative also includes the creation of an AI-powered National Women’s Health Digital Hub to deliver targeted campaigns on maternal survival, adolescent health, and preventive care. This innovation is as much about saving lives as it is about empowering women to participate fully in national prosperity.

Tinubu’s words on maternal mortality were poignant: “Maternal mortality is a shame against which we must all rally. We owe every girl-child not just the eloquent promise of a better tomorrow, but the certainty of a healthier one.”

In tying women’s health to entrepreneurship and national development, RenewHER reflects the President’s philosophy that social stability and economic progress are inseparable. By empowering women, the administration is laying a stronger foundation for generational prosperity.

    A Quiet Week, Loud Gestures

It was, by all appearances, a subdued week in the Villa. With President Tinubu away on his annual leave, his public outings were fewer, and the usual swirl of activity around Abuja seemed to ease. Yet, beneath the calm surface, the President found ways to remain present in the nation’s daily discourse, his voice and vision transmitted through official statements and symbolic engagements that carried weight across the country.

On Sunday, Tinubu’s message of congratulations to Vice President Kashim Shettima, Dr. Iyabo Masha and others on their elevation as Fellows of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES) struck a note of continuity. By hailing their “exemplary service” and highlighting their role in advancing the economic reforms at the heart of the Renewed Hope Agenda, the President affirmed his commitment to intellectual rigour and policy innovation as tools for national transformation.

The following day brought a more somber tone. Tinubu mourned the passing of Chief (Mrs.) Leila Euphemia Apinke Fowler, the revered founder of Vivian Fowler Memorial College for Girls. Calling her death “a massive loss to the entire nation,” he underscored her legacy as a trailblazer in education and a matriarch who dedicated her life to nurturing generations of Nigerian women. It was a reminder of his deep respect for those who have invested in the country’s human capital.

Midweek, the President’s tributes turned celebratory again. He praised Dr. Jobson Ewalefoh, the Director-General of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), on his 50th birthday, commending his stewardship of Nigeria’s Public-Private Partnership reforms. In the same breath, he extended warm felicitations to the venerable Chief of Kagoro, Dr. Ufuwai Bonet, on his 90th birthday, lauding his unwavering commitment to peace and unity in Kaduna State.

By Thursday, his voice was again solemn as he commiserated with the family of Air Vice Marshal Terry Okorodudu, a steadfast ally and patriot. And on Friday, Tinubu celebrated the Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, at 73 and on his 22nd anniversary on the throne, recognising his role as a symbol of reconciliation and unity.

Thus, even in a week of supposed quiet, the President’s presence resonated across the nation—through tributes, condolences, and celebrations that affirmed his steady hand and his conviction that leadership is not a matter of geography but of constant, deliberate engagement.

Taken together, the week that seemed quiet was anything but inactive. Tinubu’s engagements abroad and his directives at home illustrated a governing style that transcends physical presence. He is not just a President working from his desk; he is a leader carrying Nigeria with him wherever he goes.

From strengthening ties with France to pushing for food sovereignty, from tackling hospital power failures to unveiling a maternal health revolution, Tinubu again demonstrated the consistency of his vision. It is a vision of a Nigeria where international partnerships are maximised, basic needs like food and healthcare are secured, and the dignity of every citizen is respected.

As he continues his leave in Europe, Nigerians can be assured that their President is not on pause. Instead, he is recalibrating, consolidating, and stretching himself yet again for the singular goal of building a prosperous, model nation that truly works for its people.

2027: Former southern legislators endorse Tinubu at Abeokuta summit

The Southern Summit of Former Legislators has formally adopted President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in office.

The former legislators made the adoption in a communiqué issued at the end of the Southern Summit of former legislators, held on Saturday at the June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

The former legislators acknowledged the various reforms of President Tinubu, which have, in the last two years, re-engineered the economy, strengthened the currency, and set the nation on the path of socio-economic recovery.

They stressed the need for state governments to key into the reforms and support the President in his efforts to birth a new nation.

Speaking at the Summit, the Chief of Staff to the President, who is also the convener of the Summit, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, noted that with the signing into law of the tax reforms, President Tinubu has ushered in a new era of economic justice built on fairness, accountability, and national purpose.

The Chief of Staff, while quoting the World Bank Development Update, said the country’s economy expanded by 4.6 percent in the final quarter of 2024, pushing annual growth to 3.4 percent, the fastest pace in a decade.

He further added that the country’s fiscal deficit narrowed from 5.4 percent of Gross Domestic Product in 2023 to 3 percent in 2024, driving the federation revenues from N16.8 trillion in 2023 to an estimated N31.9 trillion in 2024.

The former House of Representatives Speaker noted the importance of unity in diversity, adding that without national unity, there could be no national development and that a nation without peace cannot experience progress.

“The country can draw strength and inspiration from culture, music, arts, and traditions. Nation building is a joint task that goes beyond building roads, bridges, schools, and hospitals; it is about forging a sense of common identity and purpose among the citizens.

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has ensured purposeful leadership through the establishment of development commissions across the six geo-political regions of the country. The development commissions would no doubt help channel more federal resources to develop and implement infrastructure and human capital development across the country.

“Nation building is not only the work of the government, but also for citizens, both at home and in the diaspora, who have a stake in the Nigerian project to join hands with the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration to build a nation every citizen will be proud of.”

In his message, the host, Governor Dapo Abiodun, noted that nation building isn’t the sole responsibility of one region, one party, or one institution, but a shared duty that transcends tribal, religious, political, and economic divides.

Abiodun added that unity does not mean uniformity, but a celebration of diversity under the framework of justice, equity, and respect.

While acknowledging the former legislators as embodiments and essence of representative democracy, Governor Abiodun said that apart from performing legislative duties, they also perform oversight functions and representation through which the voice of the people at the grassroots is brought to the government at the center.

“You must be committed to a united, secure, and economically vibrant region. You must continue to support policies and programs that promote inclusive governance, human capital development, and inter-regional cooperation,” he said.

Chairman of the occasion, Sen. Ken Nnamani, in his opening remarks, stressed the need for former legislators to come together to deliberate on the challenges confronting the nation and proffer workable solutions to the government.

Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, urged Nigerians not to allow pretenders in the political space to cause them to lose faith in the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration, observing that the agitations of the so-called pretenders are not about patriotism, but more about vengeance and power.

While affirming that the structure of the pretenders was built on mendacity, fury, and spectacle, Dogara noted that the country has begun to experience economic recovery.

Speaking in the same vein, former Speaker, House of Representatives, Patricia Etteh called for cohesion, dialogue, and shared purpose to navigate the journey of sustainable development, adding that unity remains an ingredient for peace and democratic progress.

The National Coordinator of the Summit, Hon. Raphael Igbokwe, assured that the meeting would serve as a platform for finding solutions to the nation’s problems, urging the sub-nations to collaborate with the federal government in moving the nation forward.

Tinubu directs NIMC boss to train 3,780 staff members

President Bola Tinubu has directed the Director General/CEO of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) Engr Abisoye Coker-Odusote, to embark on nationwide capacity building for its 3,780 workers.

The training programmes, which cut across all cadres of staff members, are being implemented in the 36 States of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.

The training is described as key to the President’s eight points agenda to use digital identity as foundation for delivery of welfare services and rapid development for the country.

According to a statement by NIMC’s Head of Corporate Communications, Dr Kayode Adegoke, the training becomes imperative for effective service delivery and in line with the President vision to equip staff of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) with the necessary skills to deliver on the programmes of the administration.

“Historically, in a first-of-its-kind initiative in the annals of the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), all 3,780 staff members have embarked on capacity building across all departments and units of the Commission in line with the directive of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on staff capacity building across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).

“It is on record that since the inception of NIMC, staff training and capacity building have been at their lowest ebb. However, the arrival of Engr. (Dr.) Abisoye Coker-Odusote, as the DG/CEO of NIMC, has changed the trajectory of events,” the statement noted.

The statement further noted that across the country, in states and local government areas, all NIMC staff, irrespective of cadre, have undergone or are still undergoing capacity building to deliver on the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu’s administration.

It said the staff are elated at the new era of enhanced capacity building, and commended the Director General/CEO,  Engr. (Dr.) Coker-Odusote for her sterling, transformational, and visionary leadership in the Commission.

The statement added:” Since assuming office, Engr. Coker-Odusote has not only transformed NIMC but has also initiated several welfare initiatives that have boosted staff morale.

“These include the distribution of over 2,500 enrollment devices to aid data capturing, securing Federal Government approval and implementation for a 25%–35% salary increment for staff of the Commission, payment of extra transport allowance and providing free buses to cushion transport challenges for staff in the Headquarters, among many other staff welfare-oriented initiatives.

“Staff from the States and local government offices deeply appreciated Engr. (Dr.) Abisoye Coker-Odusote, for driving inclusive staff capacity building, promoting staff welfare, providing work tools and resources, providing modern furniture, boosting staff morale with unprecedented welfare packages, and building a workforce that delivers on the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. “

  • Tinubu’s support for state police will strengthen national security — TMSG

Tinubu’s support for state police will strengthen national security — TMSG

The Tinubu Media Support Group (TMSG) says President Bola Tinubu’s support for state police marks a bold step towards reengineering Nigeria’s internal security framework.

‎In a statement signed by Chairman Emeka Nwankpa and Secretary Dapo Okubanjo, the group said the move aligns with the President’s long-standing stance on decentralised policing.

‎“We are aware that the first attempt in recent years to create a legal framework for the establishment of state police was in 2018 when the then Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, sponsored the bill.”

‎“Even though Ekweremadu was the Chairman of the National Assembly’s Constitution Review Committee, the move failed. He also made another effort in 2020, but it did not see the light of day.”

‎TMSG noted that the momentum now appears different, with Tinubu’s public endorsement coming as both chambers of the National Assembly work on a bill for state police.

‎“We see the President’s position as a clear message to federal lawmakers who are due to resume plenary in a few weeks to speed up the process of presenting a bill that will amend section 214 of the 1999 constitution which exclusively provides for a federal policing system.”

‎“It is also a reflection of President Tinubu’s long-standing advocacy for state police as a panacea to insecurity in the country as well as addressing local policing needs.”

‎“We acknowledge that this is the first time a sitting President would publicly declare his backing for state police.”

‎TMSG highlighted how past leaders only voiced support after leaving office, unlike Tinubu who is pushing the reform during his tenure.

‎“It was after former President Goodluck Jonathan left office that he began his advocacy for a decentralised policing system, while former Muhammadu Buhari famously declared in a rare TV interview in 2022 that state police was not an option to address the country’s security challenges.”

‎“Former President Buhari’s opposition was based on the same fears that many Nigerians had expressed about the overbearing influence of state governments and the possibility of abuse.”

‎The group expressed confidence that Tinubu will implement mechanisms to prevent abuse or politicisation of state police by governors.

‎“There are already indications that the federal government may be working on safeguards against possible misuse of state police by putting the process under the control of a central body to ensure a unified standard.”

‎“So it is not likely that the state police that the President envisages will be one that will be exclusively under the control of governors.”

‎“This is why the President was emphatic that while political concerns will always surface around the issue, they must not be allowed to derail urgent security reforms.”

‎The group believes that the state police option would meet its objectives, ending up as one of the far-reaching legacies of the Bola Tinubu administration.

Guru Maharaj tackles El-Rufai, says Tinubu fixing Nigeria

Spiritual leader and founder of One Love Family, Satguru Maharaj Ji has warned former Kaduna Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, against making divisive statements, saying no one can break Nigeria.

He stated President Bola Tinubu is on the right track and deserves support.

Reacting to El-Rufai’s recent comments that Nigeria may not survive if APC wins the 2027 election, Maharaj Ji said the former Governor must learn to speak peace.

He accused El-Rufai of pushing religious and political division.

“He is a robot of the Anglo-Arab theological group, trying to keep Black people down through religion. But in Africa, we have our own natural laws and principles,” he said.

He dared El-Rufai to publicly swear that he never stole public funds during his time in office. “Let him go on TV with a glass of water and swear. If he’s clean, let’s see what happens in four weeks,” he said.

He also criticised other political and religious leaders who were silent during herdsmen attacks in the South but are now vocal.

“They ignored killings in Benue and Plateau. Now that their influence is fading, they are pretending to care,” he said.

The spiritual leader defende Tinubu’s leadership for his policies, stating that the President has taken bold steps to fix the country like making education free, supporting businesses, and improving electricity. “Tinubu is giving hope and working for the good of the country,” he said.

He also called on Nigerians to stay united and resist being used by politicians.

The Nigerian Economics Society (NES) has scored President Bola Tinubu’s economic policies high and said the measures have succeeded in stabilising the economy and attracting investors.

President of the society, Prof Adeola Adenikinju said in Abuja that the policies which many people initially considered harmful have now turned out to be good for the country.

Adenikinju told reporters at the closing ceremony of the NES Annual Conference 2025 in Abuja that stakeholders in the economy are showing confidence in the market and are willing to invest more.

Investors are returning because they can see transparency in the market, he added.

His words: “They (investors) are willing to repatriate their money. They are seeing more transparency in the market. They have more confidence in the market.

“Investments are coming back. So, basically, what we see now is that there is enhanced confidence.

“So let us cover the economy. I see that also in the capital market and the extremely bullish, you know, it has come up very, very significantly.”

Adenikinju also said the rating agencies are very positive while the Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) market which is very important to the economy has stabilised.

He, however, noted that there are issues with the social parts of the country that relate to unemployment and poverty.

Nigeria Country Director General of the African Development Bank (ADB),, Dr. Abdul Kamara who spoke on the Policy Dialogue on “Driving Africa’s Economic Transformation in Transition States: The Role of Capacity Development and Knowledge Management” and a sub theme: “Rethinking Africa’s Development: Pathways to Economic Transformation and Social Inclusion, in a Changing Global Economic Landscape”,said  the themes were timely because  they focused on  the importance  of economic growth and transformation at a time when the global development financing landscape is changing.

Kamara said achieving economic transformation in Africa, especially in Transition States, is one that is of great interest to the African Development Bank.

He recalled how the bank led a study, in collaboration with the African Union and AUDA-NEPAD, on “Key Actions to Achieve Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development in Africa”, in 2024.

The report, he said, identified and prioritised key policies, actions, measures and instruments required to drive high-level inclusive growth and sustainable development in Africa to achieve AU Agenda 2063.

According to him, the study found that for Africa to achieve sustainable development, it must rapidly scale up economic growth rate to at least 7 percent annually, and GDP per capita of not less than 3.5 percent consistently, for four to five decades.

He stressed that the continent should also evenly distribute the benefits of growth to improve the quality of life  of all Africans in the short, medium, and long terms.

This, he said, would require high productivity in key economic sectors to drive Africa’s GDP, and GDP per capita growth rates, to higher levels, through implementing inclusive and environmentally sustainable policies.
